I been a member since the beginning of April and I have to say it has been the best decision I have made. I lost total of 20 pounds already. I have never been to a gym and seen the results I’m currently seen and living. Coach Josh is by far the best coach I have ever met. He will guide you along the way. He motivates you and will definitely keep you going. The vibe is great the team is also amazing. I have to say coach Josh AIN’T PLAYING…. You never know what you are going to walk into but it’s always a good one!!! You will see the difference!! Let’s gooo!!

I’ve been a member since February. I love the structure of Coach Josh’s workouts. Full body, multi movement exercises along with a cardio component. What’s nice about it is all levels are welcomed. Coach Josh directs you with form and pushes you to progress towards your health goals. The members are supportive, Josh and Erin, I can’t thank you both enough!
