Do you need Increased mobility, stronger core, better balance, a connected body and more power. We train athletes to perform better at their sport, and yes golfers are athletes too. We assess our golferβs physical ability using the Titleist Golf Performance Institute golf conditioning assessment. Then an individualized performance program is created that addresses your needs and goals.
Athletes- Non-golfers
Want to run faster, need to cut quicker, increase your endurance and get stronger. We bring our athletes through a baseline assessment to determine strengths and weak links. Then an individualized performance program is created that addresses your needs and goals.

Iβve worked with John for years through college and after college. John helped me work on ways to find more distance and accuracy through fitness. He also taught the importance and basics of golf nutrition. There was a great mix of golf specific exercises and traditional training focusing on full body strength and conditioning.

I have been working with John for more than 3 years. I am a "more senior" golfer but found that I had lost so much in flexibility, backswing, leg strength etc, that it had affected my game significantly.
I work with John twice a week and have improved my driving, and iron play a good deal. I feel much better, even in daily life. John has been involved in golf conditioning for quite a few years and his knowledge of what I needed and what my limitations are have been great for my golf game.
Highly recommend his approach and I enjoy working in his studio with other golfers also working towards self improvement.
