We are a one-of-a-kind wellness studio with the goal of bridging the gaps between fitness, nutrition, mindset, and whole-body wellness. We created a community for women to feel seen, supported, and encouraged. A space for women at any stage of life to sweat, connect and grow.

Kristen is a first-class personal trainer with solid experience in health and fitness. When I first met her, I knew very little about fitness. She talked with me about my goals, assessed my current fitness level and developed an individual plan to help me build strength, improve my form and gain the confidence I need to stay consistent. My program includes warm-ups, strength training, cardio and cool-downs. Each session is new and exciting–pushing the limit gradually to allow for progression. Kristin is extremely supportive and attentive–she answers questions and listens to feedback. I feel great and owe it all to Kristin.

Kristen is an absolutely amazing strength coach! She has an incredible ability to work with a diverse group of women, from their 20s to their 70s, and truly tailor her coaching to each individual. Whether you're just starting out or looking to push your limits, she helps everyone grow and improve at their own pace.
The classes are well worth the investment – you’re not just getting a workout, you're investing in yourself! Kristen keeps things fun and motivating while making sure each person gets the tips and guidance they need to reach their personal goals. I’m 47 and have a two herniated discs in my back. I wanted to strength train but didn’t know how to push myself more at the gym alone. A friend recommended K-Fit and joining was hands down the best decision I made for myself last year. Kristin is extremely knowledgable about safe body mechanics and I have not had a single problem with my back since starting with her. Not only that, but I feel amazing physically and mentally. Kristin is right there to support but also push me to reach my goals and the friendly group of like-minded women keep me coming. 10/10 recommend for middle-aged women (or any women!) looking to get stronger and feel better.

I am soooo grateful I found KFit + FitPartum! I’d been looking for a gym like this for so long! I did the FitPartum 6 week program after I had my second baby and it was an absolute game changer! The trainers were so amazing, knowledgeable and welcoming! I felt like I had been going there for years! I just finished my 6 week program and signed up for the monthly Bootcamp classes and I cannot wait! I can’t recommend this place enough!!!! 🫶🏼

KFIT Body is up there as one of my favorite places outside of home, in the company of amazing, strong, judgement-free, and supportive women. The workouts and coaches are AMAZING - motivating and challenging. Their nutritionist also helped greatly improve my diet. My KFIT journey started over 6 years ago. I had back
Surgery about six months before that and was dying to get back into a gym so I gave it a shot. Having done CrossFit before, I was very much into a community vibe, but KFIT has the BEST community and BEST coaches. I had restrictions after my surgery and some movements that I just can’t do and the coaches always had a modification for me.
I took a hiatus during my pregnancy with my second child that turned into a three year hiatus (thank you covid), but I have been back for nine months now and am physically stronger but i feel so much better mentally, as well. I wish I started sooner.
Thankful for KFIT, the coaches, and unmatched community of bad @sswomen.

This a prime example of your respective community coming together to help each other. I am a Personal Trainer and fitness Professional. I’ve had great success helping my pregnant and postpartum clients reach their goals. But I never had a case like my own! 4 months postpartum with twins and Diastis Recti 3 fingers wide and very deep. Feeling a little out of my own reach, I reached out to KFit! She met me where I was on a education level, and a fitness level and showed me how to work with both until they are back on the same level. A month later, I am 1-2 fingers wide and there is tension on my lines Alba! I also realized the value of this education and took my own certification to continue helping others the way Kellie and Ally helped me! Thanks ladies! I’ll be back!

KFIT is hands-down the best gym I have ever been to. The coaches and members are SO SUPPORTIVE! If there is a particular move that you aren't able to do, the coaches help you to modify to something that you can do. I have been to a few different gyms over the years and struggled to find a gym that I enjoyed and could really stick with long-term. I have been going to KFIT for about a year and haven't had any trouble sticking with it because of the community atmosphere, the support and motivation I receive from the coaches and other members, and all the fun that the workouts and other events around the gym are. If you haven't tried this gym already, I strongly encourage you to do so!

I have been to many gyms, crossfit centers and different weight loss groups and nothing comes close to KFIT. This is a shame free environment where you feel empowered and equipped to take care of your body (and mind), while surrounded by the most supportive and hilarious women.
