If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My daughter was enrolled in camp here this week and was beyond excited to attend. Unfortunately, the experience was the opposite of what we expected.
When dropping her off, we often walked into an empty room with no staff present, leaving us questioning if the place was even open. On the rare occasion there was a “senior” staff member at the front, they couldn’t be bothered to greet the kids—or even respond when my daughter said hello. The one time I said “good morning,” I got a look back that made it clear my greeting was an inconvenience.
The younger teenage counselors seemed fine, but the adults set the tone—and that tone was one of indifference and unprofessionalism. It took everything in me not to lecture them on the basics of customer service and common courtesy.
I’m not the kind of parent who thinks my child should be treated like royalty—I fully understand the world is tough. But when it comes to kids and a camp environment, I expect at least a baseline of professionalism, kindness, and interest.
I understand some families have had better experiences here, but based on the reviews, inconsistency seems to be the norm—and that’s a huge problem when it comes to caring for kids.
This place gives the impression of being happy to take your money with zero real interest in the kids, unless they see some talent they think is worth investing in. I rarely leave reviews unless an experience is either exceptional or truly terrible—and sadly, this was the latter.
Do better.

My daughter had one of the best experiences here. She is looking forward to going there every week. Teachers are very nice and supportive toward all students. My daughter’s coach was Matt Monteverdi. Unfortunately, today was her last day and she was so sad. She hopes to see you guys in the fall!

The coach continually ignored my child to help only his favorites. Both my husband and I spoke to the coach several times and it never got better. Attending there was a waste of time and money.

NEVER TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO THE GYMNASTICS FACILITY! I know some of the staff personally, most of them drink alcohol on the job while working with kids on dangerous equipment! If you to keep your children safe then keep them away from this disgusting place!

My son took gymnastics classes here a few years back and was always treated differently than the other kids. He got less turns than the other kids on several occasions and at one point when he was upset after hurting himself, his two instructors just left him on the mat while he was crying. I pulled him from the class and called back to share my frustration and disappointment. I have a very easygoing, sweet, smart and athletic boy and I don’t know why he was treated differently. Perhaps because he’s half Brazilian? I honestly don’t know. Well I now have a daughter too and I went in yesterday to make an inquiry and I was standing at the counter while two women who worked there kept talking to each other, completely ignoring me. It took several minutes for them to even acknowledge my family and I and they seemed annoyed that they even had to. This just reaffirmed that the customer service and the attitudes of the employees who work here is absolutely appalling. As a manager of a salon and spa, I can assure you that when clients walk in to our establishment they are greeted at the desk with a smile and a friendly hello. I hope the owners of this place do a major evaluation of their staff and culture because they are certainly not promoting building relationships, and if they are, it is not equal in any way.

Our daughter has had a great experience here as a 3 year old in their starter class. "Mr. Leo" is definitely her personal favorite, but the majority of staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Great spot for getting out the winter energy.

Great place. My son does gymnastics there he’s 4 and he loves it. His teachers Jen and Colleen are fantastic. I also had them host his birthday there and everyone had a great time plenty of games for the kids to have fun and a decorated room for them to have bday cake. Thank you 🤩

I called multiple times to enroll my daughter-no call back. I kept calling and finally go through and was told I couldn’t enroll my daughter in the 5 year old class until she was 5 (that would have been a few days away). About week later a lady calls me back to inquire if any one called me from a message I left before I go ahold of anyone. I advised that I spoke with someone and before I could continue she said okay and hung up on me! At this point I was going to give these people the benefit of the doubt in bad customer service and enroll because by this time she was 5 years old!
Very rude and difficult! Glad it didn’t work out!
