Glad to be part of the HIIT community! I've been working out on the mat and punching/kicking the bag for 4+ years and shoot for at least 3 classes a week. There is a 12 week cycle with every week focusing on different types of exercise ie plyometrics, core & balance - even weight lifting. The days of the week exercises highlight a key body part like shoulders or legs but still incorporate hitting the bag and cardio for a daily well rounded workout. Expect to work hard and sweat - a lot! The instructors are knowledgeable, they monitor participation and will encourage you to push yourself. I've made great HIIT friends and yes, it is an intense work out but find the prevailing attitude is 'we're all in it together'. I highly recommend it!!

Love it ! This is my favorite hour of my day --- just about every day! I had a hard time sticking to a single routine before this class. Been going regularly for almost 4 years now. The trainers are fantastic -- each one designs a work out to challenge you, but also to keep you motivated. Since each class is different, and every week has a different theme, I don't get bored and I can really feel and see the changes. Well worth it!

This class is everything you've wanted in a class plus more. It's hard, and really fun! You will beg for mercy during the class but after it's over you will count down the minutes until your next class! After all, you are paying to be challenged and you will not be disappointed here! Let me stress that there are ALL levels of fitness in this class. You won't feel intimidated, because the people that come to the classes are the best and we all cheer each other on (who doesn't appreciate a pat on the back once in awhile?).

What I really love about this class is that it changes, every day it's a different muscle group and every week or every other week it changes to a different category of exercise. You will have muscle endurance for two weeks, plyometric for two weeks, core and balance for a week and this is just to name a few.

These high intensity, interval workouts are NEVER the same so you will be totally surprised every day that you come to class (It's like having a surprise gift to open every day)! The muscle group stays the same on Mondays are chest and triceps, Tuesdays are back and biceps, Wednesdays is legs, Thursdays are shoulders and core and Fridays are full body.

In my opinion, music is a HUGE motivator and I REALLY like the UPBEAT music that's played, it makes me want to punch the bag harder, make my legs go a little faster during floor jacks and sometimes it just makes me do a little dance.

The instructors are amazing and make sure you're doing the exercise correctly and always give modifications. I've been a member for many years, it's not just a workout place, it's family owned and this place makes me feel like part of their family.

This "High Intensity Interval Training" class is HIGH energy, fun and super challenging! Each week focuses on a different type of fitness such as plyometrics, muscle endurance (lower weights/higher reps), muscle strength (higher weights/lower reps), kickboxing and agility, core and balance, etc. And each day of the week focuses on a different body part (legs, chest and triceps, etc). All classes include time on heavy punching bags. The result is a class that is always challenging and always different! The instructors are amazing, motivational, and supportive. All fitness levels are welcomed as modifications and progressions are clearly explained for every exercise. I absolutely LOVE this class, have been attending for several years now and feel more fit at age 41 than I have since I was a teenager!
