I have been working with Justin three times a week for the past six years. He has helped me tremendously, both physically and mentally. I have lost weight and built muscle, improving all aspects of my life. I intend to remain physically strong and active as I age, improving my balance and decreasing the risk of injury. Justin is a pleasure to work with and is extremely knowledgable in all aspects of exercise. I highly recommend him!

I started training with Justin when my physician told me to strengthen my quads to help rehab my runner’s knee. I could barely perform a squat with no weight. With Justin’s help, I have been able to continue running. Even better, I have fallen in love with lifting weights and have gained strength I couldn’t have imagined I had in me! Justin customizes every workout for your goals and needs. Whether it’s losing weight, gaining strength, or overall health, Justin provides the best training in the Berkshires!

It has been a couple of years since I started going to Justin. I go 4x/week and was there to make my body stronger with hopes that it would decrease joint pain, increase work performance and make me feel better about how I was taking care of my body. Slow and steady with Justin has lead me to be much stronger. I have lost weight and then gained it back in muscle, which I am clearly ok with. My work performance has dramatically improved, my athletic endeavors have all benefitted and joint pain has been greatly reduced most everywhere. Justin is a man with a plan. It matters to him that I have the tools to succeed and he takes his role in my life very seriously. Highly recommend...

Justin is an awesome trainer! He definitely knows how to get the best out of you! He communicates well and designs programs that feel specific to you, not just done generically!
