I love taking classes at Healing Tree. The owners are kind and friendly. My go-to class is Theresa's Sunday morning Gentle Yoga. She has a sixth sense for knowing what her students need and creates a delightful, judgment-free atmosphere.

My kids, ages 5 and 3, also enjoy taking their own classes with Colleen. She channels their imagination to make yoga poses fun. At home, I've noticed them practicing deep breaths when they get frustrated, a result of what they're learning at Healing Tree.

The best ever! I'd been to a number of yoga facilities before I found Healing Tree. Great teachers, kind people, and very accommodating to those of us with physical limitations. (I'm 76.) May you teach forever!

A welcoming place with great teachers and a great vibe. Gina's "Flow & Restore" class at 7:30 on Saturdays is the best way ever to start the weekend. All of the teachers I've experienced are very supportive and accommodating of individual abilities and limitations. Rock on, Gina & Jill!

I have been going to Healing Tree Yoga since the day it opened. There have been three sets of owners and two different locations throughout the years, but one thing has never changed - laid back yet challenging atmosphere, amazing teachers and overall good vibes.

There is a huge range of classes from very challenging to gentle to very relaxing. Something for everyone! The teachers are great and offer modifications. Any body can do yoga.

It's also great that they do hybrid for most classes. I love doing yoga in the comfort of my living room with my bunnies and cats. Also a great in-person community - no yoga snobs at Healing Tree, just genuine people who love yoga.

Give it a try! Yoga has completely changed my mind and body for the better.

Healing Tree is a terrific yoga studio with kind and accessible owners who are invested in the south shore community. Their teachers are very diverse, well trained, and offer a wide range of yoga styles. Their virtual yoga offerings are especially helpful for people who have barriers to getting to the studio. The studio is welcoming and serene. Pricing is affordable and is an exceptionally good investment in health and well being.

This is a small, but very clean and peaceful space off of Sea Street in Quincy. I took a Power Vinyasa class, in the studio, live with an instructor, in October of 2020. There were only 3 people there total, including the teacher, and others joining via Zoom. Masks were not required during the yoga session itself, although the instructor herself wore one quite diligently the entire time (she was lovely).

I found the dual teaching (in class as well as over Zoom) to be a little frustrating and felt I didn't get any attention or help from the instructor, as she was fiddling with the laptop during extended poses, when usually teachers walk around the room and check on students, or help people adjust deeper into the stretch. Perhaps this was solely due to covid.

At the time I booked the class, I bought a three-session "class pass", and wish I had known/paid better attention as it expired three months out. Kinda a waste of money. :(

I LOVE this spot. I started here about a year and a half ago and have not been disappointed yet. Each teacher brings something unique to the table.

Yesterday I went to the beginner Hatha class. I hadn't exercised in a long time and it was nice to go slowly and gently. Excellent teacher!

I wish I could put into words what an amazing yoga studio this is. Everyone here is simply wonderful. Josh the owner is always there to greet you at the door, the instructors really take their time to get to know you and your practice. They have a very easy online booking system to use to schedule classes. It's affordable, it's clean. The list is endless, if you're looking for a new studio, look no further, this is it!

I've been going to Healing Tree since June 2013. I've had Yoga classes with 4 different instructors - Cassie, Rebecca, Elyssa, and Kourtney. All of them were fantastic. I've been doing Yoga since 2002, so I can say that the quality and knowledge of the instructor makes a HUGE difference in the quality of the experience. All of these ladies knew their yoga and had a great energy that made the yoga sessions productive and satisfying. This is "true" yoga. I've gone to some sessions at the Y that were about the poses but didn't capture the intention and the mind and body spirit that Yoga is really about. This is not a problem at Healing Tree. Very high quality Yoga for ALL LEVELS. Various styles are available as well.

I've also had body work done by Joshua. It was AMAZING.

This place is a real gem.
