I have been going to Mike Boyle and seeing Coach Nico for many years. My kids started going with their sports teams and I got tired of watching and waiting so started working out myself. It was the best decision and kept me in shape! More recently, I have gone through breast cancer and had a Double Mastectomy. The workouts got me ready for surgery and helped me recover. It was a place that gave me so much support and encouragement! I believe it is so important to get ready for any surgery for a faster recovery but the staff is so supportive, like family, that the emotional support goes a long way as well! Thank you Nico and the whole Mile Boyle family!

I train one on one with Annie. She has done an amazing job creating a training program that progresses my strength in a way that’s challenging but not too aggressive. She is always adding exercises that strengthen my weaker areas so that I can achieve my functional and strength goals. Every everyone working at the gym is friendly and interested in me as a person. It really does feel like a family. I have made great strides in the seven weeks. I have been working out with Annie. This is not just a pump up your muscles gym. Their workouts cover the total body from stretching to flexibility and strength. I have so much fun while I’m getting fit. I highly recommend this gym and working with Annie.

My fifteen year old grandson was the first to join Boyles in Middleton. To celebrate my 75th birthday, I joined the 5:45 am class in January and now my other grandson is a member.
We talk about our routines, the challenges and how our instructors make it a positive experience for all.
Nikko, my trainer, is great at adapting exercises and instructing me on the correct form. I have definitely increased my flexibility, balance and strength.

My husband gave us memberships to Boyle’s as a Christmas present. Originally I was a little hesitant, having not been to a gym since my oldest kid (now 18) was born. The MBSC program is great for all ages and all levels. There’s variety in every workout and the hour truly flies by as we stretch, warm up, strengthen, and do cardio. Most importantly, the coaches are top-notch. Nico, Annie, Ross and Aidan are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I can always find a convenient time and day to go. It’s really a great place to workout and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to feel stronger and healthier.

Joining MBSC has been one of my best decisions in regards to my health and fitness. After injuring my back, I needed to get stronger while not re-injuring myself. The trainers are at MBSC are phenomenal. I was once very intimidated by gyms, but the trainers are so nice (Hi Bunk, Bre and Nico!) and are great at modifying exercises to meet your needs. MBSC has a great community; they make everyone feel welcome. It’s a great way to get in a good workout and socialize with your friends. I highly recommend joining MBSC!

Boyles is a very fun environment and is the best weight lifting program I have been to. I have been there for 3 seasons now and both Annie and Taylor have helped me to improve and get stronger. This is my text to Nico Dandini, our trainer at Boyle’s. My wife and I have been working with him twice a week for a couple years now. We’re both in our 70’s.
Nico, I don’t know how much Lucia told you about my fall Thursday, but it turns out I have a mild concussion. In thinking about it, I realized that it could have been much worse. I really believe that the workouts with you at the gym helped immensely. About 6 years back I was diagnosed with osteopenia, bordering on osteoporosis, and that fall should have broken something, as I went down HARD, pushed backward by a 15’ falling branch. But bone and muscle held together, so it makes sense that it is the gym time that did it. Thanks for your expertise!

I signed up for MBSC middleton adult classes with hopes to get my body back in shape. My experience has been so much more than an overhaul of my fitness life. I look forward to every class I attend. The feeling of community I get from my trainers and classmates is amazing. MBSC has helped restore my confidence, provided me with feelings of accomplishment and mitigated issues I was previously having with mental health and anxiety. Annie and Aidan are my primary trainers. They are both amazing at their jobs and even better as people. They make it a pleasure to come in and train.
I would highly recommend signing up for MBSC adult classes if you are looking for a comforting gym experience with amazing trainers that instruct fitness at the highest level.

My experience at MBSC has been awesome. When I started at MBSC I met my coach Ross in the first summer I participated in the program. I knew I needed someone who was able to push me in the weight room and Ross was able to do just that and more. After the first summer I knew I wanted to continue to build strength and be conditioned during my fall season. He made sure that me and my teammates were able to train in the fall in the early AM before school and made his schedule work for us. He is incredibly supportive and motivating in the weight room and always looks out for us to make sure our bodies are healthy and progressing as necessary. Outside of the gym he is also great at checking in to see how we are feeling, if we are hurt etc. I felt incredibly confident heading into my freshman fall at college. Being on a new team in a new weight room can be daunting and Ross made sure I was more then ready!! Thanks to MBSC and Ross for all they do and I can't wait to get back in the gym when I come home!!
