Gymnastics Express offers a really balanced approach to gymnastics instruction. The kids are taught by super experienced, dedicated, intentional, THOUGHTFUL coaches, most of whom have been working there for 10+ years. There is a strong emphasis on skill building and progress, but at the same time a fun atmosphere and warm, supportive community vibe. It's a perfect combination. In our experience, our kids have grown as gymnasts developing skills and gaining confidence as they progress but have also had a TON of FUN. The gym offers community kids' nights that are super inclusive, and also has a fantastic camp. If you are looking for a gym that will challenge your kids in a fun, happy environment (read: not too intense) this is the place for you! Your kids will excel at gymnastics AND enjoy it!

This will be my daughter’s 5th year taking classes at Gymnastics Express.
We originally went due to parent recommendations (and heeds of warnings about other nearby places) and then when we talked our cousin, a younger gymnast, he remarked on how he noticed the coaches from Gymnastics Express were always positive and caring- much more than other gyms- during competitions.
My daughter has really enjoyed the different teachers she’s had and doesn’t seem to feel pressured to be “the best” which was important to us. As a 4th grader we still want her to have fun and not feel undue pressure.
The gym offers various times and days, which makes scheduling easier given my daughter’s other after school activities. They were even able to move her to a different group because we couldn’t originally make the day and time suggested for her level.
Parking can be tight in the lot but there is always ample parking on the street.
Overall it’s a great gym and worth the 30 min drive for us!

My daughter has been attending Gymnastics Express for a couple of years now, and it’s been a fantastic experience from day one! The coaching staff are friendly, professional, and truly care about each child’s progress. We love Gymnastics Express. All the coaches who work here are wonderful and our daughter has made enormous strides since she started taking classes here. We've had nothing but great experiences. Everything from their weekly classes, birthday parties, summer camps, to their kids night out programs are always a hit. I can't recommend it enough.

Our daughter has been attending Gym Express for the last few years and absolutely loves it. We previously attended a different gym and switched to gym express after attending a birthday party for a friend. All of the coaches have been wonderful and have really helped our daughter grow her skills. Justina, the manager, is also awesome! She’s always quick to answer any questions we have. We are so happy to be a part of the Gym Express family!

My daughter is in a preschool class and she absolutely loves it. The gym is very clean and well-maintained. The coaches are excellent with the kids, they keep them engaged and entertained throughout the class. Highly recommend!

Can’t recommend enough! Our kids do gymnastics classes there and we already knew we loved it, but we did our daughter‘s fourth birthday party and everyone was incredible. From the entire staff that works the party, allowing the parents to be very hands off and able to just watch the kids have fun, to the help setting up and breaking down. Our daughter had a blast and her friends raved about it!

We love Gymnastics Express! We just had our birthday party there and it ran so smoothly. The staff were so helpful setting up, cleaning up AND running fun obstacle courses and games in the gym. Everyone had a great time! And of course, we love the classes, too. My daughter has grown so much since starting here last year. I love that she gets experience with different teachers during every class, and the classes are grouped by ability so she's working with other gymnasts who are approximately at the same skill level she is.

We tried another gym for my daughter and it didn’t go great. We came to gymnastics express and immediately saw a difference in the way they taught and the attention kids were getting. They have a variety of groups within each class time so kids are learning with others at a similar level. Your child also gets exposure to multiple instructors. They build skills a little at a time and it’s fum to watch the improvement. This is what you’re looking for in a gymnastics program. On the way in, say hi to Justina. She’ll be at the desk greeting every kid my name.

Gymnastics express has been an amazing experience. Starting off with lessons from highly trained and educated staff, a summer camp and ending up doing not 1 but 2 birthday parties!!! Would recommend this place 10000x to any and everyone!

We had my daughter’s 5th birthday party at Gymnastics Express and it was great! So clean, awesome staff (5-6 staff for a party of 11 kids!). The kids enjoyed a variety of gymnastics obstacles with fun music. The adults were comfortable in the upstairs viewing room where we had plenty of space for cupcakes and snacks after the gymnastics fun!

My 11 year old has been on the boys team for two seasons, his skills and confidence have improved tremendously. It is a nice group of boys and the staff is very responsive whenever an issue (which as been rare) arises and is brought to their attention. Coaching staff are fantastic. Meets are all fairly local which is nice. We would highly recommend you give them a try!

At my daughters state meet in MA 2018 and the gym express girls were making fun of my daughter and her friend. She was so upset and wanted to hit them in the face but she didn’t because she is a good person. When she got home she cried for 3 days and taped a picture of the girls face to a wall and kicked it. Her depression was cured after 6 months and doesn’t want to speak to see the gym express girls ever again.
