There’s a serial pooper in the men’s bathroom.i walked in jolly for a good workout and didn’t notice poop on the floor in the men’s locker room and stepped in it. Yes I had human poop smeared all on my sneakers and judging by the smells in the steam room at times the pooper has done this more than once.other than that great gym

I started going to this gym when I was new into my losing weight journey and I was so anxious but the gym is set up so nicely and made me comfortable ! So many different areas to workout in . There’s even a room to workout inside of the girls locker room ! Staff is very friendly and kind. Gym is always super clean . Highly recommend <3

Small, very intimate and clean gym. I have serious back problems, which limits my flexibility. Instead of an medical approach, I hopped for an holistic one. I'm glad I found this gem. It has everything I need, stretching, yoga, pilates, barre, zumba, stepping, SAUNA, and a STEAM ROOM. Monthly cost $25-$45,(no annual fee) which includes all the above classes at no extra cost. Only difference is with the $45, you can bring a guest, at no extra cost, and they'll have access to all of the above classes. They have more classes, but I just mentioned the ones, that are beneficial to me. The steam room, is beyond amazing. So relaxing and calming. Just melts the stress away and the effects last for days. If I had to do any of the classes separately, I would have to pay $50-60/session for each class; and to find all, in one location, for one price, is a blessing. Before joining, you can purchase a day pass for $10, and if you do decide to join, the $10, will go towards your membership.

La atención super buena siempre un chico pendiente de ayudarme a usar las máquinas ya que el equipo es de última tecnología,es el gym soñado ya que tiene espacio de sauna todo super limpio y organizado lo único está un poco lejos y el descuento se los 5 dólares debería ser para fidelizar a los que viven lejos en mi humilde opinión igual no es mucha la diferencia próximamente me haré miembro lo super recomiendo

I can’t say enough good things about this gym! From the cleanliness to the variety of classes you can’t go wrong. Every day you will see one of the staff members cleaning whether it’s mopping and vacuuming the floors or wiping down the windows and machines. The instructors are wonderful, they guide each classes base on the members and give modifications when necessary. I highly recommend using their day pass policy to try it out. They will also put the money from the day pass towards your membership within 5 days.
