Hi, I’m Peg Harmony, movement specialist, nature seeker, and founder of Harmony Wellness. I’ve been a certified personal trainer for over 20 years helping people build strength, confidence and ease in their bodies through personalized, practical sessions that meet them exactly where they are.

My clients range from teens to seniors, and every session is tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and comfort level. I can blend strength training, breathwork, and mobility techniques to create sustainable results that feel good not just look good.

Harmony Wellness is more than a place to workout; it’s a space to reconnect with yourself and feel truly well.

Peg is great. I went to her almost a year ago needing to train for a couple of jobs that required me to have a high fitness level to enter. I contacted her and she immediately responded and had a plan ready for me. About three weeks later, I got the call to do the physical test for the job I was applying for and she took time out of her busy schedule to train me twice a day for two weeks to ensure I passed my test, which I did. After this, she continued to help strengthen me and now I feel confident to go to a gym by myself and use the equipment the right way. Easy five star review and would definitely recommend her to others who are in a similar situation that I was in.

I believe it was fate when I met Peg and started seeing her as my personal trainer. She is a fun, energetic, and very motivating person! I've been working with Peg for roughly five months and have enjoyed every session. Over the years I have worked with a number of personal trainers and by far Peg's the best.
She is always prepared with my personalized workouts focusing on proper form, technique and breathing!!
Peg is always engaging and encouraging which has given me a true sense of accountability. Beyond her training she offers sound insight on nutrition and overall wellness.
Peg has helped me both mentally & physically regarding my health & fitness.
More recently I've started a weekly session of Yoga with Peg which has been a great addition to my workouts.
Not only has it asisted with my flexability but it's allowed me to be focused and mindful of the present moment, something I've always struggeled with.

I am 55 years old and hadn’t worked out regularly in many, many years. While my career work can be physically demanding at times, it is not enough to rely on to stay in shape. It’s more important that my body is prepared for those times that I need to call on various muscle groups or have stamina. Peg has been amazing to work with in that she caters my routine to those exercises that will prepare my body for the type of activity that I experience regularly. Peg continues to update and change my workout each month to compensate for my increasing agility. I have noticed a great increase in my body tone as well as my energy level. I must say, Peg creates and coaches a physical training workout routine that is both energetic and challenging.

I’ve worked with Peg for the last 10 years. She began as my strength trainer but became much more. In the time that I’ve known her I’ve faced varying health and wellness issues. All throughout, Peg has been the thread that holds me together.

She always shows up, always on time, and always with a smile. Her ability to adapt to my changing needs is amazing. Our sessions vary between yoga, hiking and strength. They always leave me feeling energized, focused and strong.

AMAZING! If you are looking for someone who is dedicated, outgoing and positive, go to Peg. I’ve been going to Peg for strengthening and she is always making sure I have the right positions, that I’m pushing myself yet always safe.
