Devin has a great fitness business that was very well worth my 6 months working with him. I did remote training and nutrition, saw him in his studio every 2-3 weeks, and had great results. My strength and flexibility improved markedly, and my weight really improved (due to nutrotion coaching and calorie counting.) The formula was great for me. I will continue working with him because the results have been so good.

Devin is a top notch personal trainer! He is so knowledgeable and committed to helping his clients achieve their goals. He always takes his time to explain proper form and exercise techniques. I've always been active and into exercise, but I never realized I was capable of lifting as much weight as I did with Devin's guidance. It really helped develop my strength and confidence with strength training. He is always responsive with scheduling and easy to work with. Just an all around great guy and an awesome trainer!

Devin has been an awesome fitness coach and is very dedicated towards training me and help achieve my fitness goals. The trial class is free and Devin did plan my workouts based on my fitness goals. I have completed my 12 weeks training session with him and enrolled for more training sessions based on the quality of results which I see in myself after training.

I didn’t know what to expect when I approached Devin about helping me, but I figured all those people parking their cars next to his house might be on to something. When I talked to him what struck me was his attention to detail and his ability to listen.
Devin left no stone unturned addressing my nutrition and fitness goals. He provided me with a tailored diet to help me control my cholesterol. He also created a workout plan to help keep me injury free that stresses proper form and warming up appropriately. Ultimately as I age I want to stay active and remain off medication, after working with Devin I felt good about obtaining those goals.

Listened to my needs. Designed a very effective and evolving program focused on my requirements. Devin is highly attentive to good form and posture. I have worked with Devin for the past 15 months. Devin has a great ability to explain both the "how" for different exercises along with the "why" for them. He explains both proper technique and identifies common mistakes to avoid. He is very flexible and worked with me to develop a program that fit my needs and schedule and challenged me to improve. My biggest hesitation was the expense, but not because of the amount. My doubt was in my own ability to carry out my part of the work so that the expense would be worth it. Devin's commitment to supporting me in reaching my goals along with the effectiveness of his program have kept me invested. I'm seeing results while doing an amount of work that I can sustain, so there's no reason to expect that I am destined to fail at taking better care of myself going forward.
I carried this belief that I would always be "fluffy"- that it was my genetic destiny. My labs have always been in acceptable ranges, despite my fast food diet. I knew that would not always be the case though, and turning 50 changed my outlook. I would rather preserve my good health than struggle to regain it once it started to slide. I started seeing Devin's posts about how 3 workouts a week are enough, no gym necessary, some is better than none- it's never all or nothing and that kind of thinking felt right to me. I could add effective exercise without taking a huge chunk of time out of my already busy week.
My first goal was just to get stronger because my lower back hurt all the time. I specifically did not plan to lose weight because that was always an emotional minefield for me. Within a few weeks my back stopped bothering me and I was loving the definition I could see in my muscles. Then my waist started getting carved into my apple shape! I started to believe that I could really make some progress on diminishing my "fluff". I'm proud to say that our first target is afoot and in the time frame we set.
Devin's suggestions for nutrition have changed my life. I have consistent, nutrient & fiber rich foods for breakfast and lunch, then a template for balanced dinners. The routine has simplified my grocery list and time committed to preparing food. Devin gave me great substitutions for high calorie foods I used to eat. I never feel deprived, but I do feel accountable and like I am worth feeding high quality food.

After hitting the gym regularly at early 20s, life gets in the way and that became occasional. In my late 30s, found Devin as a personal trainer. He was excellent at teaching the techniques, refining the routine and it really set me back on my path. Strength building in the right way is not easy after falling off the wagon; Devin made it look easy. Just a nice person to work with. It was great !! Highly recommended !

I’ve been doing Devin’s online training and nutrition program now for a couple months. I’m finding I’m actually looking forward to the days I can work out, and the difference is having the preset workout plan. I find it easy to simply do what the program tells me! The plans are well thought out and I’m seeing great results - I’ve lost almost 10 lbs while also getting noticeably stronger.

I have been working with Devin for a couple of months and while I can’t say I look forward to our sessions, I do like the results. His gym is clean and he is very organized and knowledgeable. If an exercise is not a good fit for you, he easily pivots to another that targets the same muscles. He is personable and attentive and makes the workout as pleasant as it can be.

I've been working with Devin for 3 months now, and I'm definitely seeing and feelings results! I see Devin 3 times a week to progress on my deadlift, benchpress, and barbell squat, in addition to other integral compound movements. I am getting stronger by the week!
Devin's expertise, knowledge, and professional manner make him the best trainer I've ever had. He even has his own private studio, which he keeps immaculate for each client.

worked with Devin twice weekly for about six months. He helped me move from practically no exercise to actually enjoying a regular routine. Like a lot of 60 year-olds I have a variety of chronic injuries. Devin was really creative in designing a program with the right mix of accommodations and challenges, modifying it over time, and making adjustments as needed on-the-fly. Most important, at least for me, he was great at motivating me and fun to work with!

Working with Devin has made me realize that even I can work out - and enjoy it! I used to think working out was only for hunky athletes, but because Devin is so masterful at tailoring an individual workout program, giving clear instructions along with patient non-judgmental feedback, I am now a believer that working out is even for this 60 something-year-old woman. We started by having online workout sessions 2-3 times a week for several months. Now that I know the exercises, I can continue to work out on my own, but look forward to periodic checkin sessions with Devin.

I have been working with Devin for the past 2 months and have loved my experience so far!
He is incredibly knowledgable about exercise and always ensures my form is on point.
The workouts are amazing and I always feel great after them.
He tailors his workouts specifically to your own goals/capabilities, whether you are a complete beginner or more experienced.
His rates are very reasonable.
His own private studio has all the equipment you need to get in a great workout. He cleans the equipment after each use and runs a fan/keeps a window open for proper ventilation.
So if you’re looking to start a resistance training routine and you’re wanting some guidance and accountability, I couldn’t recommend Devin more!
