It’s literally the closest yoga studio to my home, however I never really gave it a try until this summer. Absolutely love it! Honestly I only tried their yoga flow heated and unheated, so far enjoyed both but secretly hoped there would be more “prime time” (aka evening) unheated sessions. The instructors are all very pleasant and professional, I totally enjoyed every session I was in.

I attended a prenatal yoga class at LPY Yoga & Barre in Lexington and had such a positive experience. The instructor was warm, knowledgeable, and made me feel very supported—even in just one class. She offered helpful guidance and gentle modifications that made the practice feel safe and nurturing.
The studio is clean, calm, and beautifully maintained, and I really appreciated that all the necessary equipment was provided. It made it easy to just show up and enjoy the experience without stress.
Even from a single class, I could tell this is a wonderful space for expecting moms. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Both Woburn and Lexington studios are wonderful...clean and spacious. Diverse teaching styles across the few I've tried, and all were fantastic in their own way (Michelle and Tracy were both very memorable and well balanced). Highly recommend.

Such a caring, thoughtful community. I’ve brought friends/fam here with a wide array of yoga experience and they’ve all found comfort and joy. Coming to this studio, you know that you’ll fully be able to enjoy your practice. I just took class with Amanda today and it was unreal amazing. But all the teachers that I’ve had have created the most welcoming environment for practice.

Heated flow with Jen Geller is literally what dreams are made of. I love the yoga space, the community gives the feeling of compassionate and open hearted, welcoming energy. Jen’s group instruction is gentle yet she offers a challenge simultaneously- she genuinely does not push her students, but allows us to rise to meet our bodies with whatever they may need in the present moment. I am very grateful to have found this studio & all it has to offer.

I have been going to LPY for years. I love the studio and its management team who are also excellent yoga teachers. I find a lot of variety in the classes. Yoga, of course, but also TRX with Elaine - her classes are challenging and a real workout with several series of exercises that keep changing at each session-, Shine with Julie - a fun danse cardio class- barre class with Sarah or Yoga sculpt with Jenna. Great studio, great teachers!

Took up yoga 5 or 6 years ago thanks to Jillian, Linda, Lorraine and all...now stepped up to strength training at barre and TRX classes. Ami & Sarah/barre have been so wonderful at positive feedback while slowly building posture muscle - and Elaine/TRX has been amazing at unveiling ways that suspension training builds back, leg, core and arm hardiness for life's demands. Kudos, here's to even more class fun! (Existing classes are quite fun already!)

LPY is a great and welcoming studio with valid instructors. My favorite classes were Elaine’s ones: they were tough, but also very challenging and motivating. She always pushes you to go beyond your limits and that is probably why I appreciate her so much.

I came here after burnout from CrossFit. I absolutely love the TRX class and barre. The workouts are great but I never worry about hurting myself. I leave feeling accomplished from a great workout! Wish there was 9:40 barre then trx daily back to back! Love this studio

Have been taking classes at LPY from the beginning & recently crossed 500-class threshold - so am clearly a big fan. Still do lots of yoga, but lately have started supplementing with Elaine Sather’s TRX classes. Highly recommended!! Love the challenge & sense of community!

I've been taking TRX classes at LPY for a few months and really love it! Instructor Elaine is great! She always come prepared with a variety exercises to make the classes fun and keep us engaged and challenged. I also appreciate that she pays attention to everyone in class and helps ensure we have the right forms to get the most benefits from the moves. The classes have improved my core and muscle strength. I hope LPY will consider offering more weekday night TRX classes.

Just took my first prenatal class at LPY. It was a DREAM. The instructor Mandy was amazing and so kind. The studio was calming and clean. I loved their class format and the pregnancy community they create in class. I’m looking forward to more classes throughout my prenatal journey and beyond!

LPY is wonderful! A well-run, warm, professional studio with great instruction. I’m a big fan of Lorraine in particular :) I especially love the 60 minute class format (90 is too long for me!) and convenient class times.

I just did my first hot yoga class in a mask. I was a little apprehensive and thought it would be very uncomfortable. Once class started, I hardly noticed the mask. I'm not sure if the instructor modified the class to make the breathing easier, but it sure felt that way. Everyone in class followed the safety protocols, and generally seemed unbothered by the masks too. So glad I tried it! I'll definitely be going back for another hot yoga class. Great place, great yoga!

LYP is my favorite yoga studio! They have the best teachers in the area. Some of my favorites are: Linda, Lorraine, Michael and Molly, but they are truly all amazing in their own ways! I've also recently started going to Kim's Baby Yoga with my daughter, which I love. The studio is clean, friendly & welcoming. Great community.

I really enjoy LPY - the teachers are kind and dedicated, the space is beautiful, and I look forward to coming. I'm still relatively new to yoga practice, and I benefitted from beginning classes and teachers who took time to show me the proper form.

I usually go to either the Wednesday class at 6:00PM with Robert DeBoard, or Fridays at 6:15PM with Allison Derrico. Both classes have helped me with my daily struggles, I walk in feeling hopeless and without energy many times, just to walk out feeling rejuvenated and empowered. The teachers are kind and wise beyond their years. The studio is super clean. Thank you for literally helping me exhale. Peace.

A wonderfully warm and friendly studio, with a great mix of classes (from yin to hot power, from yoga to bar) and strong teachers. I've been a happy yoga-goer for five years, and I continue to go back for the fun classes and encouraging teachers. Feels like a community, not just a studio.

I so appreciate LPY! I have been attending the early morning classes. I especially love 5:45 AM on Weds with Amanda. Even though it is hard to get up that early, going to yoga always sets my body and mind up for a good day. Thank you LPY.

LPY has been a place of comfort and acceptance for me for the past few years. The instructors are human and explain things in ways that help you understand how to alter your pose to benefit you the most. I’ve done both classes and workshops and have always felt so much better leaving than when I arrived 💕 Definitely worth the stop in!

I've been going to LPY for a year now. I've done yoga and Barre classes. I love the location, easy to get to and easy parking (free on the battle green or minimal fee in parking lot behind). I love supporting a local business. Classes are of a high standard, always prompt and teachers are usually welcoming. Stand out teachers for me are Courtney (welcoming and fun) and Linda (knowledgeable and dynamic), oh and new comer Sarah! The studio is always clean, classes run on time and there is sufficient variety. The $20 introductory offer for 2 weeks unlimited classes is a great way to check the studio out. My only slight concern is that sometimes I can see that other people aren't doing a yoga pose or barre position correctly, which probably means I'm not too. I'd like more hands on correction, but that's personal preference. Don't be put off by the idea that everyone is a "Lululemon stereotype", try it you'll hopefully be pleasantly surprised.

I’ve been a member at LPY for 3 years now and was brand new to yoga when I started - LPY got me hooked! I was always decently athletic so the idea of yoga didn’t resonate but POWER yoga sounded intriguing. Over the years, some favorite instructors include Molly’s 6am on M and W (I come out dripping...), plus Jen Murray, Amanda, Linda, Joanne, Lorraine, Jillian, Tina. Such fantastic instructors and such great variety. And, it’s a wonderful community - I have so many ‘yoga friends’! If you’re looking to add stretching, strength and zen to your routine LPY is well worth trying...

I really liked going here and definitely looked forward to classes. One of the times, I got a lavender cold compress at the end of a hot flow. FANTASTIC! I highly recommend - it’s super convenient and great energy 👏🏼

I was always afraid to try yoga because I’m a perfectionist and didn’t want to “mess up.” After my first class, I was surprised at how great I felt and how accepted I felt. The teachers make the experience! Each class I have had the pleasure of taking, makes me feel more at home at LPY!

Lexington Power Yoga is the best yoga studio I have found! They have a variety of teachers to fit the style you are looking for, and a full schedule so it’s easy to find a class that fits into my schedule. I love how they are part of the community, supporting local causes. Both the yoga and barre classes are fantastic!

I love LPY! Many of the instructors have embraced the more functional, structurally sound and strengthening/ stabilization methods of teaching.
I attend the heated ( hot ) flow classes with music. I always leave energized and more mentally focused. I have recently started taking the Barre classes and I am welcoming the challenge.
The classes I attend are taught by Linda, Tina, and Jillian. Each of them is amazing!
I highly recommend this welcoming studio.

I’ve been looking for a daytime yin class, to complement my vinyasa practice and I love Allison’s class. I’ve only attended for a few weeks, but I’ll definitely going to be a regular. Last month, I attended an evening yin and moon salutations workshop that was amazing as well.
