I started at this studio in November and it’s one of the best choices I’ve ever made. I have consistently taken Talia’s class and she is such a bright light. The energy and other students in the class carry an undeniable vibe. I have seen my strength improve and my mental health take strides. This is a studio I look forward to going to every week! Do yourself a favor and give it a visit. Embrace the heat, stretch your body, listen to the message, and get ready for the ICONIC cold washcloths at the end of class ⚡️✨ oh, and the clementines!!

Talia has created one of the most beautiful, welcoming, and powerful spaces I’ve ever walked into. She makes every student feel seen and valued and leads an incredible yoga class. She is pure light and spreads the light to all around her. You can feel it in the space. Hot Yoga East Dennis was such a gift to my winter. Walking into that warm, welcoming space week after week helped shift not just my body, but my mindset. Even though I stay active, it reminded me how easily mobility, stability, and flexibility can get overlooked—and how much better I feel when I actually give them attention. Do it! Today I took my first hot yoga class lead by Erin and it was such an amazing experience. The staff is vibrant, welcoming, and encouraging to not only newcomers like myself but all of those in the room. I’m a bigger guy (6’2/260lbs) who goes to the gym regularly so I was a bit worried how I’d do with the positions but the class is so diverse with people of all ages, experience, and body types which put my nerves at ease. Erin did a great job explaining the alternate positions which helped me a lot to stay in sync with the class. Erin’s positive and upbeat personality mixed with her encouragement during class really helped me focus and got me through a HOT hour of yoga. The feeling you get afterwards is unreal that stayed with me all day. I cannot recommend HYED enough to anyone whether you are a first timer, beginner, or experienced. I can’t wait to do it again and SWEAT.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I must. Bikram yoga tends to get a bad wrap because some teachers are brutal. Erin brings the love and nurturing. She rocks! I am so happy to have found this studio and Erin.
