At Metro South Gymnastics Academy, we believe gymnastics is for everyone — and that its lessons reach far beyond the mat. Our mission is to foster the positive development of today’s youth through gymnastics and tumbling, helping children grow not just physically, but emotionally, socially, and intellectually.
When you enroll your child at MSGA, you’re doing more than signing them up for a sport — you’re investing in their confidence, perseverance, and personal growth. Through movement, goal-setting, and teamwork, our athletes learn valuable life skills that will serve them in and out of the gym.
Whether your child is taking their very first class or refining advanced skills, there’s a place for them here. 💙

The worst place of all I have ever taken my kid to. Too much miscommunication, hidden charges that u see only on you monthly statements from your card. Too stuffy inside, too dirty bathroom. The Frontdesk lady is always very unpleasant and unhappy to see you. Constant smell of dirty socks in the waiting room, no ventilation working. They charge you for snacks, water, they have hidden charges for extra classes and showcases. Never enroll your kids there.

We have visited twice for a team practice and was very impressed by the happy environment. The boys were supportive of each other and appeared to be having a lot of fun. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Jeff, the boys coach, is amazing and so supportive!

For the love all things good- open a window!!!! The teachers are very attentive and give clear instructions. I do not have any complaints at all about the coaches and staff at all- I want to make that clear!!
My only reason for even posting not 5 stars is the ventilation in the building in nonexistent.
The waiting area smells & feels like you’re breathing hot sweat socks. It is beyond gross and after time your eyes start stinging. I want to get a X-ray of my lungs for mold after leaving there.

Convenient location that is why we are still here. My daughter has been going here for the last 2 and a half years and she is still doing the same basic routines. Whenever I ask about when will her workout/routine change to challenge her I get the same run around, telling me I need to ask her coach. Thrn the coach never has any answers for me. You have coaches just standing around arms folded not really working with kids.
My daughter had a show case last week and sorry to say she did not get the same attention from her coaches as other students. Looking for new gym. Taking any recommendations. I'm tired of paying them and my daughter is not being challenged and nothing is changing.

I've only ever been here for open gyms but it is a great well-rounded facility on the smaller side that has everything you need for gymnastics, parkour, tricking and more.
The gym is always quite clean and the staff is very nice!

Kids night it is the most amazing thing for parents. Who wouldn't want uninterrupted conversation for 3 1/2 hrs where the kids beg you to go on a date night so they can go to gymnastics. It is so well run and I would recommend it 1000 times over.

We signed our son and daughter up for Parents Night Out- which we called Kids Night Out! They had an absolute blast and were talking about it for days after. The staff was super friendly and kept the kids entertained the whole time. We will definitely sign up again- what an awesome time for all!

My two daughters have been attending classes for over a year. Very organized facility, frequent communication from management and awesome camps. Girls love their classes and I feel very comfortable that they are adhering to all covid related safety protocols including additional cleaning and mask wearing.

The coaches are fun and vert helpful. Just wish tumbling classes were separate for teens so they won't feel uncomfortable with youngings running around.
