I highly highly recommend Jon to anyone who has had stagnation in their gym progress. I have so far had 25 sessions, and I booked an additional 25 since the training sessions have been insanely helpful !

Iβve had a few sessions with Jon so far, and theyβve sparked a huge realization for me that sometimes you need to humble yourself in order to reach the next level. I used to think having a personal trainer meant being judged, but itβs actually the complete opposite with Jon.
