It's generally well established and organized, parking outside (crowded on weekends), clean restrooms, nice observation deck on the second floor.

If you want to enter and sit on the bleachers it costs $17 per person, that’s unreasonably high.

The courts are very unpleasant acoustically, it's a large space with mostly hard surfaces, so it's very loud. There are four basketball courts with no separation, so every few seconds you hear loud whistles of referees, and it's hard to tell what court it's coming from, that's confusing for players and spectators (and way too loud).

There are no drinking water fountains, and the water in the bathroom faucets is warm, so you can’t refill your bottle 😕

MPLX did an amazing job on my vehicle!!! I couldn’t be happier with the customer service, them managing my expectations from beginning to end, their timing, and the quality of their work! They even handled the insurance side of it for me. We actually sent my sister‘s car to them right after we got mine back. Also they gave it a full detail inside and out, and get this even my engine!! I feel like I got back a brand new car ✨ I’m extremely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!! If you use anyone else you’re missing out.

Court and hoops are fine. Wish the netting between the games were solid to make it a little more soundproof. It would hold back some of the whistles from the other games.

Absolutely ridiculous that the wrestling league chose this facility for a tournament not only was it 3X the normal registration fee $60 but on top of that $20 dollars a person no matter the age to watch my son wrestle I showed up thinking it would be like all the others between $3 to $8 per person and children free and registration $15 to $25. Nope they wanted $120 on top of the $60 registration fee even though they are making money from my child’s abilities to wrestle I know me and about 12 other families will not even attend this facility again. Also the lady at the door was rude talked down to my family and would not even look at us while she was speaking with her attitude and criticism this was the most disgusting horrible behavior and experience I have had to endure.

I was going to give the mplex a four because I played basketball there and enjoyed it but there were some things that I did not like however this past weekend my daughter participated in a integrated basketball game with a typical child as well as a special needs child playing against another team with the same setup. It was so great and awesome to watch these kids all enjoy themselves and get excited to make a win or make a basket. My daughter is special needs and had a great time and emplex allows the space for them to do so. So good job and Plex for stepping up for the community and allowing these kids to have great lives as well as anyone else!!

Tons of space, only issue was there are no dividers to sperate one basketball from another only a small set of bleachers in which a person has to be on the alert for any missed, blocked or wayward basketballs from the front & the back. They charge $10/spectator for AAU games, no discounts for multiple family members or seniors. Had to park on the road. Nowhere to sit. No AC. Ref didn’t call flagrant fouls. No bathroooms. No concessions. All courts in a single area, not separated. Courts aren’t good quality. Nearby MassPremier was a much better experience.
