Jenn is an amazing Trainer. She gives you individualized attention and motivation. Jenn knows exactly how to help you reach your goals, without allowing you to injure yourself. Myself, and my daughter, have gained tremendous strength, and knowledge, through our fitness journey with JB Fitness, that I personally, had been apprehensive to begin. Now I am never looking back! My 16 year old daughter trained with Jenn all summer to get ready for her sports season and to build confidence and body positivity. Jenn motivated her throughout each session and continuously weaved nutritional education into each training session. I highly recommend Jenn as a trainer!

Jenn is an amazing personal trainer and I would 1000% recommend her to anyone! She has always done an excellent job of keeping me motivated and pushing me to do my best every session. She also was able to make adjustments for me when I ended up in a walking boot for 6 weeks. I am so thankful to have found her - after only a few months, I've already seen great improvements physically and mentally.

After a traumatic head-on car crash, I was not sure that I would ever be able to work out, or to start the process of getting in shape. With Jenn's medical background combined with her training expertise, she has made it possible for me to get back in the game! I trust her wholeheartedly as we sometimes take baby steps - and she thoroughly explains why; and when we can jump into a new challenge - and she thoroughly explains why I'm ready. She's never wrong!

I am so happy I started my son working out with JB Fitness. I wasn't sure if he was old enough or would engage enough to want to continue. My 12 year old came to me wanted to get stronger and start working out. I was introduced to JB Fitness program and thought I would have him try it, but really wasn't sure if he would continue. Most of the things he does he asks, do I have to go, can I skip it. Every time he has a work out with Jen, he is in the car with a bottle of water and ready to go. He loves going and I feel this is a great way for him to learn how to take care of his mind and body at an early age. I wish I had dont this for myself at his age and I am considering starting with JB as well.

Jen is an amazing trainer and 100% worth the investment. Jen is always in an uplifting mood ready to get you going. She not only focuses on your physical Heath but your mental health as well she breaks down those roads blocks and helps you develop a healthy routine that will set you up for success. When it came down to finding a personal trainer for my son, Jenn was a no brainer! JB Fitness & Motivation has given him a perfect and personal place to work out, strengthen, lose weight, gain muscle, but most importantly his have confidence back. He enjoys his time, and likes that she has a variety of equipment and exercises in a private setting. She is super motivational, communicative and very accommodating!🙌🏼💪🏻

Jenn is an awesome personal trainer, mentor, all around great person. She is kind and positive but also really pushes you to work hard and improve at every session. She’s really good at assessing where you are now and where you want to be and creating a comprehensive plan to get you there. As others have said, her nursing background really helps boost her skills as she really has an in depth knowledge of how the body functions and what it needs to work optimally. She takes her job very seriously and is 100% committed to her clients. I have recommended her time and again and can’t say enough that working with Jenn is a solid investment in your healthy future!

Jenn is a great personal trainer! Some of the best aspects are her awareness of proper form to make sure you don't get injured and the time she takes to make sure you stretch after the workout. In the past year I went from 50mg of a high-blood pressure medication to 12.5mg - I largely credit that to working out with Jenn.

I’m grateful for the time and energy that Jenn puts into compiling different workouts; every time I’m working different muscle groups for a full body workout. She takes time to check my form and makes sure I’m get the maximum workout every time.
