Our daughter started last year in Acro and loved it. We had such a great experience with Miss Lauren and the recital topped it off. We are excited for this year ahead and our other daughter will be starting Hip-Hop!

My 9 year old daughter is trying Acro for the first time at Inspire and loves it. Lauren and her staff are professional and kind. The studio is beautiful and clean. I love that there is a conditioning class before her actual dance class so she can work on stretching and strength. We would give Inspire 10 stars if we could!

I cannot recommend this studio enough. As a retired dancer (collegiate level) and dance teacher, I am very aware of what to look for in a good teacher and dance environment. Lauren at Inspire provides a fun and exciting, nurturing approach, based on mental wellness, and strength training as she instructs students on dance movement and theory in order to prevent injury now and in the future, all while keeping students engaged and enjoying their love of dance and movement! Each student is given equal personalized attention and instruction so that all students benefit as individuals as well as supporting each other. Technique is taught thoughtfully in an age appropriate way to, again prevent injury, as young bodies develop and grow. You will find encouragement and support from Lauren in and outside the classroom. She fosters dance friendships in a warm, welcomed environment and encourages students to learn from different teachers, as true dance teachers know the value in gaining dance knowledge and experience from various teachers is more beneficial than only receiving lessons from a single teacher.

What you will NOT find here is toxic dance environments: focusing mainly on choreography rather than safely learning proper technique, pinning dancers against each other in competitive ways, requiring dance classes students do not enjoy, demands of age inappropriate schedules, or limiting individual development.

My daughter came from a toxic dance environment where after 5 years giving her all, she lost confidence in herself, felt she couldn’t ask questions, felt she could never match up to “the favorites”, was constantly left out of opportunities her close friends were invited to do. She felt unseen, unwanted, like a terrible dancer, and something that she loved doing was now bringing her anxiety and depression. We found Inspire, and after a few classes, my daughter has realized that 1. not all studios are the same, 2. that her love and passion for dance has already returned, and 3. she feels valued and seen, comfortable (like she found “home”), and, 4. “inspired!” I cannot thank Lauren enough!

If you are looking for quality dance instruction, that provides each student with confidence in themselves, all while safely learning various dance styles and techniques and most importantly, having fun- this is the place for you!

Lauren has been teaching my daughter dance for the past 4 years. We followed her when she opened up Inspire dance studio because she embodies a passion for dance that truly inspires her students. She creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere where students feel they can express themselves while also getting expert instruction. When my daughter went on pointe there was no one else I wanted to teach her. You will not find better instruction for any level, beginner to advance. We are grateful for Lauren and for all she has done for Maddie and couldn't recommend her and her studio more.

Awesome dance study that's perfect for beginner's as Ms. Lauren and Ms. Regina really helped make my child feel comfortable as she's learning jazz, tap and ballet. They even colored a picture as well! Highly recommend! Dance studio is committed to the love of dance and watching your child grow! Added bonus is the costume fees are built into the monthly tuition.

My daughter love, love, loves it here! She's so excited for dance each week. She started with Jazz and begged me to add a second class, so she's doing Acro as well. I love that the Acro class has an added half hour on it to work on their strength. It's a great benefit, not just for dance but for all her activities. Lauren is really great with the kids and the new studio is so pretty inside. So happy to have an awesome dance studio in Marshfield!
