Lifted Fitness + Performance is the Boston area’s premier strength and conditioning facility, providing a gym experience that delivers real results within a fun and welcoming team environment. Our full-body workouts incorporate free weights, kettlebells, ropes, med balls, sleds and more to increase strength, torch body fat, build muscle, and jack up your metabolism. There is no long-term commitment, contract, or enrollment fee required, and we are one of the only gyms close to the city where every trainer is a Certified Functional Strength Coach. Great addition to Walpole center. Clean and welcoming gym is locally owned. Coaches are friendly and able to modify to suit individual needs. Members range in age and experience levels. Check them out!

Lifted is easily the best gym in town! The equipment is top-notch, the space is clean and never too crowded, and the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable. The classes offer a great mix of strength and conditioning, and the supportive atmosphere keeps you motivated. Highly recommend!
