The koko approach/programs take a lot of the guess work out of weight training on your own. I’ve been able to β€œstick with it” for 6 months and am definitely stronger (which was my goal). Added bonus of being able to go in at any time. Have never had to wait for a machine (cardio or weight). Give it a try!

I've been a member for 9 years. I love how KokoFit makes it easy to get a consistent, but individualized, exercise program. Great strength building program for "senior" women! The staff and members are always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

I've been a member of Koko FitClub since 2017 - first in their Acton location, and in now in Harvard. The strength training program keeps me coming back. The one machine for all the different strength exercises makes it easy to complete a routine in 30 minutes, and the attached screen helps maintain pace and form. The cardio machine - ellipticals and treadmills - also have programs to follow, so I leave having checked both boxes within an hour.

Love this fitness center! I tried doing strength training on my own, and at a more traditional fitness center. Neither worked for me. Koko's personalized, individualized, independent program is perfect for me. And the staff is great. You mostly don't need them, but when you do, they are there!

I have been a member of Koko fit club since a decade ago and still going strong! It’s the best choice for an efficient fitness program. Personal training with Hunter Granville enhances my training greatly!

Koko is a very well thought out system of strength and cardio training. The strength training machines are all self-contained: you can do all the exercises you need (over a hundred different ones) sitting at one machine -- no more having to jump from machine to machine to go from squats to chest presses to curls, etc. Each strength training workout consists of a 30-minute session that is part of a 24-session program (again, you can choose from something like a hundred different programs) with multiple exercises. Based on the results of periodic strength tests, the program tailors the weight for each exercise to your ability level, tells you the number of reps, and sets the proper pace for each rep. It really is "workout for dummies:" when I started eight years ago, I knew nothing about strength training workouts.

There are elliptical machines and treadmills for cardio workouts, with multiple programs at several different levels to choose from. The programs are typically about 15 minutes, and each one takes you through a sequence of inclines and resistances and steps per minute (or speed) for an efficient workout.

The Harvard club is clean and well maintained. It is staffed in the morning and late afternoon/early evening, but with your program you can come in at any time between 5 am and 11 pm which I've found to be very convenient.

Just coming back to Koko after a stop due to Covid. My initial membership started in 2011 in the Acton site. Now I am in the Harvard site after Acton closed. Hunter is very helpful as the site manager. There is plenty of equipment to use. Koko takes you through an exercise plan customized for you.

No other fitness center works like Koko. This site is clean and welcoming. I use the treadmill and the strength training machines at each visit. Others use the elliptical machines. It is not so overcrowded that you feel you are in someone else's space. And it's great because older adults like me use Koko on regular basis!

Love the workout. It's computer guided so you just come in and do the workout! No remembering how many reps to do or what weight to use, the program has it ready for you. The facility is clean and there are ample sanitizer wipes to use on the machines when you are finished. You can come in when you need to not at a set time.
