I started working with Ken about 6 months ago. I've been working out at MBSC for a little over a year at that point in preparation for my wedding so I could look and feel my best for my special day. Ken not only helps me reach my goals but also made exercising fun. He is extremely good at his job, every work out is different, which makes each session very challenging and exciting. He always switches it up and keeps all your different body parts moving and working hard. I will keep coming to see Ken even after my wedding is over. Thank you Ken!

Ken brings a great attitude and “lead by example” training style. He consistently pushes me to train harder leading to bigger gains mentally and physically. A major strength is his ability to make custom workouts to suit the needs of his clients; I really appreciate this style of training and the reason I have Ken as a trainer. If you’re looking to make positive changes to your training I highly recommend Ken.

Ken Whittier is a great guy but an even better Personal Trainer. He's excellent at creating specific fitness programs for me and he definitely loves what he does. I'm a former college athlete and have gone through many ankle injuries that Ken has been able to improve the strength and mobility of. He's been able to create a workout for me that has been both challenging but still enjoyable. He is very outgoing and knowledgeable at what he does. I have seen great improvement over these past few months of training with Ken and am looking forward to continuing my work with him!

Ken Whittier demonstrates an excellent understanding of the strength and sports medicine. He is very helpful and does a good job of explaining the proper techniques of each exercise. I have had back issues for years and with his help and expertise with just a little bit of time the pain and discomfort has already greatly improved. My strength and flexibility have also greatly increased with the proper coaching from Ken Whittier. I met Ken after literally 3 months on a couch nursing four damaged discs in my lumbar spine. Following doctor's orders, I tried a few physical therapists and was severely disappointed with their lack of knowledge or ability to truly address my unique situation. Eventually, I found my way to Mike Boyles where I met Ken. Mere months later, my back is not an issue and Ken has me approaching the strength and fitness I had 25 years ago. Ken will pay attention to every detail of your program and performance, regardless if you are a couch potato or an athlete in your prime. Ken takes as much pride in your successes as you do. He knows strength and conditioning theory, how to apply it in specific situations and, when he doesn't know he will find the answer before your next visit. Can't say enough good about the lad, he's just that good.

He has an excellent mastery of Progressions / Regressions and customizes fitness programs to meet the unique needs of the individual. He will not hurt you! He will help you correct and fix your aches and pains and to get in the best shape of your life!
