I am very glad to find this Taewondo school for my 5 years old son. We took the free trial lessons for 2 weeks ,and my son loved Taewondo and we decided to continue taking the class. My son is now in Yellow belt!
The instructor are very professional and the facility is nice. I highly recommend this school to other people. I believe that Taekwondo is not only good for the physical but also helpful for goal setting, discipline, and focusing.

I love this place! My son, daughter and I all have classes here at JS US Taekwondo. Grandmaster Jay and his wife are very supporting welcoming, great teacher! I joined this martial arts studio in June of last year looking for a new challenge and exercise regimen. My daughter and I attend the adult/teen classes and we love them. I've never liked going to gyms, mostly because I become bored with them, but the classes at JS US Taekwondo are far from that. The classes are thoughtfully laid out with conditioning and stretching for the first 10-15 minutes and then moving on to the martial arts portion of the class. There are three instructors, Master J and two other black belt instructors, who are all very helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging who make Taekwondo so fun. The classes require focus and can be challenging but I find because of this, coming to Taekwondo is one of the few places I can empty my mind and just focus on exercise. We've made friends with other students which has become part of the exceptional experience we've had at the studio. We couldn't be happier with our experience and cannot recommend this studio more.

My little boy Lucas did the trial class when he was three and a half. He was not a budding athlete and he has always been a sensitive kid. I want him to be "tougher" both mentally and physically, so I signed him up for the trial class. No surprise, he cried a few times during his first two classes, and he was reluctant to join the other kids in class. The instructors was very patient with him and very friendly. Right after his trial classes, the school did a demo in Belmont town day. Lucas was so impressed with the performance and his interest in Taekwondo increases dramatically. Now he loves to go to the class, and he practices his taekwondo kicks a lot at home. He even teaches his plastic dinosaur toys some tawkwondo moves which was incredibly cute. He is inspired to become a black belt in the future. All the instructors in JS US Taekwondo are very kind and very patient. They are very serious about teaching the kids the right moves and they made the experience very fun for them at the same time. The facility is very clean, and there are plenty of parking spots. There are a lot of classes to chose from and the instructor to student ratio is great. I recommend any kids who want to learn some martial art to try this school.

I’m a black belt and stopped training for 8 years but wanted to get back into it. I Found this Taekwon-do studio online and couldn’t be happier I came to this place. Would absolutely recommend trying!

The grand master is so friendly, approachable, beyond knowledgeable, AND a great teacher. He has amazing teaching technique/strategy. Classes are well organized and fun! And everyone in my class is so friendly- we’re all from such different backgrounds.

js us taekwondo is the best place to start learning the art of taekwondo because they have a very well organized schedule to teach the students, especially for beginner's to build up their confidence, behaviour and how to approach to new people and situations. So I highly recommend anyone who wants to learn the art should check out that place.

I attended an academy in Waltham for two years before switching to JS US Tae Kwondo. Then I realized how much I missed. This place is all about the pursuit of perfecting the art. The masters are dedicated to correct every flaw with high technical expertise. If you want to learn Tae Kwondo the right way, consider no further.

The experience has been excellent so far. Both Grandmaster (6th Dan Black Belt) and his wife (also Black Belt) are very nice and displays a calm and gentle approach while teaching the kids and adults alike. They are very knowledgable in their respective field. I would recommend giving the 3 trial classes with free uniform a shot. One of the trial classes will be a 1 on 1 session with the instructor and the remaining 2 will be group classes.

I just started with the adult program and absolutely love it. The instructors are incredibly patient and friendly, but also knowledgeable. With 4 class options a week (Tu-F), I know that even if I have a last minute conflict, I can come during another class that week. Would highly recommend coming out for the first few free classes to give it a shot.
