Great club but I wanted to give a huge thumbs-up for Mia -- her classes and her energy are incredible. She's a major asset to the Framingham club, and a big part of why we stay members. I get so much energy out of her classes that I wanted to give her a shout out.

I’ve been a loyal Life Time MetroWest member for years, mainly for the basketball court and the community of friends I’ve built playing there. Management just announced they’re permanently converting the basketball court into pickleball courts — despite strong pushback and even a prior petition with hundreds of member signatures.

It’s disheartening to see Life Time ignore the long-standing basketball community that has been a core part of the club’s culture. This decision alienates dozens of loyal, long-term members who joined and stayed because of basketball.

I understand pickleball’s popularity, but removing the court entirely instead of finding a shared solution shows a lack of respect for member feedback and balance. I’ll be cancelling my membership on December 7th along with many others who feel the same.

Life Time Framingham’s decision to remove the basketball court for pickleball is one of the clearest examples of gentrification I’ve ever seen in a so-called “community” gym.

Basketball here wasn’t just a sport. It was a gathering place for people of all backgrounds, ages, and stories. You replaced that with pickleball courts to appeal to a wealthier, trendier demographic, completely disregarding the existing community that gave this place its energy and identity.

This isn’t “expanding wellness options.” It’s pushing out an entire culture to make room for something more marketable. It’s tone-deaf, exclusionary, and frankly insulting to every member who’s built real friendships and belonging here for years.

Shame on Life Time for prioritizing image over integrity.

The quality of the building and associated services has noticeably declined in recent years, despite rising costs. In particular, concerns have arisen regarding the professionalism and conduct of the staff—most notably within the childcare services team. Instances of disrespectful and immature behavior, including inappropriate comments made by both team leads and younger staff members, reflect poorly on the organization's standards. At a rate of over $300 per month, families rightfully expect a higher level of service and professionalism.

I'm not a member, and although the people working here were more than kind and polite as well as thorough about describing the services provided, the music was so loud and obnoxious that I wanted to leave as soon as I arrived. The fitness session / class was playing songs that are very cliche and repetitive. The kind of garbage you cannot help but to have heard thousands of times already and with shallow toxic annoying lyrics. Some people are sensitive to music... it's neurolinguistic programming. I'm not impressed by anyone working in a "fitness" industry who is blasting bad music, when there is so much good music in the world. It's cool there are so many classes offered, but I would definitely develop a cortisol issue based on how crowded it was.

The price quoted was around almost $300 per month. I am so confused. I pay approximately $30-40 at Crunch, one of which is a location that bought out a 24 hour fitness so has a pool and jacuzzi for anyone brave enough to be in that environment around strangers. How is a fitness facility charging $300 PER MONTH? It's sheer madness. I would be willing to pay that amount if a biotech AI SIMS chip were included that could be implanted in my arm to sync with the venue everytime I went to exercise and go to spa... that catered all playlists to my own personal programming and forced anyone not affiliated with me who was set on behaving like a not-kind individual out. THAT model would be worth almost $4,000 annually! Let me know when that is available.

It used to be a 5 star establishment! However they've increased the fees by 50%, yet lowered the pool temperature to save on overhead. End of an era, I've been going to Lifetime Fitness for over a decade. But it's just not up to par now.

If you enjoy racism, discrimination, profiling, unconscious bias... sign right up. Several instructors witness several incidents of another member behaving aggressively toward me and never reprimanded that member. When I had finally had enough, I reported the incident to management. 1 week after I reported the incident and before anyone spoke to me they had already decided to cancel my membership. The reason: because ccv footage showed me throwing a gym mat, gliders and 10lb barbel weights over as I moved that aggressive individuals things away from me. That member had repeatedly taken spots I reserved for classes and/or equipment I had already set out for class claiming the instructor told her she was allowed to because it was 5mins before class started. I never approached her aggressively, I actually asked her what spot she reserved so I would set up there as I did not want to set up in someone else's spot in case the class was full. But before I could finish my thought this psycho would jump down my throat. This happened repeatedly and other instructors witnessed it and did nothing. However when I "threw" a yoga mat, gliders and weights to the side to move this unreasonable lunatic away from me, I was seen as aggressive despite the fact that instructors and members toss the equipment all the time. In fact the most recent incident where that same harassing member came after me, the instructors who witnessed it also tossed equipment to get her set up in another spot. I get harassed and bullied for weeks by an aggressive member but the throwing a yoga mat, that can't be tolerated! A white womans aggressive behavior is tolerated repeatedly. But my reaction to the repeated hostility and aggression directed at me is intolerable, why? The only difference btwn myself and the aggressor - skin color. We all toss equipment at this gym. But I tossed it while being of color. My mistake!
Silver lining - I had paid for personal training. I couldn't get a hold of the trainer and when I asked staff about the trainer I was informed that trainer no longer works there. They would not refund the money and said I could use it toward other personal training. Ok, fine I probably would not sign up for training again bc they are so disorganized but it's fine. However, bc of my aggressive equipment throwing I got a refund. So if you ever want a refund, just be brown, throw weights and you're good 👍

If you’re looking to come here to enjoy the pools with the kids, I do not recommend this place. Literally, every single time we come, half of the pools are closed because they are “short staffed”. Out of the six times that we came in the month of June, The waterslide has been opened once. They always claim to be shorts staffed.

Today, I use my guest passes to bring a family with five children. It was 11 AM and their leisure kids pool was closed. And for us to go outside with guests, it’s extra. So we literally use our guest passes for no reason because we wanted to enjoy the pool. The Lifeguard then said “I will open the pool up just for you”. As if he is doing us a favor. Mind you, the hours of the pool are 10am-8pm.

The infant kids room is always booked up and waitlisted.

I honestly got so fed up with their pools being constantly closed that I gave my 30 day notice and will cancel my member.

So if you’re looking to enjoy the pool with little kids, I do not recommend this place being how expensive it is and how accommodating they are.

I have been coming here for 4 years now, mostly for swimming. They have large number of lanes and kids pool so everything was good.

But as the time goes by, I noticed there increasing number of swimming classes. For example, competition pool is fully booked between 5-8pm everyday, so you can't use it during the peak time. But I understood this and moved to my swim to lunch time, which was pretty empty at that time.

But as the time goes by, number of senior members taking the entire lanes were increasing even in lunch time. I moved my swim time to after 1:00pm, but it was very crowded. Especially in Monday or Friday, it is just so crowded that you'll need to wait like 20min+. Well, I don't have all the time in the world, so a lot of time, I just have to withdraw my swimming practice, which is very frustrating. I mean the membership fee is pretty expensive. But no one in admiratives seem to care about it. I mean, they could make some time table when the lanes are over-crowded or not.

Now they made mandatory requirements so that parents have to come inside the the water when their young kids are playing in the pool. I understand the safety concerns, but what's the use of life guard if every parents needs to stay next to kids within 10 feet? I'm already paying hefty amount for membership. Wouldn't it be logical just to go to community pool? Instead, I received another email from Lifetime that they are increasing the monthly membership by $60.

Well, it is apparent that I'm paying more and getting less value. It would be so dumb not to cancel my membership.

The gym has really become money focused and does not represent the values of when I signed up. Getting rid of all of the basketball courts for pickle ball courts is a complete money grab. Basketball is a community and Family sport. Pickleball is a fad. Instead of removing the court why not just allow Pickleball players use it when basketball is empty? If you guys promised the Pickleball players an outdoor court than build it. When I signed up I was promised two basketball courts and now we will have none? Not to mention the gym is not as clean as it used to be. Weights are everywhere and the locker rooms are dirty. Equipment is constantly broken. Thank God we can have a bunch of 65 plus people fill a pickelball court though. Stupid and myself and many others will be leaving this gym once the courts are removed.

The only reason why I signed up as a member seven years ago was for the basketball courts which they used to have two full courts. For the past eight months or more, they have been threatening to eliminate the final court, and only have Pickleball alone with no option for basketball. The way management has gone about it without listening to its members and valuing diversity in the club offerings has been disheartening to say the least. Hopefully there will be word from management that the basketball court will remain and at that point I will adjust this rating to five stars. Currently, it is the best basketball court in a 70 mile radius.

I have always been very pleased with all the classes, staff and amenities that Lifetime offers! The classes that work best for me has been the Aqua Aerobics taught be Shayna! Over the past few years I have has some injuries followed by PT but in addition I have found these aqua aerobic classes beneficial to my rehab! Shayna has always remembered my name and there greeting me with a huge smile! She is genuinely interested in my health and how I might make accommodations to receive a better workout that suits my needs! Class is always fun and goes by quickly keeping everyone moving with great musical playlists! Often I find myself singing the songs and not realizing how hard I am working. Overall I do enjoy my experiences at Lifetime and have found that my connection with Shayna and her water aerobic classes keeps me connected and not feeling overwhelmed with all that Lifetime has to offer! In general staff and members are always available and eager to assist! I give Lifetime an A+++.

There are many aspects of this club that I love. The first one that comes to mind is the Arora program for people who are 55+. The community that has been formed (and is always growing) is wonderful, and this is largely due to Shayna, who in charge of the Arora program. Shayna works exceptionally hard to keep us happy and to bring in activities that we will enjoy and benefit from. She is also a great Hydro (water aerobics) instructor who challenges us to work to and above what we believe is our potential. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Mariama, who is the very best pilates instructor I've ever had, to Sandy, who is an energetic Hydro (and more) instructor, and to Renee, who is absolutely excellent. I have to say that all of the instructors at Lifetime are top notch.

I like the Aqua Aerobics class the most, Shayna is the instructor of the classes that work with my schedule, she is so amazing I get a great work out but don't feel like I worked out but refreshed and ready to start the day. The music that Shayna plays motivates to start the day on a good note. The aqua class goes by way too quickly. Dan the yoga instructor is a life and game changer, I go in the class frazzled and come out completely calm and a new person. Mondays are insane days for me, I look forward to having Aqua and Yoga. The best thing about the club is they have a cafe where I can go to work when I need to get out of the office. Going to the gym is not a dreadful experience thanks to Lifetime.

Hi Korrinn,

Thanks for reaching out in this way and congratulations on your new position at Lifetime Metrowest! I very much appreciated this personal touch. If you don’t mind there are a few things I want to share.

I have been a member and enjoying the Metrowest facility a great deal from the beginning. I was first attracted to Metrowest due to the availability of squash and have loved taking lessons from Asif and Asim, both impressive to be sure - what a program Asif has built.

But alas, initially I couldn’t convince my wife, Nancy, to join so I started with a solo membership . . . that is until very recently. Nancy has now decided to join LifeTime as well and it all revolved around our “discovering” Bernie Lee and his incredible and special skills as a Pickleball Professional Trainer. For this connection, I am grateful to Kurt Douty, who provided the introduction.

Nancy and I both love pickleball and have taken many lessons from several pros, including locally and and in Southwest Harbor, Maine where we spend our summers. I can say without reservation Bernie is by far the absolute best we have seen. After I took a few lessons from Bernie I suggested to Nancy that she try LifeTime out by taking a lesson with Bernie. She did so and she was hooked and because of that we now have a family membership. I’m thrilled to be learning from Bernie as is Nancy, but I’m also grateful that my wife has become a part of the LifeTime experience as well. She is now looking into yoga, pilates, etc. I couldn’t be more grateful to Bernie, Kurt, you and to LifeTime for this outcome.

I want to also add that Nancy and I “sponsor” our adult children's (AND our grandchildren's) family membership at the Denver West facility. I’m thrilled, Korrinn, that you balance your personal, family and professional life as only Lifetime can help to accomplish. It was when I witnessed mothers and fathers in the Metrowest facility using the Kids Academy that I looked into it and recommended Lifetime to our two children. They have been members for about a year and they feel it is “life-changing.”

Finally, I add that Dan McElhinney was so helpful to me and Nancy in her figuring out how to become a member and know her way around the incredible facility.

You have great crew there and I just wanted to share this with you. I wish you the best.

Regards, Kirk

I’m a member of Lifetime living in Miami and came here while traveling. There are a few impressive aspects of this location like the full basketball and squash courts, lap pools etc that I’m not used to.

However, one thing that completely shocked me was the sauna. That’s usually one of my favorite parts of my day and workout wind down, but this was not a relaxing or enjoyable environment. In my home studio, it is tranquil, dark, quiet, and respectful: many people are there to relax. Here all of the lights are on (?) it is a bit dirty-seeming, and EVERYONE was talking, at a normal outside voice volume! It may just be me, but that is enough for me to not want to join a studio.

Thankful to be back in my home studio in the quiet dark sauna while writing this 😅

I recently had the unfortunate experience of joining Lifetime Fitness, and it has been quite disappointing. One of the first issues I encountered was the unexpected price hikes; it seems like every few months, the membership fees are increased without any tangible improvements in services or facilities. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any gym, yet Lifetime Fitness falls short in this department. The locker rooms and showers are often unkempt, with litter and unpleasant odors being common occurrences. Another major downside is the attitude of the staff. On several occasions, I’ve encountered rude and unhelpful employees who seem more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting members. The amenities, which are a significant reason for choosing a gym, are frequently closed for "maintenance." This has become more of a norm than an exception. If the amenities are consistently unavailable, members should be entitled to a refund or some form of compensation. Lastly, the gym is consistently overcrowded. Finding an available machine or space for a workout can be a challenge at any time of day. Between the constant price increases, lack of cleanliness, unfriendly staff, unavailable amenities, and overcrowding, it’s hard to justify continuing a membership here. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements for the benefit of all members. Until then, I would advise potential members to consider other options.

This place really needs to have stricter diaper rules! It happened so many times some kids code browned the outside pool! Yet no one has done anything to prevent this to happen again! I do not see a clear sign requiring diapers for kids that are not potty trained. I know their policy says it somewhere, but you really need to put a clear and big sign outside so parents can see it and should be requested to leave if they don’t go by the rule. Other swimming places generally require kids under 4 to have double diapers even if the kids are diaper trained! It is disappointing that this place is getting like this… please do something!

The place is rundown and mismanaged:
1) sauna door handle fell off and nobody cares
2) sauna today was 120 degrees and the temperature was falling down. Reported to front desk. Someone came 1,5 hours later trying to restart. All this time people were coming in and out frustrated. Putting a door sign that sauna is out of order would be much better customer experience
3) the caddies holding shampoo/shower gel are falling off the wall

5) the dirty towels overflowing
6) chunks of hair everywhere: sauna, showers…
7) the locker doors are loose and missing parts
I used to enjoy coming for a spa day but if this place does not improve I’ll be looking elsewhere…

I have no problem with the gym and the staff is friendly, BUT me and my boyfriend are paying $300+ and the locker room and gym space is filled with underage kids running RAMPANT. I go late to avoid this because the staff clearly wants it to be a kids only gym, however my most recent experience I went at 10pm, there were several staff members in the locker room, no one said anything. There was a 3 year old kid SCREAMING bloody murder for 45 minutes, then the mom proceeds to leave her infant on the other side of the locker room while she goes and does skincare and the kid is screaming, trying to go thru my belongings, mother busy staring at her own reflection. In addition to that, had several teens taking photos in the sauna while I was using it with a towel. This was only in one night and is definitely not a singular occurrence, something like this happens almost every time I visit. Seems like no basic manners are expected or enforced by staff members. They should really enforce anyone under 18 to use the family only lockers rooms.

Edit: It's disappointing, but I've lowered my review. After having been a member for years, I'm just kind of done with this place. The only interest that they have in current members is how to get more money out of them. Otherwise, the focus is on getting new members and not keeping existing members happy. A lot of the staff that made this place great are also gone. There are still some great people there, but it's just not the same. So I've decided to rescind my membership.
For the excessive price we pay we should basically be guaranteed that we will be able to work out, but my personal issue is that it isn't the case. The facility is grand but the upkeep isn't being done. Even the equipment such as the bars could use an update. It's a shame, but it's just not worth the price anymore, especially with the increases.

2021 4-star review: I've been a member for years. Firstly, the facility is huge. It's difficult to comprehend how much space there is until you visit while there is a full parking lot and are wondering where all of the people are. It is so big that it swallows up the crowd. This translates lots of open machines and open benches. Also, in the age of covid it means a decent amount of space to yourself. The facilities are also always clean and well kept. The staff are also awesome and very helpful when needed.
The main issue I see to Lifetime is the pricing, not necessarily that it is just higher than their competitors, but that they have now done 3 price increases while simultaneously removing services. It would be one thing if they added services while also increasing the price but since I have been a member they have restricted and then subsequently removed access to the outdoor pool to members. Also, a lot of their services like their classes make it feel like they nickel and dime you. If you are considering joining LifeTime I would recommend it but also look at other places as it wouldn't be the high recommendation that I would have given it previously.

Great culture and community. Family friendly. Lots of amenities, classes, equipment. Certainly the fitness country club but in a fun community non-pretentious kind of way. More like it enables you to have everything you need at your finger tips so you can achieve your fitness goals.

I joined this lifetime in 2020 because my regular gym was a COVID casualty. My membership fees have increased like 25% while the value has decreased. They’ve cut back hours and group classes.

Pros: Jennifer and Neal (I love their spin classes). I never have to wait for equipment for long.

Cons:
Their class scheduling is beyond stupid. They’ve cut the Saturday morning strong cycle class, the Thursday evening edge, and the mid Thursday morning class as well. If you don’t want to do silly choreographed AMP classes, your only option is to join EDGE on Tuesday at 6am. Same issue with yoga classes.

The younger night staff, if they’re even at the desk, is always on their phone or talking to their friends and act annoyed that you need to check in.

Heavens forbid you go anywhere near their private group sessions (and they take up a lot of space)…The trainers will treat you like scum

Their bathrooms are beyond nasty so dont think you can come workout and shower before your workday.

They’ve inflated dues and only added premium services you have to pay extra for. Is this gym worth it? Absolutely not. But your only other option in the metrowest is la fitness. Pick your battle.

Obviously it’s a good gym but one of the trainers is a bully.

I was working out my back. When working out your lats and they start to get swollen and sore you have a hard time putting your arms in a normal comfortable rest position. It looks strange.

One of the women trainers started to impersonate me and make fun of me to another trainer. I think she thought I was trying to act “big” or tough. Trust me when my lats are sore I can’t help it.

Point is bullying and teasing should not be tolerated at a place of improvement like a gym.

I don’t want to complain or report this trainer because the crime doesn’t fit the punishment. If a lifetime employee reads this maybe you can tell your trainers to do better.

Beautiful facility! Spacious, many classes, very clean. Indoor lap pool, warmer leisure pool, and jetted hot tub. Luxurious and well-equiped locker rooms with showers, toiletries, jetted hot tub, sauna, steam room. The outdoor pool area is amazing, with lap pool, leisure pool with slide, and hot tub. The pool management does a fabulous job with all of this. The club staff is great. On-site spa for massage, hair, etc.

I’m a new member here only starting two weeks ago. Already I’ve been telling my friends and family members that they have got to try out this gym. Since my tour of the facility with Barry to my interactions with Shayna, Sandy and Jo who all teach different Aqua aerobics classes, to all the different staff that I’ve run into, everybody has been personable, encouraging, knowledgeable and such fun people to meet and get to know. The amenities in the locker rooms are terrific, the class offerings are in abundance and the programs available would suit anybody of any age or gender. So happy to be a member here and this is from someone who hadn’t exercised in years and hated to get up early to workout of any kind. Life time is the best!

I’ve been member of this gym almost 3 years. You can find almost everything in this place. I mostly go to this location for squash. They have outdoor pool as well which is one of the nicest part to enjoy your summer. They also have indoor pool for different age groups. Overall it’s my favorite gym in Massachusetts because I can find everything I’m looking for. If you wanna experience and give value of your time this is the right place for you.

My family of four has belonged here since the Pandemic when Boston Sports Club in Waltham closed (RIP BSC…loved that place!)

I find Lifetime to be the most soulless and annoying experience every time I’m there. Most days, I work out in my garage to save time, but want to be able to leave the house and use advanced equipment on the weekends. Every visit to this place is excruciatingly frustrating, particularly because of the group workouts taking place in the few areas where individuals can work out. On top of the gymwide music, the group workout instructors show up with ginormous speakers blaring with people who completely take over the entire space. And the multiple studios are also blaring their own tunes on top of it all.

No matter what time I’ve been there—morning, noon, or night—I’m unable to hear my own headset or find a confined space where I can do a curcuit. I go out of my way to find the one empty spot and inevitably some instructor and one or more clients edge me out entirely or pull up right next to me in a way that I have to discontinue whatever I’m doing and find a new spot. Beyond the noise pollution, the personal space violations are like nothing I’ve ever experienced.

I’m determined to open a new gym at the intersection of 128 and 90. If anyone else is as frustrated as I am and interested in creating an alternative to this sensory assault that I can’t believe I’m paying for, I’d be happy to be a very active investor.

There’s a market for people who want to work out in a nice place with space to do what you want to achieve, and this isn’t it.

Great club, but gets 3 stars for the price. Last time I checked it was 339$ for a family of two. While some might find it to be a good investment into yourself , I believe you should always be reasonable. While club was closed for some months during pandemic, it taught me workout at home, and find outdoor activities when allowed. I could care less for all new programs they introduced with membership price raise, or removing membership joining fee, or improving their application. Very much commercialized within the club - many group classes are for extra fee. It feels very crowded in the club these days. There is a morning crowd from 8am and into 1pm. And evening crowd from 4pm into 8pm. They have raised the price twice in last two years. And, in the current 2023 by 50$ a month , which is roughly 20%. While acceptable, but totally doesn't work for someone who comes 2-3 times a week for 1-1,5 hour workout. And on top of that they reduced their working hours for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

I just went to the framingham lifetime and it was the most horrid, stomach turning experience. first I walk in and go to the bathroom and am greeted by blood on the floor and mind you I felt like I was in a mall bathroom. then I make my way up to exercise and the treadmill is in pieces, the stretching machine was squeaking and falling apart as I used it, half the machines were turned off. and THEN I decide well the saunas gotta be good and I go in and it smells, I step in spit and I could do a split and touch both walls, there’s dust and hair in the light fixtures. and why didn’t I report this to management you ask? I couldnt find an employee ANYWHERE

This is a beautiful gym but they do not care about people. Only money. I have cancer and am being treated for it with chemo and immunotherapy. After getting COVID I cancelled my membership via email ( as directed). However they have conveniently lost my email and are charging me the monthly fee anyway. When I told them I cancelled email because I was sick they wanted me to get a note from the ER doctor( yes the ER doctor) to prove I was not fit to exercise. I’ve got COVID, cancer and in the ER! Despite my proving I was actually there, they want a note! Are we in high school? They are greedy and don’t care! Just say NO to this gym!

Bald equipment maintenance guy hogs 1 of the 2 squat racks in the weight room for 1 - 2 hours on end at peak times. He then spends most of his time chatting with guests, filming himself on a tripod, and packing Zyn nicotine pouches. Drop $200/month and cant even get a squat rack majority of the time because of this. Save yourself the money and trouble and join a different gym.

Life Time fitness has gone down a lot in quality. We've been members since 2017 and we're currently on a family plan in Framingham. I came down to the Boca location to work out while I took care of my grandma for the month. They quoted me a small increase to use the gym service for the month--which was fine. At the Boca office they promised that we'd be able to keep our current rate when we went back to Framingham. Instead, they increased our membership fees almost $100 without telling us and they have refused to make any changes. The Boca office told us to call the main office, the main office told us it was in the hands of the Framingham office, and the Framingham office told us to talk to the office in Boca. There is zero accountably. We pay a premium for a luxury gym experience, and considering what we already pay for the family, it's mind blowing to be given so many problems and such bad customer service. This gym has become more of a headache than a pleasure. It's gone down in quality and we're just treated like numbers that give them money every month, instead of loyal members that have been using their services for years. For the quality/price index there are better gyms in the area that do more for their clients. It's been WEEKS and they still haven't resolved our issues. Things are fine until you experience problems at Life Time, and all the sudden you feel like you're working with a budget/low-cost gym. If you're working for Life Time and you see this review, please help us with our situation!

Also, my hair was styled horrifically..I have lengths and layers that I didn't ask for nor do they match up. I expressed how unhappy I was and disappointed, I was told a manager was going to reach out to me and it's been an entire week and I still have yet to hear from anyone. Do not go here. It is way over priced, clearly unprofessional. you would think you would get quality work but, no.

With all the locker break ins I never received an email telling me that such events were happening while being a member there. Sure it's not great public relations but members should be informed of what's going on so they can make wise decisions about using the lockers or not. In my mind breaking a door off a locker is a two man job. One to keep lookout and one to pry door open. To the dads out there watch out for your sons carefully. If there are frequent locker break ins you might be wise to ponder the variety of men in the locker and shower facilities.
The staff is fantastic !

I'm an RN, been at Life Time Framingham for yrs witnessing many Personal Trainers come and never used a trainer myself BUT several months now I've notice this trainer named Adonis C. coming in early, writing out his clients workouts, actually putting himself through the workout hard or easy and making changes when need be. And this is along with the always comfortable welcoming personality. This is what GREAT COMPETENT PROFESSIONAL Personal Trainers do
1. Connecting with their clients on a physical and personal level.

I do not know Adonis C personally but his dedication to his craft is exceptional and deserves recognition. Go train with Adonis C.
