We are an independent, family-owned boutique personal training studio. We help people reach their fitness goals through strength training, nutrition counseling, accountability and mindset coaching, and more.
We strongly believe that your BODY can do it, if you just put your MIND to it! And that is why we place great focus on helping people develop an ironclad mindset, unshakable discipline, and positive habits... so that they can persevere through all of life's obstacles, and reach their goals!

We meet each client where they're at- there's no cookie cutter approach here. Every personal training plan, nutrition plan, and overall accountability plan is created with your schedule, preferences, and needs in mind.

Lucky13 Fitness is the absolute real deal - look no further! Not only are their trainers top notch, but they do what other trainers don't do: They work with their clients to build a strong mindset. Coach Michelle is spot on when she says: "Train the mind first, and the body will follow." If you want long-run, actual changes, this is the only way.

Additionally - Coach Michelle gives amazing talks to groups about mindset, discipline, etc. She visited my martial arts school and truly rocked the house with my leadership team. Game changing!

I have been training with the Lucky 13 team for more than 5 years. Not only are the coaches and trainers there great, but I've also meant some great people who are fellow members of the studio. I have trained both in-studio and virtually, and now do 2x week workouts in my living room over facetime with Coach Markus. I decided to try Lucky13 a few months ago in search of a regular fitness routine and improved nutrition. Ever since my children were born 6 years ago, I have struggled to figure out a consistent routine that worked for me and my family. I had tried so many things - running, yoga, walking, weight watchers, orange theory, etc. but hadn’t found the rhythm I needed. I love Lucky13 because it supports all aspects of a healthy lifestyle. I love how the workouts are personalized to my needs, past injuries and fitness goals. The coaching calls help you stay focused and address challenges, and the nutrition support has been relatively simple to follow- no complex points or tracking.

I feel so much stronger, more flexible and have more energy. This program is definitely about what you put into it. If you are willing to work it will pay off in dividends. During covid, this has all been accomplished virtually - its amazing because I’m literally working out in my living room and achieving new milestones. It has helped my anxiety and my mood, too.

For those of you on the fence about the expense, I would say try it. It is worth the investment to gain your health back.

I made the switch from a big box gym to Lucky 13 Fitness a little over a year ago and I'm not looking back! I love the supportive coaching calls with Michelle. She has really helped to to hone into small changes that have helped me make big progress in my goals. Working out in the studio or via facetime with Markus is awesome! I love walking into the gym and working hard the whole time and not having to think about what to do next, search high and low for equipment or wait for someone to move off of another piece of equipment. He tailors each of my workouts specific to my goals and abilities. Lucky 13 Fitness is a supportive community of staff and members that I'm grateful to have in my life!

I have worked with Lucky13 for over five years. I started with Michelle, also worked with Jen and now train with Markus. Every professional trainer has met me where my needs were with the ability to help me grow toward my goals. I have trained between twice a week to twice a month depending on my own logistics and the team has met me adaptively. I have seen improvements in my strength, while taking into consideration long-standing injuries. I also prefer exercise that is the total opposite of boring and movements incorporating multi-tasking of muscle groups! I could not recommend this group more highly. I am certainly the lucky one!

I look forward to every session I take at Lucky13Fitness! The classes are personal but your not alone ( 3-4 people normally). I personally do not respond well to one-on-one training because it feels like I'm under a microscope so this group setting with very positive people is amazing! The thing that sets Michelle at Lucky13Fitness apart from others is that she actually listened to my goals, and created a CUSTOM plan to get there. I have felt in the past that other trainers look at you and in their heads they note your age/sex and they already have a regime planned out in their heads regardless of what I actually said. We started out with an fitness assessment that was more focused on how you moved rather than how much cardio you could do before passing out. We then spoke about what are realistic goals and timelines. Michelle flat out told me that in order to achieve my goals that we had to do a combination of the "sexy stuff and the un-sexy stuff", the latter being what we would focus on in the beginning. I thought it was a really honest experience. I also think that the coaching sessions are a helpful time to continually assess where you're at in terms of your goals, and especially things that might be holding you back from those goals. If you are realistic about your goals and timelines, I really think Michelle and Lucky13Fitness can help you get there!
