Brandon was very flexible to schedule my consultation around my limited availability to create my personalized meal plan. When I want to switch things up, it is easy to meet with him and get a revised plan. He was able to make great recommendations about what would be healthy and realistic in terms of nutritional and weight loss goals as well as calorie burn for various exercises to meet / adjust the goal. He also incorporated my need to keep meal preparation efficient. He is very knowledgeable and reasonably-priced for what he can do for your health.
