Haus of Athletes in Methuen is on another level! Brendon Medugno runs an incredible program built on class, respect, and real growth. My son’s trained there for two years and the difference is unreal — faster, stronger, and more confident in both football and wrestling.

Brendon truly cares about the kids, not just as athletes but as people. When my son got injured, he and his staff showed nothing but support, helping him stay mentally and physically strong through recovery.

The gym offers year-round programs that push every part of an athlete’s game — strength, speed, and mindset. If you’re a parent or athlete serious about taking performance or fitness to the next level, this is the place to be. Brendon’s one of the most genuine coaches out there. 💪🔥

My boys did the football training session and the program itself seems like it would be good if they weren't always favoring certain kids. We all paid our money for the same program, so providing each kid with the same time attention, encouragement etc would have been nice.

My daughter works with DQ for strength training and basketball. He is amazing! The BEST energy! We drive 1 hour and 15 mins to get, it is worth every minute. The gym is gorgeous, very clean, so many options of things to do. If you are thinking about visiting don’t hesitate!

The Haus is by far the best gym I have ever been a part of. The facility itself has everything you need to hit your goals. Whether you're improving your general fitness or training to compete as a high level athlete, they have it all!

What really takes it that step further is the specialization aspect. Each trainer has a unique focus and niche, whether that's football, basketball, soccer, group training, general fitness, or bodybuilding/nutrition. You'll know right away that you're working with the best person to hit your individual goals.

As soon as you walk through those doors you know that you're a part of something bigger. The Haus is not just a gym, it's a community that pushes you to become the best version of yourself.

I always joke and say I'm going to build bunk beds in the back for my boys as they live there practically. This place is our second home and what every kid needs for a positive upbeat atmosphere. i've been in many gyms my entire life, but this one is the one i've always been looking for. it's kind of special to me to be the place where i completely transformed my health. on my hardest days this place picked me up and kept me going. great staff and trainers and any piece of equipment you need. very spacious and a beautiful view of the river while doing cardio. this gym is special.

I signed up for and completed the 6 week challenge, I reached all the requirements to get my money back. I was going to continue with phase 2 after talking with the trainer, I spoke with them three times and they never gave me the cost to continue . After a month of this I went in to ask for my money back for passing the 6 week challenge and they said they do not give your money back , even though it is advertised as such. Don’t go here!

Become Fitness is an extremely clean, large gym located on route 110, 1 min from exit 46 on Interstate 93. Everything you could want in a gym, plenty of new cardio equipment, HD TVs, free weights, tons of machines, and squat/deadlift platforms. Dumbbells go up to 120s) They even have a side section for OCR/Functional training (heavy bag, rope climb, sled pushes tire flips, etc.). They have a number of group and 1 on 1 training sessions (which I can't speak towards). They also do youth programs as well. Nice natural lighting thanks to their windows and skylight. I originally joined for there early AM hours and my expectations have certainly been exceeded. The few photos I snapped don't do its size justice.

I am not a member but when I do join a gym, it will be this one. I went once as a guest and it was a great experience. I made an error and Mandy was the most accommodating to me and worked with me to give me the most she could. I am appreciative and I look forward to joining in the future.

Please read this review before you decide to join this gym. Twice I've been disrespected and yelled at by the employees at this gym, but this recent experience was the final straw. I've referred countless of friends to this facility and during the most recent referral I was told by the manager named “Mandy” that I was not going to get charged a monthly membership fee for 6 months if my friend signs up to that gym but when I checked my bank account statements in June and July I see that they are still charging me fees. So when I went back to the gym for a workout the next day I informed the two women that were working on the front desk about this issue, they told me they would leave a note for the manager to call me when she gets back to work. The manager calls me the next day and I told her how she told me that I would get 6 months off after referring my friend that day. She said no that's a lie and that they were only going to wave a certain percentage off of my monthly fee. I then told her why she would tell me I would get 6 months off the moment my friend was signing up for that gym? She then proceeded to call me a liar so I hung up the phone on her appalled by what just happened, she then proceeds to call my phone again. I didn't want to talk to her anymore after the disrespect, so I ignored the calls but she kept blowing up my phone with calls until I got tired of the harassment So i finally answered the phone and asked her what does she want and she goes on to tell me how she heard that I called her names too vile and explicit to even write on here but I digress. I asked her "who told you this?" She then told me "it was a member from the gym that told me" To what I reply with "if that's your way of defending yourself after calling one of your loyal customers of 2 years a straight up liar then that's really low" she then threatened to cancel my membership, letting me know how she terminated a past customers membership for no valid reason at all. I then told her to go ahead and please cancel my membership and I also said and quote "I don't want you or your gym taking a single dollar from me anymore." She proceeds to keep saying none-sense over the phone so I just hung up sick of the immaturity and disrespect I just received. Just goes to show how certain businesses just see their customers as nothing more than walking dollar signs. Mind you I've supported and brought countless of friends over to this gym and this is the thanks I get. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding I will never step foot in that place again and neither should you.

As a self-proclaimed 'big girl' I've always hesitated to go into the gym. "Why would a fat girl go to a gym? To be stared at? Oh, hell, no! That's not for me!" Well, at Become Fitness it's not like that at all! Everyone I've encountered is helpful, kind, and not judgmental at all. I'm glad I made the plunge! I'd recommend the classes, they're so much fun! There are so many to choose from, too. I, personally, really enjoy the Chisel Strength class. Don't be shy, I'm glad I wasn't!

Six weeks ago I saw an ad on my IG feed; curious & contemplated whether to join or not. I was at my heaviest, hopeless, lethargic and not motivated whatsoever. During that time my baby was just 4months old. My husband talked me into joining the challenge in hope to somewhat get me motivated with LIFE itself. I’m proud and glad that I decided to join the challenge. I feel incredibly amazing 💪🏼! 6weeks challenge was well worth it!
Become Fitness is definitely the place to be to get back in shape. The classes are well put together; trainers and staff are always helpful to push you to do your very best! Whether it’s the GYM or the CHALLENGE, I highly recommend Become Fitness is THA PLACE TO BE!

I originally signed up, seeing this ad on Instagram saying free six week challenge. Caught my eye right away, I can lose weight which I've been struggling to do and its free, what do I have to lose! I signed up got my free consultation with all intention of after the 6 weeks getting my down payment back (only some money put down to help keep me accountable), and going back to my old gym. However, that was so not the case. I fell in love with this gym, and decided to continue my membership! I have been to a lot of gyms in the area and find things I love/hate about them all. This one is so unique, my personal trainer (included in the challenge, I was SHOCKED when I didn't have to pay extra for one!) really pushed me and gave me these workouts that challenged and changed my whole body, but were designed for MY abilities. All the classes had such friendly coaches that really took the time to get to know what I can do and push me but in a safe manner, based off what I could do personally, separate from the class. I have also made new friends in the process! Would highly recommend this gym for any level individual whether this be your first time stepping in the gym or your an elite athlete!

I have enjoyed working out at become fitness. The trainers were all very supportive. The classes were different from other gyms I have gone to. I could easily do them all and was able to modify according to my abilities. The food plan was easy to follow and I was never hungry. The other members were all friendly as well.

I joined the 6 week challenge recently with Karen for my trainer. I've gone through the process of joining a gym giving it 110% then losing momentum because I have no idea what to do & giving up then be charged for a membership for a gym I don't go to. I had the same fear going in of beginning and not keeping with it but meeting with Mandy and speaking with her I could see the difference with this gym from others already. You are not just profit or money coming in. Everyone genuinely is concerned & holds your health as important as there. I started this challenge because I gained about 15-20 after I graduated college. My clothes wasn’t fitting, I felt tired all the time, and I was at a point where I had to unbutton my pants every time I got in car. So I joined the challenge looking to lose some weight. One week into the challenge I lost 4lb and my energy levels where through the roof. From there on things only got better. My eating habits are so much better; super conscious of what I put in my body. I never thought I would say this but I love veggies. My old injuries feel so much better (knees and shoulders) and that’s because of my great trainer Ellen who always work with me to improve them. There’s so much to say, the facility is great, the staff is fantastic. I would recommend this challenge to anyone looking to lose weight, body fat, build muscle and healthy eating habits. PS, all my old clothes fit perfectly and I don’t unbutton my pants in the car anymore.

The facility is small and looks old and unclean. Not a big variety of machines. It has the smell of a musty basement. $99 a month with unlimited classes, which is very overpriced. She said she could do it for $60, but that is still triple what some other local gyms cost, such as Planet Fitness and WOW. I was under the impression that I was going to get a 7 day free trial pass when making the appointment over the phone, but she did not mention it in person. I should be able to try classes before signing up. Also, I am not about to take advice on fitness and nutrition from someone that is overweight. Trainers, managers, and instructors of a gym should be in great shape if they want to win people over. The manager was a bit pushy and visibly irritated that I did not jump to sign up. Not impressed.

I recently finished up the 6 week program. I can say it was a success for me! I might not have made my body fat percent but I managed to hit my weight loss goal. I have nothing but great things to say about the the trainers. The classes are fun, upbeat and the trainers are amazing. It did have it's ups and downs, especially getting me on the right diet that worked for me. You have to be serious with the diet and your workouts if you want to have a chance and being successful with this program. If you want to keep the weight off I suggest staying strict with yourself and staying on a good workout routine. As for myself I'm choosing to opt out of continuing with the gym. I can afford the time or the cost in my day to day life. All in all it was a great experience. I feel stronger and healthier than I've ever felt before. I have this program to thank for that. I want to give a huge thank you to all the trainers that were part of my 6 week program.

I started the Be-come Fitness 6 week weight loss challenge on August 20, 2018. It has sped by me, just as life goes. I met my goal, losing the required amount of weight. I worked out with the dedicated trainers, feeling stronger with each workout. I never could have made so much progress on my own. I enjoyed the classes, the trainer, the facility and the encouragement. I highly recommend this gym for anyone needing real health goals. I just finished my weigh out with Become Fitness in Methuen, and I could not be more happier. After moving around and traveling a bit after college, I was the heaviest I had ever been. I was unhappy, lethargic, and scared to go to the gym. I saw the post on Facebook and I don’t know what compelled me but I signed up. I showed up and started with Karen the upcoming Tuesday. I CANNOT speak more highly of Karen. She is the best trainer I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a couple stints with gyms in the past). The first day I showed up to my workout I was so nervous, I teared up and cried but she supported me and pushed me. She is so knowledgable, and even though I have a low back injury, she was so on top of the workouts to ensure that I wasn’t hurting but she also pushed me to limits I didn’t know I had. My favorite part of the week were my workouts with Karen. I usually did Spin class with Paula, and towards the end I got more comfortable and started to do the classes in the garage. The meal plan was super easy to follow and I was able to quickly adapt. I was shocked at how well I felt even by just doing the diet alone! At the end of the 6 weeks, I am so excited, I am down close to 20 lbs, and I can SEE the difference in myself not just physically but in my self confidence and mentality. I have signed up for phase II and I am SO excited to start!

Still new to Become Fitness but I've loved every week to date ! Compared to my previous gym, I will say they make sure the gym stays clean, machines are wiped, weights are always racked and turf is shampooed. Seems minor but it makes a difference! I love that the trainers get familiar with you and always make an effort to say hi and learn your name. I personally LOVE the classes and I'm usually not a class person but there's some for every level. Crossfire, Athlete, Spin Bootcamp and Synergy just to name a few! I hated spin until I took a few classes here and now I can say I'm a fan. Check em out, it'll be worth it :)

6 weeks ago I decided to sign up for the six week challenge offered at this gym. I am SO unbelievably happy I made this decision. The classes offered are a great workout and I had so much fun doing them I forgot I was working out. I had a personal trainer Leah, who was amazing! All of the trainers and staff were very friendly and there for me if I had any questions or concerns about healthy eating. Become Fitness is not like any other gym I have joined it’s like a second family, everyone makes you feel welcomed and accepted no matter what! Although my six weeks have ended I am still going to continue attending the classes I have gone to all summer long and looking forward to trying new ones!

I have just complete my 6 week challenge at Become Fitness in Methuen. I have put on a good deal of weight in the last couple of years and my health and fitness has taken a back seat to everything else. I had a neighbor who did the program in the spring and really enjoyed it, but still I hesitated to take the plunge. Then in late June, after being sore from just standing and walking at my daughter's birthday party, I decided enough was enough and I needed to get healthy again. I responded to the Facebook ad to sign up for the challenge. From the sign up process through the 6 weeks in the program I never once felt uncomfortable or pressured. My trainer (Diane) was amazing- fun and encouraging while still pushing me so hard. The classes are excellent I really enjoy them and they have people of all age shapes and sizes. The trainers watch your form and correct you as needed, you are not left on your own. The meal plan was clear and easy and I did not feel "starved" or that I was eating "weird" foods. In 6 weeks I have lost nearly 18 lbs, my body feels better on the inside, I am physically stronger, and mentally I feel better too! My health and fitness will continue to be a priority for me and I look forward to many more workouts at Become Fitness.

I found this gem of a gym on Facebook. I joined their 6 week challenge and can I tell you it was a challenge. Their expertise and motivation helped me meet my goal. I participated in the 6 week challenge. Overall I lost 16 pounds. They give you a diet plan, with meal ideas. They have a vegetarian option as well. The coaches are friendly, and everyone’s very helpful. Sometimes gyms can be intimidating simply because everyone can watch you. A majority of the people i run into are in the program themselves, they were in the program, or they have been going to the gym for a while, and people generally keep to themselves. It’s a small gym, but it has everything you would need. The classes are awesome and really motivate you to push through the pain. I would recommend this gym.

Finishing my first week of the 6 week challenge & I’ve already lost about 5lbs (weight can vary depending on time of day). Coaches are amazing and really want you to succeed. They can also modify your exercises around injuries (I have spondylolisthesis & diastasis recto). Meal plan is extremely helpful, I would not have been eating the right foods or correct portions without it.

I did the 6 week challenge with Become Fitness in Methuen. I had recently put on a lot of weight and was struggling to get the motivation to get back into the gym. I saw an ad on Facebook and clicked it. I was apprehensive when I went to the gym to sign up, but I knew if I didn’t make a change or take a chance that I would continue to struggle. I signed up with Mandy who was very kind and walked me through the process. She gave me Karen as a coach and I started later in the week. My first training session with Karen wasn’t easy. I did the best I could and Karen helped motivate me and push me to my limits. I didn’t walk normal for four days after that session. I almost gave up, but with some motivation from family I kept going. That was the best decision I made. I went to the classes and met some amazing people. The other trainers were great! I love Ellen’s pound for pound, Lauren’s spin class, and Diane’s kickboxing to name a few. Karen continued to push me week after week. I never felt as much pain as I did in week one. I realize now, that is because I was getting so much stronger. I followed the meal plan without cheating and found ways to make food quicker if my schedule needed it. I lost 8 pounds my first week, and 2-4 pounds every week after. I have my final weigh in this Thursday and I am within one pound of my goal. No matter what the scale says, I won this challenge. I am healthier, I am stronger, but most importantly I am happy. If you are struggling like I was, make a change! I won’t tell you it’s easy because it’s not! It takes hard work, dedication, and strong will-power! I will tell you that it is extremely rewarding and totally worth all the hard work! Become Fitness is a great facility, very clean and smells nice. It has a good variety of cardio equipment, free weights, weight machines, TRX equipment, a turf area, a spin studio and barre studio. The garage is amazing to have for those that get bored inside. In the end, there is something for everyone and every season. There is always a like a set group of people that goes in at certain times so you don't have to wait long for any equipment. Now to the point, I joined as part of the 6-week challenge I have was going to 3 classes a week with some sections going solo. The classes are great, lots of information, the instructor is always watching out for peoples forms and giving motivation and modifications when needed. I mainly went to the pound for pound with Ellen-- she is awesome-- since it fit my schedule the best and never had the same work out in a 6 week period. If you are trying to get back into fitness or need a little push go to Become fitness, the facility is awesome people are super friendly and a cool environment. You won't regret it! the best part I think is that for the are were the cardio machines are you get a nice view of the river super relaxing after a hard workout.

This gym allows for individual workouts, group classes and personal training. There is enough of the same equipment that you rarely have to wait to use a machine. The equipment is all clean and well maintained. Also, you never have to worry about parking or having a place to get ready for work after a workout. Have to get to work early, not a problem there are 5 am classes and showers right at the facility. Not enough good things I could say about this gym.

You never have to wait to use equipment. As part of the 6 week challenge I’ve been attending 3-4 classes a week. The classes are great, they are always varied, very scalable and the trainers are super motivating. If you are on the fence about checking this place out, please take my advice and go! You won’t regret it! Oh! Did I mention free parking, clean locker room, showers, etc. Minus one star because there are no 12 lb dumbbells 😂 I had to suck it up and use 15lbs! A month and a half ago I was sitting in the parking lot of UML feeling lost and utterly defeated. It was the end of a very challenging and time consuming semester where I really lost touch of who I was when I wasn’t studying. I felt helpless, but oddly enough Facebook heard my cry for help! I was scrolling through my news feed and I came across an add for Become Fitness and their 6 week challenge. I figured it was just a scam, but I desperately clicked on it and signed up for a consultation for that day before I could convince myself otherwise. I met with Brian and he went over the program and sincerely answered every question I could have ever come up with. He was honest and kind and I didn’t feel pressured or like he was trying to sell me on something that wasn’t right for me. I signed up that day and looking back it was the best thing I could have ever done for myself.

It’s now 6 weeks later and I genuinely feel good. I’m all around stronger, healthier, and happier, and I could not have done it without the coaching or community at Become Fitness. I’ve completed the challenge and am so happy to continue my journey with the incredible people at this gym!!

I was a complete slug and did not like how I felt or looked. The challenge made me take a risk that motivated me to actually follow a meal plan( that is not at all that bad), as well as drag myself to the gym. I started the BeCome Fitness 6-week challenge - even though I had a MILLION reasons to "put it off". I wasn't going to "Wait until this happens, or after we get back from vacation" anymore. I sign up and am so happy I did. I could've still bee waiting, but I made it through - Cinco de Mayo, Kentucky Derby Parties, Mother's Day, Memorial Day Weekend, Wedding Anniversary, High School Graduation (and parties) and MY Birthday - along with visiting relatives for the various occasions. Most of my life I have been relatively active. I love to bicycle, walk, kayak, among other things. About 10 years ago, my husband & I were both laid off for about a year, and we were going to the gym about 4-5 times a week. We were in the best shape ever! After going back to work at a sedentary job, eventually the weight started creeping back on. Next thing I knew, I was 20-25 pounds heavier, my energy level dropped, and going to the gym was a thing of the past.
I have been attending a weight loss program, and although they are a great program, I am way too busy to remember to track all my food. Then I came across the Become Fitness 6-Week Challenge on FaceBook, and I decided I would check it out. I needed a push to get me back into eating right and exercising.
To make a long story short, I decided to try it. Ellen G. was my trainer, and she was great! She pushed me to my limits, and gave me alternative exercises to do due to my lower back issues. We hardly ever did the same exercise twice. She mixed it up well, targeting every muscle in my body. I stuck to the meal plan and made sure I completed at least the mandatory 3 classes a week (I love Spin class with Dee and Erin, and Gandour’s classes), and walked my dog almost every day. All of the trainers are great and I am always welcomed with a smile from the front desk when I come in. Mandy kept tabs on me, calling and texting me occasionally to make sure everything was going ok and if I had any questions.
I am ecstatic to say I exceeded my 10% goal! 18 lbs. down in 6 weeks!

With great people by your side, a great meal plan, and great workouts you are guaranteed to lose weight and feel so much better about yourself. I just finished the 6 week challenge on May 21, 2018. It was a great experience. I have had experience with many weight loss plans with some success but I never could overcome a plateau. I saw the Become Fitness challenge on Facebook and decided to see if it could get me over that hump. I worked with two trainers, Alis and Gandour. They were very nice and encouraging. The follow up was good. I received follow up texts at least twice a week to check on my progress and to see if I needed any additional assistance. The classes were definitely challenging and will make you sore. There are lots of treadmills, ellipticals and other equipment to utilize. After six weeks I lost 19 pounds and 5% body fat. I am much stronger and leaner.

6 weeks ago I made a decision to make some changes to my lifestyle. I chose this challenge at BeCome Fitness due to an ad on Facebook. I never give these a second look but it intrigued me enough to take a leap of faith to at least get the information. I left the meeting with Angela excited and felt my goals could be reached with the tools given to me. Six weeks later I can honestly say it’s the best decision I’ve made and encourage those who are thinking about this or maybe not sure to commit....definitely do it! Although I may have not made the weight loss goal (but I am down 11 pounds and will continue the process) I have won in so many different ways. I’ve been given so much knowledge on how to continue my food choices and preparation as well as incorporate exercise. With that said, a HUGE Thank You to my trainer Ellen for pushing me to my fullest potential and being my biggest cheerleader!! You are awesome!! Also a shoutout to the instructors who conduct awesome classes and modify the exercise routines to those who need it. I love their motto "At your own pace...as long as you are moving you are doing something great!" I was reluctant at first to try these as gyms and classes always intimidated me and I always felt outside my comfort zone. However everyone was/is so welcoming that I quickly realized that everyone is there for the same reasons and there is no judgement just a lot of encouragement by staff and members!! Hello team.. I have completed the 6 week challenge and with tears of joy I say that I did it! 20 pounds later and am so grateful to God, the owner or owners of the facilities, and my personal trainer Ellen Gosselin. She is the best! Couldn’t have done this without you girl! Also thank you to all the trainers that pushed me in every group sessions, Luke and Tony @ the front who greeted me with a smile every time I went. Gotta say too to everyone who is starting this challenge to keep pushing cause you will achieve this. I haven’t felt this healthy in over 20 years and am so full of energy. I finished my six week challenge this week and was so happy with my results. When I saw this post on Facebook, I was like lets try it. I started filling out the online personal information and I stopped halfway through the process and thought to myself, it must be a scam. The next day I received a phone call from Angela to set a time to meet with Brian for an orientation. I went in and thought, there is no way I'm fallling for this challenge, its too good to be true. Brian then sat down with me and broke down everything with details.  I was assigned to keith as a trainer and then got switched to Gandour. Both trainers are great and pushed me all the time. Also, the classes were a challenge and had me sore for weeks. As a football player, I never thought i would do a spin class yet, i was averaging 2 to 3 spin classes a week and now I'm hooked. This experience really opened my eyes and jumped started me for my final season of football, and boy do i feel great.  I lost 24 pounds and my cardio is great and my strength has improved. I wish i could continue with step 2 but life situations wont allow me to. But I will say I have recommend many friends and family  to challenge them self and try this 6 week challenge if they can. They all are amazed of my transformation in such a short time. I want to thank every challenger and staff, you guys are great, friendly, and supportive. Thank you!

I just completed my 6 week challenge on Monday! I started this challenge because I've always enjoyed being active and taking challenging fitness classes. However, after a very stressful 8 months that included moving multiple times and switching jobs, I lost my motivation to work out and eat clean and gained almost 20 pounds. I was unhappy with my weight gain and how my clothes fit me. I was also always tired and noticed how out of shape I had become. I knew it was time to begin my "become-healthier" journey again!

That was when I stumbled upon Become Fitness' 6 Week Challenge on Facebook and decided to take the plunge. Throughout the challenge, I enjoyed the small group classes and my one-on-one sessions with Alis (especially sessions with the resistance bands!). I found the meal plan the most challenging. However, I enjoyed learning more about healthy eating and getting creative with my meal prep. I truly enjoyed the challenge and would highly recommend it. After 6 weeks, I lost 12 pounds and 6% body fat! I am going to continue with Alis for another months for sure (since I am uncertain about when I will be moving again). I am not too worried about my weight. My goals this time around is to continue losing body fat and to gain more muscle and I really want to focus on purely weight training!

There are not very many members who use chalk, but that's obviously because there are not many members who do deadlifts at all, much less with enough weight to need chalk. Because there isn't much usage, I find it hard to believe that cleaning up the residue is such a chore for the gym staff. As it is, there might be a white haze on the floor (but certainly not piles of chalk as deep as snow drifts, as they'd want you to believe) and some prints on the bar, but that's it.

What a great feeling! I finally decided to get fit. I took the first difficult step and dragged myself to Become Fitness. I know myself- I need that push, the commitment to train to motivate myself. I met with my personal trainer Cameron. Wow! He made me feel so comfortable about my body image even after he weighed me and put me on th 3-D image machine (it's AMAZING - very hi tech stuff) Even though I felt like a huge potato he was so upbeat and reassuring about helping me reach my goal of being strong, fit and healthy. He suggested that I use Fitness Pal and phone app to keep a food diary. Great idea! I learned that I was absently and mindlessly eating stuff that I did not need. I didn't eat cookies today! Yeah! It's true- a minute on the lips forever on the hips. And I learned that I'm dehydrated. I NEVER drink water- no wonder I feel rotten every afternoon. I am so encouraged. This trainer is genuinely interested in getting me healthy and FIT! Yes, I'm a little sore tonight after his guided workout but it's a good sore and I'm ENERGIZED. There is absolutely no reason to feel fatigued when a good workout and water with electrolytes will boost your energy and endorphins. I know that I'm on my way to being much healthier because Become Fitness is interested in the WHOLE person - not just weight loss. What a comprehensive program- weight loss, muscle strength, flexibility, nutrition and cardio. If I can do it at age 63 ANYONE can do it! I'll be posting before and after pictures. I glad that I took that first step and with Cam's help I will stay motivated, meet my goals and maintain my goals. Tonight I feel hopeful for the first time in years! Thanks Become Fitness for providing me with a fun and inexpensive way to find that fountain of youth - exercise! It beats any pill a doctor can prescribe. And, I just have to add that the windows overlooking the river are awesome. What a beautiful scene to watch when walking on a treadmill. Today the windows were open and it felt like I was walking outside without the fear of cars and dogs! Can't wait until I'm fit enough to bike in their open air spin room out back. The view from that room was so serene. I'm gonna like it there!

Peak hours could be crowded especially since its a smaller gym. They seem to have a lot of group workout classes if that what your into.

Above is the review I wrote when I signed up last year, 3 weeks before they even opened the doors. I recently moved back to CT and canceled my month to month membership in September, however the last two months I have been charged a monthly fee for membership and again I have called asking them to stop taking my money. I was a loyal gym member not anymore thanks.

Beware. Don't give them your credit card!! Overcharged gym membership 3 months refused to credit. Charged additional 2 months of personal training after contract was fulfilled and refused to credit. Really shady business practices.
