Stacy is an amazing trainer! She helped me reach all of my goals for 2025, and they were BIG goals. She’s brilliant at what she does, she makes you feel comfortable, and she doesn’t mind if you complain a lot like I did lol. Stacy is an excellent trainer who motivates and pushes me to just the right level. I leave feeling stronger, never with pain or discomfort. She is patient and takes the time to learn about individual needs and limitations to design a workout regimen that works. I was nervous to engage a personal trainer due to major back restrictions. I was apprehensive about a personal training session because it's been a while since I've hit the gym, and past experiences with trainers who overworked me left me feeling discouraged. Stacy made the workout feel completely do-able. I left feeling great and - more importantly - successful. It wasn't until later that I realized how many muscles were worked :-)

I’ve struggled with knee and back pain while working with other trainers and it always leads to time off from working out. Stacy creates workouts for me that get me in shape without feeling my knees and back the next day. I’m feeling more in shape than I ever have!
