I trained with Jason for about a year and a half in boxing in a small group fitness format. I looked forward to his boxing class each week and could not wait until class. Jason brings his positive personality, fun stories, and encouragement to every class. He will push you to dig deep and perform at your full capacity. He keeps classes varied and challenging. In my time training with him, I saw the same people sign up for his classes again and again, creating a wonderful bond between us in the class, but this speaks to how fantastic Jason is as a trainer, that people kept coming back. The only reason I no longer train with Jason is that he has taken his talents out of state, otherwise I would absolutely still be taking boxing every Wednesday.

I have been training with Jason for over 9 months now and he is, in a word, INCREDIBLE. Over the past few months he has changed my approach to fitness and exercising, and as a result I have not only lost weight, but I am stronger and more confident. I never enjoyed exercising - but now after working with him and learning how to challenge myself, I find myself waking up early with actual enthusiasm to go get my butt kicked during our sessions and go exercise on my own as well! He has taught me so much about strength training, proper form, and ways I can take the learnings from our sessions together and train on my own. On top of all this, he is just so fun and supportive. He celebrates my gains and is so encouraging and positive - he keeps me motivated and focused on my progress. I used to stare at the clock counting down moments when I would be done at the gym – but in our sessions time doing high intensity exercise goes by in a flash and now when I go to the gym on my own I replicate our sessions and actually enjoy it! I realized that I was not pushing myself at all in my workouts before I started training with him, and now I realize just how strong I am and how much my body is capable of – it really has been transformative. Working with him has been the most worthwhile investment I have made in my health and well-being in a long time.

Jason is the best! Do yourself a favor and have a session with him. We've been working together for years and every single workout has kicked my butt! Jason and I worked together in a TeamTraining capacity (a group of 6 people working over an 8 week period to reach assorted fitness goals). Jason is great at motivating the team and making workouts consistently challenging. Jason has many strengths, but he is acutely aware of everyone's fitness level and he pushes you to your personal max in the most encouraging way. TeamTrain workouts are bootcamps that feature high intensity training, bodyweight exercises, and exercises with a variety of fitness items (kettlebells, resistance bands, dumbells, etc.). Jason also does boxing which is fun, but when you're with boxing Jason, there's no more Mr. Nice Guy! Every TeamTrain season I've done with Jason has made me stronger, and you will see results. Besides his fitness expertise, Jason is genuinely a good person, who cares about you and your goals. There's so much more to say, but Jason is so much fun and I'll miss working with him!

I’ve been training with Jason quite intensively for almost a year now, and the bottom line is I’ve made a lot of progress while really enjoying myself along the way.
From the start, I was impressed with how Jason applied his knowledge and perceptiveness to quickly and accurately diagnose specific issues of flexibility and strength in different areas of my body simply by watching me perform the exercises. He then tailored my training to address these issues, or if necessary, work around them for a while.
This custom tailoring to my needs and capabilities at any given time, which I wouldn’t even necessarily be able to articulate on my own, really provides the added value that makes personal training worth it in my book. As a result, I’ve gained muscle mass and tone and improved my strength, flexibility and range of motion, all of which were my goals going in.
Aside for his professionalism, Jason is a really nice, fun and funny guy who’s easy to communicate with, and that makes the training all the more enjoyable.
In case it wasn’t clear yet, I would highly recommend Jason as your personal trainer!

Jason has been a really fabulous trainer and friend for me this past year--I can't say enough. I had never used a trainer before, and Jason really made sure I was set up for success. When we first met, he really got to know me, what I struggled with, and what my goals were. Because I often felt insecure in the gym, Jason's ability to listen and adjust to what I needed, really made me feel comfortable. Not only did I see results within the first 10 weeks, he helped me build my confidence up in some many ways, especially when going to the gym myself. He gave me routines and taught me the form so that I could continue the work without him. Highly recommend!

I trained with Jason for over two years with semi private training and boxing. He played a huge part in increasing my muscle mass (jumped from 50% to 67%), upper body strength ( I can do full plank exercises with ease, something I never thought I could do) and a positive attitude through it all. His style is energetic, warm, tough but sweet. Jason is a stickler for form and results so he will give you the information as well as the motivation that is needed to crush your fitness goals. Highly recommended! You will not be disappointed. 😊

Working out with Jason feels as if you are working out with one of your close friends. He is funny, knowledgable, understanding, and very personable. Time flies by as you're talking and joking with him, before you know it an hour has passed by, you're soaked in sweat and your workout is done. Every time I left after a training session with Jason I felt like I had the best workout possible, I could feel the impact right away. Jasons background also makes him very understanding of his clients limitations when working out and he is always happy to modify if needed. He strikes the perfect balance between pushing you to do more and do better but also respecting your limits. One thing that I appreciated was that he went through all the steps of an exercise explaining what muscles should be engaged, how long a position should be held...this helps you have a deeper understanding of your workout so you can have a successful gym session even when you're working out on your own.
I have trained with Jason for a couple of months and would definitely recommend him to anyone as a personal trainer.

I have worked one-on-one with Jason for over three years now and I couldn’t be happier! Jason is a bundle of energy, always smiling and laughing, and makes our training sessions together both fun and challenging. He listens to me to help develop my fitness goals and tailors my workouts accordingly. I feel much more comfortable lifting now that Jason has helped me with my form and coached me on different exercises. I feel stronger and leaner and I look forward to our appointments each week. Even when we are not working together, he goes out of his way to say hi and ask how I am doing. Jason truly cares about his clients on a personal and professional level- he even had a birthday playlist queued up when I trained with him on my birthday! I can’t say enough good things about Jason and will miss him dearly when I move out of state.

Not my first "goat rodeo".... We moved to downtown Boston last year and for the first four months, I drove an hour back home for my gym.(yes crazy!) until I met Jason. Obviously, I was hesitant to find a new trainer until I met this fun, talented professional who changed my ways. Who says you can't teach an ole dog new tricks! Jason is fabulous to work with and has truly impacted my life both physically and mentally!
