My favorite way of working out. Their system takes care of all the workout planning, weight selection and rep counting, so I can focus on listening to podcasts or audiobooks while my body is getting stronger and healthier. I also like long open hours (5am to 12am), makes it easier to find time for regular workouts when you are busy parent.

Koko Fit Club is the real deal for people who want to hold themselves accountable to a healthier lifestyle. All of your machine workouts are tracked and you can review your progress on your own webpage. No scams here. But you have to put in the work to get the results. I've been a member for over 3 years and I absolutely love this place! It's more expensive than other gyms but it's worth it.

Koko fitclub is beyond amazing! Their staffs are super friendly and helpful. I joined 6 weeks challenge program in November. Your work out routines are closely managed by gym staff, including training class sessions, weight-training programs, and cardio workouts. Staffs are always available if you have any concerns/questions. I was able to loose 9% body fat in 6 weeks through this challenge program. I highly recommend you to join this gym if you are motivated to get in shape!

What a gem! Can't say enough about Koko Brookline! I have been with Koko club for a little over 3 weeks now and everything they tell you in the beginning of a challenge is true!! They are definitely there for you all the time and coach you on each session , provide feedback, and motivate you! Got new recipes to try and goals to achieve. I especially love how friendly and energetic the entire staff is! I also have limitations that they help me through so I don’t hurt myself or do something wrong. Everything is made easy from the meal plans and machines. I love how their is always someone available to answer questions. Best gym I have ever been too!!

Not sure what’s going on here but feels like they are bating overweight people with their betting program. They have very high end technology to monitor your progress and calculate what you should do on the machine which is super neat. The gym is small and super clean. However, I went to the free intro “assessment” to see if I qualified for the “free program.” They advertise it as a 6 week free training program and make it sound like qualifying means meeting certain physical standards but it means what amount of money you want to pay. You could potentially use the gym for free for six weeks if you lost a certain amount of weight in a certain amount of time. Of course though, it’s a business so they are trying to also make money. Some sort of payment or membership is required to be in this, depending on what you pick, and it would be a decent amount of change if you don’t meet your goals. For the amounts you might as well get a personal trainer for a bit. I get the idea of money motivation but it just feels a little off as being healthy and working out should be promoted without trying to suck people into a money scam. Not my type of vibe, but if you need a lot of financial pressure to motivate you, then go for it. To each their own

When I got engaged I knew I only had a limited window of time to achieve my fitness goals and was done wasting my time with trial and error diet and fitness programs. I needed something that really worked and toned my body in the way that I needed it to be toned - not just another one-size-fits-all class or workout. As someone who already worked out a few times per week (typically combining cardio and barre) I knew that I needed something that would take me to the next level, something that would really challenge me and reshape my body. Koko DELIVERED.

The bridal program kicked me into high gear right away - I worked muscles I realized I had been neglecting, ate in a way that helped my body become a fat-burning machine (not muscle-burning, which is key!), and quickly became addicted to the results I was seeing. The program took the guess-work out of EVERYTHING - including fitness, nutrition, accountability, and even supplements. Fast forward to my wedding day, I looked and felt amazing and I have Koko to thank for that!

WOW. What an incredible experience. I absolutely loved the Koko 6-week challenge from day one to day 42. Even thought it was difficult at times, and I wanted to give up, the super friendly staff helped motivate me and push me through. The combination of both diet and exercise helped me develop healthy habits that I look forward to using for the foreseeable future. I am proud to say that I beat my goal, and I never would have reached it without Koko. 10/10 would recommend!

I will say if you put the effort in you can succeed and beyond. I just finished the Six Week Challenge on March 9, 2019. I lost 29 lbs and that was even after being away for a week. I found the mid-challenge evaluation yo be very helpful. I was able to update my meal planning and assess that I was over-training.

I loved the small group sessions. The trainers were top notched.

I joined the gym, during the 6-week challenge. Needless the say the program was very well structured with checkpoints and accountability all way through. Great staff and amazing motivation all around. I did most of my session with "Mark" he is amazing and makes sure you make the most out of the 30 min. The entire staff is motivated and push you towards making your end goal. Lana was super helpful with the most key ingredient in the mix, "diet". She is definitely one of the smartest nutritionists. I did a few sessions with Watson too and his classes were amazing too ( It's always good to do something different and sweat like a Pig at the end of it). All in all, I am in love with the team and truly believe the team lives the tagline KOKOFIT each day to the core. Happy that I got a chance to be a part of this amazing family !! Stay strong and Koko Fit. :-)

Koko FitClub Brookline changed my daily life! I signed up for the Koko 6-week challenge where I had to lose 25 pounds. Prior to joining KoKo, I was exhausted all the time, had high blood pressure and no energy. The fitness professionals at Koko were super supportive and encouraging throughout the challenge which helped me to not only achieve my weight-loss goal of 25 pounds, but exceed that weight. They educated me on proper nutrition and clean eating as it relates to cardio and strength training. The SmartTraining equipment is amazing and provides a digital coach for your cardio and strength training! Koko Brookline is the whole package when it comes to losing weight and maintaining a healthy and happy lifestyle!

The kokofit challenge was very effective! I have failed to follow through with every other workout/diet plan I have ever tried, because I didn't have the support or accountability. That's what the staff here specializes in. I didn't have a lot to lose, but I had stubborn belly fat I could not get rid of before this program. The meal plan was very helpful and surprisingly easy to follow. The private FB community, staff, and owner were very supportive. I lost 9 pounds of fat and gained 2 pounds of muscle just in time for my wedding. I felt more confident than I have in years, and I can see an muscles that I haven't seen since before my 19 year old daughter was born. I highly recommend this gym!

I had an amazing experience with the 6 week challenge! Unfortunately I moved to a different town and it’s a bit too much of a commute for me, but otherwise I would 100% have remained a Koko member after the end of my challenge!

The staff are all friendly and helpful. The meal plan seemed difficult at first but was super easy to follow once I figured out some go-to meals I could make. The group sessions were challenging, but the MyZone belt helped push me more than I’ve ever been able to or willing to push myself. The Facebook group really kept me accountable and in contact with other people going through the challenge.

A very positive environment. I highly recommend Koko as a long-term fitness program. The Koko six-week challenge was not an easy challenge. Losing 25 lbs. in six weeks takes much more than following a meal plan and taking three classes a week at Koko. At least two hours of exercise per day, made it happen. I loved the challenge, because I couldn’t do it on my own, needed the accountability aspect. I loved the classes and the instructors, though wish there were more classes.
Throughout the challenge, the instructors and owner were always accessible and eager to answer any questions and offer advice. They were available to tweak a meal or exercise plan if needed.
Koko feels like a family, everyone encouraging each other.

Friendly staff, clean equipment and caring physiotherapists. I wish their nutritionists had better knowledge of non-meat foods. Unfortunately, it's almost as if they have never heard of vegetarian protein sources.

In response to the Owner's reaction: I gave a 4 line review with 2 lines on what's working and 2 lines on what's not working/needs improvement. I gave a 4 star rating. However, the aggressive tone of your response is definitely off-putting. I was told that some trainers have knowledge and experience in PT and are fully capable of designing an exclusive course for people recovering from accidents/trauma (like myself). So, please pardon me misunderstanding that the trainer is also a qualified physiotherapist. As for your plant based protein diet plan, it only has stuff like Tofurkey and Veg Chikk'n. Lentils, largest souces of protein for most Easterners has been categorised as carbohydrate. Fruits are carbohydrates. Beets are considered as a source of sugar as opposed to Iron. Accoeding to your vegetarian diet plan, vegetarian/vegan sources of Protein are imitations of meat and nothing else :) It's disappointing that more time and effort was not put in to develop the vegan/vegetarian diet plan in comparison to the regular/meat diet plan.

If I can give a 0 star I will. Before my session I ask how much I have to pay for the 6 weeks "FREE" challenge. He text me back that I don't have to pay anything that is free. I show up and you have to pay $499 for the challenge. That is ridiculous

Really poor experience. Bait and switch. After telling them that I would only be in town a couple of weeks and being upfront about it, the attendant scheduled an appointment with me to register for their introductory promotion. After the appointment, then they told me that since I was only in town for a couple of weeks, that I don't qualify for the introductory rate and that I would need to pay 3 times as much. If they told me that in advance, they would not have wasted my time with this bait and switch.

I have been Koko-ing since May 2013 and I can't express how much I love it! I was extremely active years ago, but over the last few years it became increasingly difficult for me to get to the gym and dedicate 2+ hours a day in order to see results. Koko fixed that for me. The workouts are short, 30 minutes for strength and 15 minutes for cardio. I am in and out in 45 minutes! And it works! The programs are customized to you. All you have to do is plug your Koko key in and the exercises, weights, and pace are already chosen! If you are sick of the typical gym scene and want to see results, then I highly recommend you stop at Koko.
