Staffing at this location provided outwardly racist actions and LIED. They kicked out a black man due to “maintenance” and then after the major backlash they said because he did not sign a “member agreement back in his original location”. If that was, the cape this could’ve been explained at the time instead of blatantly lying. This is a major character flaw in whoever is running this business. No matter how clean a business is, I will not support anyone with evil cores values.

A talented Black rapper was unjustly asked to leave in the middle of his workout, and there seemed to be no valid reason for this action. Such treatment raises serious concerns about inclusivity and respect within your establishment. I have always had a positive experience at the Hotworks in Burlington.
The workouts are so beneficial to your body. The infrared heat allows me more range of motion with less soreness after, and I love knowing I got a great workout. This is a 24 hour operation so no excuses not to work out! Along with a healthier diet, I have lost inches and almost 10 lbs! Did I mention there are free weights as well? So glad I joined you should too!!!

Hotworx has been the answer to all of my workout issues: sessions any time of day, hot or not you tailor the sauna to you, comfort and privacy with the option for friends, and Shannon the owner is amazing and very easy to get in touch with if you have any questions or concerns. The class instructors rotate and there are plenty of options from yoga, to Pilates to spin. Being able to have so many class options included in the price and no penalty for having to cancel, you don’t feel like you lost that $40 if you had had a rough session at a bigger studio. The community is amazing and the monthly challenges allow people of every fitness level the opportunity to join in. Sure some of the marketing videos are a little cringy but hey, I’m here for a good workout.

I’ve struggled with my weight, health and body dysphoria for as long as I can remember. I’ve lost weight, gained weight, been a gym junkie, but mostly been lazy…well in October of 2023 I went to the grand opening of HOTWORX Burlington and then did my first class the following week. It took one class…ONE…for me to be OBSESSED! I suffer from hip, back and neck pain, insomnia, stress, anxiety…you name it…what I didn’t expect was for the Infrared Sauna Workouts to TRULY help with all that. I started out with one class at 90 degrees and have worked myself up to being able to 6 classes in 130 degrees. I love the 15 min HIIT classes and the ISO sessions..it feels like you start and are done. The intensity combined with sweat, it truly is more work out in less time. Shannon, the franchise owner is a sweetheart, she is very helpful and encouraging. The ease of at your own pace workouts with virtual instructors and 24/7 availability makes it easier to fit this into my day. I feel amazing every time I walk out of the building and truly look forward to it everyday!

Absolutely love this studio!! Tried Hotworx after a work friend suggested it! Hotworx Burlington opened a block away from my office so I figured it was time to try it! I feel in love my first class! The heat, the sweat, the instuctors, the classes, the cleanliness are all awesome! The staff at Burlington have been very friendly as well! I am usually a 5:30 after work/regular but have been starting to take advantage of the fact that they are open 24 hours! Can't say enough great things! :)

Signed up when I first saw they were coming to Burlington. It was close to work and I LOVED the idea of a 24 hour option, 15/30 minute classes and the idea of working out in a sauna sounded right up my alley!

The staff are super friendly and willing to answer all my questions (and quickly) the studio is spotless and the classes have all been fun. Such a different experience but I love it!
