I have been attending Tarah's Pilates classes for some time now, and I am thoroughly impressed with the experience. Tarah is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated to helping each student achieve their personal fitness goals.
Each class is well-structured, challenging, and tailored to meet the needs of all participants, regardless of their skill level. Tarah always ensures that everyone understands the movements and techniques, offering modifications and adjustments as needed.
What I appreciate most is Tarah's attention to detail and commitment to proper form, which has greatly improved my strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. The positive and encouraging atmosphere in the studio makes every session enjoyable and motivating.
I highly recommend Tarah's Pilates classes to anyone looking to improve their fitness and health. It's been a transformative experience for me, and I'm grateful to have found such an exceptional instructor!

I hadn’t worked out consistently in years and was so out of shape. After having my first baby I knew I needed to do something! I joined HGF at the end of January and it has been by far the best thing I have done for myself in so long! The instructors are amazing and so helpful. I already feel stronger physically and mentally. The classes are tough but I feel so much better after leaving them. I’ve never looked forward to working out more!

HGF is literally my new obsession. I had been in a funk as far as my workouts go, going through the motions but not feeling motivated or inspired. That all changed the moment I took my first class. I was sore in places that I didn't even know had muscles. The class is 45 minutes of total body workout that literally flies by. There are tons of class times. The instructors are knowledgeable, fun and extremely motivating! Breeanna and Tara are my personal favs but everyone is amazing! If you're looking for a challenging, fun workout, definitely give this place a try!
