I used to love this place and have been a loyal member for years. However as many have said, it’s changed in a pretty negative way.
The classes are generally mediocre. There are a few exceptional teachers left and as others have said, you need to sign up 48 hours in advance because these classes fill up within minutes. The gym is over capacity, and you’re in line to use equipment, showers, etc. there’s always something under construction—tarps, doors in the sauna broken, whirlpools empty, machines out of order—there’s almost always a broken spa amenity.
They sneakily raise prices with little warning, and have raised them significantly over the past 1.5 years.
staff are kind, and I wish I could continue to justify, but unfortunately for the premium price you’re charged, you’re just no longer getting a premium gym experience. Unfortunately, you’re better off taking your business elsewhere at this point :(

The sauna is amazing—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and always well-maintained. It’s the perfect place to relax after a workout. Overall, this is the best gym I’ve ever joined: the facilities are top-notch, the environment is welcoming, and every visit feels like a luxury experience.

I have been a member at Healthworks Cambridge for nearly 20 years. It is an excellent club with high quality equipment, a variety of classes and terrific amenities. I have been lucky to train with Marcy Berkowitz, CPT, for over 10 years. She is a wonderful trainer and has helped me recover from previous long-standing knee issues and even a frozen shoulder. I recommend her as a personal trainer wholeheartedly. The combination of Marcy and Healthworks can't be beat!

Joining Healthworks and working with my trainer, Sarah Gutierrez, has reignited my passion for staying active! I've experienced both 1:1 personal training with Sarah and participated in her TeamTRAIN classes, and I can't recommend them enough. Sarah fosters an inclusive, welcoming, and motivating environment that truly makes a difference. Becoming a member at Healthworks has boosted my confidence in the gym and made working out so much fun.

An awesome gym that tricks you into thinking you are at a spa. Amenities and equipment are great. The personal training program is excellent—a huge shoutout to Ian Griffiths, who I’ve had the pleasure of training with for the last several months. He is a phenomenal trainer—knowledgeable, motivating, and kind—and I’ve noticed a tremendous difference in my strength, endurance, and physical confidence with his program. 10/10 would recommend!

Not a gym girl and used to feel a bit overwhelmed by working out in gym spaces outside of classes, but since working out with my trainer– Ian James, that’s completely changed. Ian has made the gym feel comfortable and accessible, while still challenging me every session. He’s funny, motivating, and always listens to my goals so the workouts feel very personalized.

It’s been incredibly motivating to see my progress in the last 5 months and what I’ve really loved is how much variety he brings to the workout plans. I’ve learned to use so many different pieces of equipment and tried exercises I never would have attempted on my own. It’s been weirdly fun and now I’m in the gym regularly. I feel so much more confident thanks to his motivation and guidance–and so much stronger. 10/10 would recommend Ian if you’re looking for a trainer who knows how to make working out both effective and enjoyable.

I want to give a shoutout to Ian-James, who has been an incredible trainer over the past 6 months. Personal training is a luxury, but the progress I’ve made with him far exceeds what I was able to achieve on my own over the last 5 years, even with a strong athletic background. Ian has a great ability to notice where I struggle or am uncomfortable and builds up those areas gradually while still keeping my bigger goals as the main focus. I am consistently blown away by his thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and willingness to act on feedback to make improvements each session. He pivots seamlessly mid-workout to make sure everything is doing what it needs to and also has a good sense of humor (read: puts up with a lot of sass from me). I always leave feeling better than when I came and now notice almost every day how much easier it feels to move through life. Thank you Ian!

I love this gym! Positive and uplifting vibes abound. Super fun and varied classes. Very clean with great facilities and amenities and wonderful staff. I’ve especially enjoyed working with trainer Ian-James who always crafts a thoughtful but challenging session that takes my needs and abilities into consideration. I have way more mobility and strength than I did a few months ago when I started!

This gym has really gotten me back into being active again. I’m happy I started coming regularly and building a schedule- this is thanks to my trainer, Ian Griffiths, who is a fantastic guy to work with! I really had no idea what I was doing but really wanted to learn how to train properly, and I can confidently say working with him is accomplishing that- I look forward to my sessions with him and always leave feeling better than when I came in! I have been working with Ian, one of the trainers at Healthworks, since March, and have had a great experience! I never had a steady workout routine before, and was very nervous to start training as a complete beginner. However, Ian has been very encouraging and has pushed me to work harder than I ever thought I could. I would definitely recommend!

If you want a trainer who will meet you where you are, challenge you in the best way, and celebrate every win with you, Ian James is the one to see

Nine months ago, I walked into Healthworks Cambridge feeling tired, stiff, and unsure of what I could do. Today, I’m stronger, more mobile, and have the energy to keep up with my kids — and it’s all thanks to Ian.

From day one, he listened to my goals and tailored every workout so it was both fun and effective. He’s patient while still pushing me to go beyond what I thought was possible. I’ll never forget the first time I confidently lifted a barbell — something I once thought I’d only watch others do.

Ian’s training hasn’t just improved my strength and endurance; it’s boosted my confidence and helped me manage stress at work. If you think you’re too out of shape, too nervous, or too far from your goals for a trainer, give Ian a try — you might just surprise yourself.

Right off the bat I felt comfortable working with him, and he really listens to my goals and has made working out more fun and rewarding. I've been meeting on Zoom with trainer Marcy Berkowitz for 5 years. She is attentive to the needs of someone my age and makes sure the exercises meet my fitness level while also increasing my strength and balance. Tell me: What’s the point of paying a premium for an all-women’s gym if men are going to be allowed in anyway?

For Christian, Jewish, Muslim, or otherwise pious women and rad fems who want a real women-only gym to work out, this isn’t it. I saw a man every time I visited the gym—granted, it was only a handful of times I went. I didn’t personally run into any men in the locker room, but it’s only a matter of time before other women will. So again—why pay a premium for this?

As others have pointed out, the nudity in the spa and jacuzzi area is also disconcerting. I didn’t see any signs requiring bottoms—only signs prohibiting phone use—but I assume that’s the rule, thankfully. Still, people don’t follow it. I might overlook that if the facility were actually women-only but that’s unfortunately not the case.

Update/Response: I find it unsettling that your immediate reaction was to look up my name. I’m not giving you my name—rightfully so. That said, I’ve now included a photo showing that I did have a membership, which I canceled. In any case, your response speaks for itself. Ladies, if you want to pay a premium to see males in your gym and locker room, then Healthworks is for you. If you’re not interested in being exposed to adult human males in those spaces, heed this warning—because yes, they are there.

I really used to love this gym but it is getting unrealistic for me to go here anymore. The spa is wonderful with lots of amenities—there’s a steam room, a cold plunge, a sauna, a hot tub and fully stocked showers. The equipment is new and well maintained. The issue is that the actual gym is so crowded that you can’t find a spot to go in after work. My job ends at 5PM, this gym closes at 9PM. 6-9 is just packed and there’s no space to put your mat down on the floor. If you want to go on the equipment, you can’t as all of the spots are taken up. The classes are filled to the max now. There’s just too many people for them to accommodate during these hours.

I honestly wouldn’t be so annoyed about this if I didn’t know that they used to be open until 10 or 11PM in the past. Why are they closing early, especially when there’s so many people there? Why are their last classes at 8PM when they want people out the door before 9PM? It doesn’t make sense to me.

What keeps me engaged is the wonderful community of women who go here. My book club got started in the sauna and I really enjoy the positive energy in general from the people in this gym. I just wish that I could actually work out here. For the price that I am paying, it might make more sense for me to go somewhere else.

I was very active in college, and had played sports my entire life, but after graduating had fallen into a four-year rut with COVID, etc.

I could not find a way to motivate myself to workout, and had tried a few gyms with no luck. Since joining HealthWorks in January of this year, this has completely changed and I now go to the gym 4-5 times a week, once in a small group class, and once per week with a personal trainer. I loved the all-women/non-binary rule, and I have never once felt uncomfortable.

You do have to be aware of classes filling up, but as long as you are ready to book at the right time, I have never had any problems. I love the variety of classes (barre, pilates, step, boxing, dance, strength, TABATA, team training, running, etc.) and I am never bored nor do I ever stop surprising my body!

A good gym, would be a great gym if it weren't over capacity. To get into clases you must hover over the app when they drop. After 5 you're standing in line for the showers, bumping elbows in the locker areas, waiting for machines and floor space. It's a zoo. I'd like to go later but they close early. The last hour of the day isn't that fun either, the cleaners work then with loud vacuums.
It's a pity, the facility is nice and the staff are pleasant.

I used to love this gym... A couple years ago I went to this gym everyday, and willingly paid for it. During one summers, they renovated the place. They moved 95% of the equipment to a different outdoor location that had no parking and was very small, every section was closed off, showers and locker rooms were unavailable, and there were men working everywhere. Not to mention the paint fumes and saw dust EVERYWHERE, it was so loud I couldn't even listen to music on full volume. Every couple of weeks I'd kindly ask "When do you think you guys would be done renovating?", and they'd respond by saying "In a couple weeks". At least give me a realistic answer rather than getting my hopes up that were eventually gone after a while. Customer service was horrible. I was very patient and understood that renovating takes a while, but as MONTHS went by (if I can remember, 6 months before I left) wth was I even paying for? A treadmill and toxic air? There were literally only 5 treadmills. So I cancelled my membership, and many months later is when they finally finished. I was ripped off. I heard it's packed like a chicken coop now lol.

This review is specifically about Healthworks' pricing and sales approach. They charge you EVERY TWO WEEKS, not monthly like every other gym everywhere. When I signed up with the manager, she was not clear with me about this fact. I only realized it after my credit card flagged it as potential fraud. The facilities are excellent (though the post-work capacity crunch is real), so I probably would have signed up anyway. But the deception - and lack of any apology from management - has left me with a sour taste. So you know... $75 fee x 26 biweekly payments = $1,950 per year.

I’ve been a member for almost a year and I enjoyed it… but at this point it’s WAY OVERCROWDED. Guys, you honestly need to do something about it. All treadmills today were taken (at 7:30pm) and there is barely space in the gym and everywhere, sauna, lockers rooms, bathrooms, it’s at capacity. As a member Im really disappointed.

I’ve been a member of this gym for a few months and have been struggling with class availability. I prefer workout classes over doing my own thing, but pretty much every class fills up within minutes! I work a regular 9-5 so the classes that work with my schedule are nearly impossible to find a spot in. If classes were easier to access, I would absolutely continue my membership but it’s just not worth the price for me.

In theory HealthWorks in Cambridge is great: great classes, spa area, and clean facility. But for the last 2-3 months it has been a complete zoo: you can't nab a spot in a class, or the sauna many times between 4-7 PM on a weekday. For the price one pays, this is pretty unacceptable. Part of the problem is the gym closes early--at least by city standards--9 PM most days and 8 on Sat and Sunday. I had asked whether they would consider staying open one hour later, which could alleviate things. And they won't. I can't really recommend this gym if you could only go after work.

I trade off between the Cambridge and Coolidge Corner locations because while the CC workout area is more spacious and generally easier to workout in, Cambridge has really great amenities, skilled massage therapists, and a nice yoga studio.

While some of the yoga 1 classes I’ve taken can feel more like restorative yoga, I really enjoy the heated yoga 2 classes; I just wish they offered more times throughout the week (some in the morning or early evening) as the current class offerings are pretty limited.

I really really love this gym. I look forward to going every single time. The workout area is pretty spacious (during peak time it can get crowded but it’s never been an issue for me) and the equipment is really nice!
The spa amenities are my absolute favorite. Getting to end my workout with the steam room & sauna has been a treat and helpful to my mental health.
I would definitely recommend shower shoes or rubber shoes to walk around in! Although the spa and locker room areas are consistently cleaned, there’s lots of hair on the floor in the spa area and without shoes I don’t think I would use it.
Other than that, I truly truly recommend this gym to anyone in the area!

I visited HealthWorks in Cambridge because I am interested in finding a gym while I'm in the area. I was able to schedule a tour pretty easily and the front desk was accommodating when I needed to switch my time. This is my review from attending the club during one visit.

LOCATION
The location is pretty accessible by train and there is parking at the Porter Square parking lot.

CLEANLINESS
When considering a gym, the cleanliness is of high priority to me. The facility was relatively clean and they had places to use wipes in different locations on the floor.

EQUIPMENT
The equipment is pretty updated. I went in the middle of the day and there was plenty of equipment available for use.

PRICE
The price is on par with other health clubs of similar status? I have paid more for gyms but this certainly isn't cheap even with my corporate discount. I could see how you can get a lot of value because they have different classes and is someone that takes many group classes, it's nice to see that they have a number of classes to choose from. I like that you can choose to forgo a contract because I'm not able to lock into a year-long contract at this time.
I will say the locker room has a lot of different things that you would need to get ready such as blow dryer, flat iron, feminine hygiene products Q-tips.
The showers are standard not very spacious and they have soap or body wash shampoo and conditioner. The lotion isn't the best quality. Despite slathering plenty on my skin, I was was dry soon after. My main gripe was that the bathroom or changing area definitely smell like corn chips.
I haven't decided if I'd become a member yet but this is a pretty solid health club.

I love health works! Especially the Porter square location! Here are a few reasons why…
1. The level of comfort I feel at HW is unmatched.
2. There’s free two hour parking.
3. The spa is so useful.
4. Trainer SAMANTHA MAZOLA. 12 outta 10.
5. Variety of classes throughout the day.
6. Abby’s Tuesday 5:30pm spin class. She is a queen!!

I joined HW after two years of wasting money at different gyms. And never going. I signed up and stopped in for a tour. I decided to start taking classes and see if I would get comfortable and boy did I?! The spa is always so nice. The staff are friendly. The place is always getting cleaned. Sam Manzola’s build x class was my first. She was personable, met everyone where they were at and put safety above everything. literally the best instructor. I took all her classes for 3 weeks straight and then decided to work with her twice a week as a personal training. Best decision I’ve made! She’s knowledgeable, professional and punctual. She does a great job structuring a plan around my goals and making sure I’m on track to achieving them.
I tried a few spin classes and I now only go to Abby’s class (it’s always full! But the wait list is a helpful tools)I love her energy and vibe. She has the best spin class! If you’re a woman, at any level fitness i highly recommend health works you will find something for you.

Love the idea of all women’s gym. However, the price VS what you’re paying for does not match up. There’s hardly any equipment there and not much floor space either. The membership itself is already high and they want you to pay for personal training sessions as well as massages which i think is a rip off. I was on my phone in the locker room and got scolded for being on my phone (other ladies were on the phone as well) which i thought was weird. The staff isn’t that friendly and welcoming either. Classes are ALWAYS booked up. Not a horrible gym, but i personally went elsewhere!

Went as someone’s guest. Went in the sauna and steam room which was lovely. The place is beautiful and clean. HOWEVER, there are clear signs throughout the facility stating you must wear something as a bottom but there were A LOT and I want to emphasize, A LOT of people without their bottoms on and completely showing their private area without covering themselves NOR the surface they were sitting on which I think is EXTREMELY unsanitary. Personally will not go back.

LOCATION: in the same building at CVS, entrance perpendicular to Ben & Jerry's as part of the Porter Square plaza facing Panera Bread

SPACE: In case you didn't know, this is a WOMEN'S ONLY gym (i.e. all those who identify as female). If there is a man in the building minus one staff member, IT WILL BE POSTED at the entrance
• In basement: Locker rooms, one class room (for yoga, Pilates, and barre type classes) with walkway lined with benches and cubbies below them for shoes, spa & massage rooms in basement
• Ground level: reception only
• Upstairs: Gym floor with equipment and some workout space, a staff fishbowl (their office is glass walls all around), small consulting area, two classrooms (one black, windowless classroom for JUST cycling and one for everything else with an instructor platform with mirrors on that wall, with all equipment you'll need for your class including mats with open windows that look out of the building) -- and a strip of lockers and two single-stall bathrooms near the sitting area close to the staircase

FACILITIES:
• Locker rooms with mirrors along the wall and separate styling stations with hair dryers, curling irons, and straighteners
• <10 bathroom stalls in its own separate corner (rarely full) with a few sinks on the wall separating it from the locker rooms -- otherwise no doors between locker rooms and bathroom
• Spa branches off of locker room space, separated by a completely frosted door complete with showers (with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner), sauna room, one cold plunge, and a hot tub that fits < 20 people

AMENITIES: In short, everything you could ever want and more, practically
• Countless keyless combination lockers in basement locker room
• One wall of < 40 lockers upstairs next to two single-stall, windowless bathrooms
• Body & face towels provided as part of gym-use (baskets for used towels are everywhere)
• Water stations are available throughout the gym (one in locker room, one on gym floor)
• A swimsuit wringer/spinner is available in the locker room (tub and sauna require minimally bottoms)
• There's a little container on a counter by the gym floor with hair ties in case you ever forget ;)

STAFF: amazing and very happy to answer questions, not super salesy, always cheerful

CHECK-IN:
• First-timers: YOU WILL NEED TO FILL OUT DIGITAL FORMS
- First time to gym on a trial pass
- First time as guest (at least I needed to for Open House)
- First time in their system as a ClassPass user
• Returning members: scan in upon entry
• Returning (open house) guest: show guest pass & picture ID (I had a state-issued ID)

CLASSES: available for all ages, schedules, skill levels, etc
• Ask for class schedules at front desk. It's a full page for the full week! Start times from 8am to 7:45pm.
• Variety of instructors for more popular classes throughout the week
• Classes are updated occasionally based on member preferences

PRICING:
• Billed once every 2 weeks instead of monthly by credit or (cheaper) by ACH (i.e. debited automatically from your bank account)
• Advertised/cheapest membership option would be WITH a 1 year commitment

Never thought there's such a thing as a "good gym experience". This was it; this raised the bar. Worth every penny, IF you can swing the cost -- do check if your employer is on their corporate partnerships discounts list. ;)

My only wish was that there was a membership option for JUST classes, where I'd check in and out for ONLY class time, no use of digital resources, multiple locations, etc. Ideally monthly or quarterly/3-month commitments (as certain sports/activities are for only certain seasons).

Meh...All of the classes I have wanted to take book up days in advance and are always packed to the brim...Overall, very crowded and chaotic gym. Also, the classes are a mixed bag. Some are very easy and not that engaging, and others are better, but I haven't been super enthralled with any of them, to be honest. Also, it's pricey. And there's now a "no show fee" everytime you don't cancel a class... The only thing I like is working out among all women. But I haven't been super impressed either.

Really enjoy healthworks, many more options post renovation regarding strength training. The times I go never feel too crowded and if I want to do an occasional pilates or yoga class, the 2 day booking rule is great b/c the classes don't fill up far ahead of time. Had to adapt to renovation timeline, but I feel that it was worth it from what is available to me now. A couple of dollars more per month, but that is what I budget for. I've been really enjoying healthworks so far. I joined about 6 weeks ago, and have been really appreciating the frequent class schedule- including great challenging classes-, wide variety of equipment, sauna, clean locker room, and towel service. And great location. I now have a gym habit again after 18 years of trying occasionally and failing.

The app for booking classes works really well, and I find that I can usually get the class I want. This is true even if a class initially looks booked, because of folks drop out on day of.

One complaint would be that the gym says it is open until 9p but cleaners are working on the gym floor starting at 8p (though you can ignore them) and the sauna closes at 8:45p. It would be great to be truly open later. Another would be for the mics on the classes to be tested a little better, I often can't hear what the instructor is saying over the music.

Nice, clean, great equipment, top facilities and classes. The only negative is how crowded it gets past 5.30pm. Other than that I love this place.

Do you love getting chased out of the gym at 8 p.m. to aggressive cleaners, an hour before the gym actually closes? Would you want to come here, every day, never complain once, then the one time you actually complain about something valid, have the general manager do nothing? Then this is the gym for you!

Healthworks is the best gym. The staff, trainers, spa staff and classes are amazing. The facilities, showers, steam bath, sauna and locker room are amazingly clean, well maintained and a pleasure to use. I couldn't recommend this gym more highly. It is heavenly-

Staff are extremely rude and talk down to their customers. I’ve been warned about this place by former members. I will be canceling my membership. This place charges a lot of money for a lot of services. Customer service isn’t one of them.

Been going here for a few months. Was sort of aimless at first but then started training with Ian once a week. He helped me build a solid routine, taught me form and consistency and all the intricacies of strength training. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and very good at his job. Highly recommend his services for anyone who wants to get seriously strong!

Gender discriminative gym! I booked a class through their partner website, and was only told it's women only gym after I got there. Total waste of my time

Been a member of the Cambridge Healthworks gym for several decades and rate it very highly for lots of reasons, including many workout amenities, convenient location in Porter Sq. w. parking and many other key businesses of convenience, extended hours, design and cleanliness of Club space, and friendly and professional staff, mgt. and trainers. Tends to be pricey, but overall, worth it if can afford it. Like their Foundation that also reaches out to less advantaged populations.

Healthworks is amazing!!! I love the staff and the amenities are fantastic. Sometimes I just go for the sauna. They waived my cancellation fees when I moved across the country too!! Just a sign of a great community establishment. Healthworks is what I will miss most about Boston!

I just joined recently and have loved being a member at Healthworks! It has friendly staff, clean facilities, great classes, and an amazing hot tub and sauna, which is always great for a post workout soak. Healthworks also has terrific member benefits and other cool programs — digital fitness platform, personal trainers, and onsite massages. Definitely recommend! :)

REALLY GREAT GYM! It is slightly more expensive than what I was used to, but I get 20x more stuff for the price!
Classes are my jam (Zumba, Barre, Body Pump, etc); My old gym was $73/ month but they only offered ~2- 3 classes per day.
Healthworks has ~20-25 CLASSES PER DAY!! There is barely an hour where there isn't a class offered. And they have every sort of class imaginable as well as a great cardio area a ton of training tools (TRX, medicine balls, bands, etc) a decent, (albeit somewhat small) free weight area, a ton of weight machines, and let's not forget one of my favorite things: they have a hot tub! Just 5 mins in there after a workout takes away all my aches & pains. Their locker room is amazing with towel service, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, razors, shower caps, makeup removing wipes, hair dryers, a clothing steamer, vanity areas to put on makeup and do your hair. They have a pretty much nonstop locker room attendant that is always cleaning and restocking everything so it's a VERY CLEAN locker room (which is definitely not always the case with gym locker rooms!). They have personal trainers, massage therapists, child care, etc. At my old gym I rented a locker and they charged $32/month for it, so I was paying $105/month there anyway, and now I'm paying the same amount for a 10x the number of classes, and a ton more services and amenities. SO WORTH IT! I purchased the membership that enables me to go to their 3 other gyms as well but you can buy a membership to just one gym too. I got a free 2 week membership first to see if I'd like it, and there's absolutely no commitment to join after that; if you want me to help you get a free 2 week membership, just LMK!

I've been going here for a few years and have loved it. Lots of equipment, great classes, and I've never had to wait for a squat rack. Very clean and the staff is super helpful.

Unfortunately, I've had to leave due to a move. The process to cancel is very painless and the membership associates go out of their way to make sure the process is quick and easy.

Can't recommend this place enough.

Predatory, they singed my 83 year old grandmother up when she walked by for a year and forced her to use her bank account versus a credit card. Made her sign a contract without giving her a copy of the contract. Scumbags.

Most of the bad reviews for this gym are from 5+ years ago - there must have been some serious renovations/improvements since then, because I don't think those problems still exist. I just joined this gym about a month ago, and IS expensive, but I feel like I'm getting so much more use out of it than I did my BSC membership. First of all, the cardio equipment is very nice, with built in touch screens that let you track your workout with an app on your phone. The complaints from users that you have to sign up for the cardio equipment are no longer the case; even at 5-6 pm there are still usually a couple of machines free (you might not get your favorite treadmill, but it's not over capacity). It does get busy on the free weight floor, but I'll take having to wait my turn over having to awkwardly work out around a bunch of much more fit bros any day. Moreover, the gym is clean, spacious, well lit, and has a nice view - yes it's weird that the check in and locker room are in the basement and the workout floor is on the third or fourth floor of the building, but whatever. Overall, I think this is a good investment if you can afford it. If you're a teacher, mention that - you get a small discount off their mid-tier package but it's worth it.

I absolutely love this gym!! It's kind of a combination of spa and workout facility in one – the steam room, sauna and hot tub are not only amazing but beautiful!! ( and in my experience they are almost never out of commission....)
The staff is super nice – and the classes that they offer are varied and excellent – There is something at the gym for everyone… I have never been to a gym anywhere that I would give a higher recommendation to

I agree with the positive reviews. Healthworks is an affordable all inclusive city club with nice amenities. Yes it's crowded at peak times, but
what good club isn't? Steam and sauna rooms are nice useful amenities.
Showers work. There is adequate cleaning staff. The personal trainers are qualified according to professional standards. I recommend this club especially for women who are interested in their physical well being as they move into the 50's, 60's and even higher. Especially during the day.

I've been going to Healthworks for a year now and I love it! It's clean, it has all the equipment you could want, lots of variety in classes offered and tons of "spa" features, like a sauna and a whirlpool. It's a little pricey but you get A LOT for your money. They even have on site nutritionists, personal trainers and massage therapists. I highly recommend joining!

I love the yoga and dance courses here (they collaborate with Bo Forbes)! The drop in and membership options are flexible. The renovations are coming along well and they give you their general discount in addition to other discount the individual may qualify for.
