About the Club

Helltown Fitness offers devilishly fun and hot as hell group fitness classes in Provincetown, MA.

Using kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, our strength and conditioning classes are designed to provide a complete, full body workout that will leave visitors and townies alike feeling pumped, toned, firmed, and ready to take on their day. We also offer yoga and running classes.

These effective, challenging, and safe workouts are intense yet playful, and will support you whether you are vacationing for the week or here all year long.

Our classes take place at the Crown & Anchor, Provincetown's iconic hotel and entertainment venue, primarily indoors at its Paramount nightclub.

On my first trip to P-town last summer, I was searching for a place to continue my workouts while away from my regular gym. Helltown quickly emerged as the top choice among the options available in the area. They certainly did not disappoint!

The workouts at Helltown were efficient, challenging, and adaptable to different fitness levels. The coaches were incredibly attentive and encouraging, even adjusting the weights for individuals like myself to maintain proper form. Can't wait to return!

Helltown Fitness in Ptown is a total gem! Coach Andrew, Tim (we miss you!), and Matt are absolutely fantastic. Welcoming and encouraging. I’ve been a regular at Helltown Fitness for 3 summers, and it’s consistently outstanding… the instructors, coaching, workout routines (always different and never boring!), vibe, music, and openness to everyone. It’s a fantastic workout for all skill levels, and the intimidation factor is zero. All workouts can be adjusted to your abilities and goals, and the only pressure is what you create for yourself based on how you want to workout. It’s an incredibly fun and effective workout every time, thanks to the great experience the coaches deliver every time. Highly recommended! You won't be disappointed!

I’ve attended between 40-50 classes at Helltown Fitness this summer and I can’t recommend it enough. The workouts are intense and scalable, effective, safe, and fun. By “fun” I mean the coaches’ energy and music make the workouts feel joyful. It’s an extremely welcoming environment with a participant base that varies in age, ability, identity, and functional fitness experience. If you’re in P-town on vacation, give yourself a break from your gym routine, and try a fast, efficient workout. If you’re local, and serious about getting in shape, purchase a multi-pass---you will see real results within a relatively short period of time. I have years of experience with Crossfit, Bodypump, aerobics, and other forms of group fitness, and Helltown Fitness’ offerings outrank them all!

I am so thankful for Helltown Fitness. The classes are scalable, fun, inclusive and a great workout for anyone at any fitness level. I usually do shred with Matt but all the coaches (Matt, Tim and Andrew) are fantastic with instruction, tips and encouragement throughout the workouts. The playlists are great too! The Yoga for Lifting class is an amazing mobility class and Coach Tim always checks in with the participants to make sure attendees get what they need out of the class. Helltown Fitness class attendees are friendly too and it’s a great way to meet Ptown locals and visitors. Every class is worth every penny! Thank

I took a few classes with Helltown while on a recent trip to Ptown - I highly recommend! I was able to take a class with all 3 of the trainers and each of them were fantastic - very clear directions, encouraging, and provided helpful tips on correcting form when needed. Plus, their music selections were great! The Ptown gyms can get quite crowded, so Helltown provides an excellent option for those looking for a solid fitness class. Definitely worth the price!

What an incredible fitness studio and the best coaches! The best in Ptown offering classes that are energetic, creative and a great alternative to traditional strength training routines. High energy / motivating / and coaches always ensuring everyone is using good form and feels welcome in the kettle ball and run club classes. I am a big fan of the run club classes as they help runners with form and use body strength and core exercises to help prevent injury and they have helped tremendously in my training and race results!

Helltown Fitness is everything you want in a workout. The kettlebell classes are challenging in the best way, with supportive instructors who really know their stuff and keep you motivated. Matt put together a great workout, demoed all the movements, and gave specific feedback to everyone in class as we got our sweat on. The playlists are fire and the community vibe is super welcoming—whether you’re a local or just in town for the weekend.

And yes, you get to workout under a disco ball. What more could you want?

I took Matt’s strength and shred classes while I was staying in ptown for a week and highly recommend both. Matt brings an amazing energy combined with a well thought out class that creates a great full body workout that is achievable for all levels. Fantastic class! I did Shred with Matt this morning and it was great, I will definitely go back when I'm next in town. The class is well structured and you can make it as easy or hard as you want it to be. Matt clearly broke down the movements, gave a lot of encouragement, and was all around a fantastic coach. I can already tell that I will have a hard time lifting my arms and sitting and standing tomorrow!

I started my workout journey about six months ago, and holy cow - best decision I ever made! The coaches are amazing! The classes are fun, inclusive, and challenging! The guys who run this place – Matt, Tim, and Andrew – are absolute legends. They bring high energy, fun, and inclusivity to every class. Their expertise in strength & conditioning, running, and yoga shines through in their programming.

On paper, the workouts were much too complicated and inaccessible for people like me. In reality Coach Andrew & Coach Tim have such a gift of patiently explaining, demonstrating, correcting, and providing modifications that the work-outs were easily accessible for me and a lot of fun. Don’t be intimidated by the work-outs or the fitness lingo. They make it easy to understand and do. Highly recommend for anyone.

Helltown is exactly what I need on this PTown vacation. The Strength class with Andrew gives me a great pump before heading out to the pool or beach for the day. Great setup with nice Rogue mats and bells, chalk, etc. Much better than the overcrowded gyms where you’re lucky if you can get a squat rack for 10 mins. Get in and out in 50 mins and on with your day. So glad I found them.

Visited ptown for a week and booked a 3 class pack and loved every class. I have never done a kettlebell class before but the instructors made it easy to follow along and provided options for people with more/less experience. I felt amazing after every class. This was a great way to start the day.

If you want to sweat and gain some muscle, take a class with these guys. The Shred class is high intensity interval training at its finest. (Comparable to a Barry’s Double Floor workout with less breaks). Instructor Tim really focuses on your form and breaks down each exercise, offers modifications and challenges. Booked the Strength class as well! Can’t recommend enough.
