In Motion Fitness’ mission is to help our clients lead healthier, more fulfilling lives through professional guidance, care, and reinforcement for each member to meet their individual goals. We are proud to provide an environment that is welcoming, friendly, fun, comfortable, clean and safe for all our members. We are also an educational vehicle for our members and the community at large in the field of health and wellness and foster the personal and professional growth. Lastly, we preserve our member’s tenancy through our commitment to continuously improve to make for a worthwhile experience.

It was such a pleasure to work with Moonin and Billy! They are extremely knowledgeable. They will customize your program specifically for you and work with you to reach your goals. I was visiting my family in Worcester and didn't want to get out of shape while on vacation. I reached out to them and told them I want to push hard and that I expect high intensity training and I loved the circuit training they tailored specifically for me. I recommend them to anyone, you will be in good hands!
