Mission Hill yoga studio is amazing! All the instructors are kind, knowledgeable, and fun. I got to their hot yoga, flow and yin, and barre classes weekly. The best part is getting a cold or hot lavender scented towel placed on your forehead at the end of the workout!

Mission Hill Yoga is an amazing studio! I’ve taken classes with Cassi, Dee, and Syringa—each have their own unique style and bring great energy. My flexibility, strength, and mindfulness have all greatly improved over the past several months while attending classes regularly, and I look forward to continue improving. Hands-on corrections, towels during savasana, and creative flows all make this place special. Honestly, hands down the best place to practice yoga and find community!

Since I joined Mission Hill Yoga I have fallen in love with it! Every single time I leave having learned something knew about the practice, whether it is a pose or a technique. I think the energy of the place is amazing, which is thanks to Cassy! The classes offered are taught so well and there is an aspect of community, even in the big city of boston. I have only been going to the studio for a few months now, but I felt like it has been so much longer. My favorite feature is how you can store your yoga mats there and save yourself the hassle of bringing it every time.

Mission Hill Yoga classes are excellent and their approach is unique and relationship-focused. Cassie’s massage-based hands on adjustment technique allow you to deepen your stretch and improve your stance, and she really goes the extra mile to get to know people who attend. The studio is so relaxing and beautiful and we are very lucky to have it in our neighborhood!

Great place to practice yoga! Their barre classes are more of a pilates-style mix rather than traditional barre, but a fun workout nonetheless. They pump the heat up for their heated vinyasa classes, but it’s a nice way to get you loose and limber, especially in the winter.

All the instructors I’ve taken classes with (Dee, Meg, Cassi) are nice and friendly!

I've been coming to Cassi's studio for about 10 years and love the community there. Cassi's classes are super flowy and energizing, and the SPA classes are amazing. *Highly** recommend Meg Gaucher's classes on Thursday for spot-on cueing, personalized adjustments, and thoughtful sequencing. Consistently challenged and feel like a stronger, wiser yoga practitioner at the end of Meg's classes!

Mission Hill Yoga is by far the thing I miss most about living in Boston! I started here as a complete beginner and fell in love with yoga. The studio is welcoming, encouraging, and such a safe place to grow your practice. Every teacher is phenomenal and provides amazing assists to deepen your practice and make sure you are safe. Cassi makes an effort to know everyone by name, answers questions thoughtfully and encouragingly, and teaches dynamic and unique classes that are a great workout for both body and mind. Such a supportive environment for both beginners and experienced practicers, I cannot recommend enough!

I’m so glad I made the choice to join this studio! I previously had 0 experience with yoga and have noticed improvements in my abilities by going to classes regularly. The classes are challenging in a good way, and instructors provide hands on assist to help with poses. Everyone is friendly, and I’ve also made new friends! After the one month new student special at this studio, I immediately committed to an auto renew membership because of how relaxed and in tune with my body the classes made me feel. Cassie is an expert at what she does and I feel very lucky to have begun my yoga journey with her. Mission Hill Yoga is a fantastic studio. I’ve been going consistently for 2 months, 3 days a week, and I’m quickly improving in terms of flexibility and strength (yoga strength, very different from regular lifting strength). I’ve taken classes with Cassandra (the owner), Syringa, and Daniel and all have been great and a bit different in style, so you can find the instructor that suits your preferred style best

In Boston, I’ve only been to Down Under on Tremont (a few times) and Mission Hill Yoga but I found I much preferred Mission Hill’s classes and the fact that the classes seem to set a reasonable size limit (Down Under always seemed more crowded and to have less space around you) so you never feel cramped in there

Mission Hill Yoga is by far the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to! I was introduced to MHY by my friend during pharmacy school and was quite the novice. After my first class, I was already excited for my next class thanks to Cassie! She is such a caring and amazing teacher who puts so much thought into each class. She offers hands-on assists throughout class (with permission of course!) and creates a safe yoga space for yogis of all levels of experience to practice poses. After that first class, I signed up for a 4 class/month pass and even after moving states/coming back, that membership is going strong 7 years later! As someone who comes to this studio consistently, I never get bored of a class I attend! Each flow is always so well planned and full of surprises that slowly push my practice forward. Aside from Cassie’s classes, I’ve enjoyed attending other instructors as well and can attest that they are just as amazing! Aside from hot yoga and spa yoga, MHY also offers a really fun barre class that I like to attend when able! Overall, MHY is an amazing studio and everyone who attends is made to feel like family! Try a class and you won’t regret it ◡̈

I only tried yoga/hot yoga once before joining Mission Hill Yoga, but after one trial class, I knew this place would become somewhere I would go to often to destress, move my body, and practice self-care.

During my senior year of college, I went multiple times per week, and each time I went, I felt extremely rejuvenated, strengthened, and alive. Each and every yoga instructor I encountered—Syringa, Kelly, Cassandra or one of the others—created a unique healing experience that left most participants with a bit more strength and vitality to go out into the world.

I could not recommend Mission Hill Yoga more if you are someone looking to practice yoga for physical or mental benefits. This studio and its wonderful instructors will guide you towards achieving both.

The best part? You can be a total beginner or someone with dozens of years of experience, and you will still learn something new with each session. Enjoy :)

I have been going to Mission Hill Yoga for years (pre and post pandemic) and have always had a great experience. I usually take the lunchtime classes when offered because it provides an hour of clarity in my hectic day. Classes always start promptly on time (a huge, personal sticking point for me), and the facilities are kept very clean at all times. There is a wide array of class styles/techniques and I suggest you try them all to see which type fits your needs best. Challenge yourself though! Their quick transition to online options during the COVID lockdowns kept my mind sane and body limber was much appreciated. I have since visited other studios and this is by far the best!

MHY is an amazing studio! All of the instructors are kind, experienced, and welcoming people. I have been coming here for a little over a year and I cannot imagine taking classes anywhere else. Each experience has been so warm and friendly. I’m very appreciative of all the time I’ve been able to spend here!

Best yoga studio I’ve ever been to! Cassie is a fantastic instructor and cares about each of her students and really makes sure that each individual has a fruitful experience in each class. The classes are great for all levels and Cassie makes sure to explain various adjustments one can make to make a pose more or less challenging. The classes are something I truly look forward to every time I am able to attend! Mission Hill Yoga is a wonderful community that I am so lucky to have found and become a part of!! Absolutely recommend it!

I tried MHY on a recommendation from a friend over two years ago. I was new to yoga, 62 years young and had some recent challenging life experiences. I was attending classes at a studio closer to my home in Milton, but transitioned to MHY because of the superior overall experience. I have not looked back. I am grateful for all the caring classes and instructors, and the MHY community.
2020 - 2021 has been challenging for all because of the pandemic. Cassi and her crew at MHY managed to rise to all challenges and continued to offer classes when I needed and appreciated them most. Including online ZOOM classes when COVID-19 was at its peak in Massachusetts. Honestly I got a little spoiled practicing in my living room, though in-person classes offer more benefits.
Excellent experiences here. And my first yoga retreat as well, a week's long trip to a beautiful Greek island at a resort that had a magnificent yoga studio overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
Cassi and crew have nurtured my physical and spiritual growth and I have coupled that with a weight-loss program that helped me slim down.
Always room for more growth, improvements in my life. I look forward to doing more inversions and poses while continuing to grow along my life path wherever that may lead me. But. Grateful for everything so far. So. A wonderful 2+ years of experiences. I highly recommend MHY.

I LOVE this place! I'm so glad they came to meet the need for a yoga studio in our neighborhood a few years ago. There's a nice variety of classes available depending on what you're looking for/what level you're at (my favorite is SPA, which is a little lighter, but a nice escape from faster or tougher workouts). Cassandra and her crew of instructors are always willing to help you work on a posture or provide alternatives if you need. What they have to offer can help you build a nice well-rounded yoga practice if that's what you're looking for!

This yoga studio, it's instructors, and classes are all amazing! It is by far my favorite studio in the Boston area. In particular, instructor Cassandra is a must take. Her vibe, knowledge, class flow, and assists make her classes well worth taking...they are what hooked me on yoga. Additionally, the annual retreats are out of this world (well-organized, exotic, luxurious, and fun)!

I have been practicing Yoga and Barre at Mission Hill Yoga for over two years and the experience has been incredible and, most importantly, it never gets old. It is a diverse, intimate studio with amazing, talented and dedicated instructors. Their expertise, patience and care in making sure you listen to your mind and body, without harm, is unwavering. The guidelines, precautions and the ability to practice outdoors or online during the height of the pandemic was thoughtful and a must needed stress reliever. Thank you Mission Hill Yoga for making it happen safely. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been taking classes at Mission Hill Yoga since it’s opening. I’ve taken classes at a number of other studios in the past. Cassie(owner and teacher/mentor) is amazing, as are the other teachers she has hired. There’s a variety of styles( vinyasa, barre, yin and spa to name a few) I’m older than many of the students and still feel comfortable. This past year Cassie has adapted and had classes online, later in “pods”, and now in person. I also make use of the extensive video library the studio has amassed. I’m so grateful for this studio and the community I’ve found here.Today was my first in person class in more than a year and I’m ecstatic 🙏❤️

I love Mission Hill Yoga! I found them during the pandemic and have started going to more and more classes! I have a history of back surgery and lingering stiffness and pain, and the class offering are varied so you can pick exactly the type of class that suits your needs. Every instructor I’ve connected with has been so kind, thoughtful, and helpful. I couldn’t recommend more for in person or virtual - you will have a great experience!

I had never done yoga before coming to MHY and quickly fell in love. The classes offered at this studio are supportive for beginners but continue to offer challenges and push you to improve as you become more comfortable. Cassi is great at communicating and works with everyone to offer classes that are interesting and fit all types of schedules. I've loved every instructor that has taught here. Bottom line: this studio is fantastic!

Phenomenal place! Cassandra is so attentive and supportive. The classes are hands on assist and it’s the only place I’ve ever been where they support you during class to get into specific moves. It’s amazing if you have never tried! The studio has a wide range of classes (barre, hip hop yoga, warm vinyasa, and a multitude of others. And every instructor is great! I’ve done all the classes and attended with each instructor and each brings their own magic. During COVID and even now they have pods, sanitize before and after each class, and even installed a new HVAC system! Believe you need to try this studio out! They have great deals on weekly passes and monthly passes.

This place is hands down the best Yoga studio in the Boston area. I can't believe how much better I feel compared to some of the other studios I've been to. The instructor (Cassi) is some kind of Yoga Guru. Incredibly knowledgeable, sweet, helpful. Their Covid protocol makes you feel extremely safe. If you are going to give one studio in Boston a shot, this is it.

Mission Hill Yoga is a gem in our community! The space is diverse and inclusive. The space is aesthetically pleasing and just has a welcoming, compassionate vibe to it. It's an experience that words can't really honor; you kinda just have to step into the space to know what feel this vibe. The instructors are amazing! Mission Hill Yoga is... wonderful! The class experience is caring, creative, and challenging. The instructors always seem able to bring out something new to learn, whether it is a perspective on postures you've done a million times, or opportunity for progress on a new one. Mission Hill Yoga is a welcoming, inclusive and beautiful studio with the most knowledgeable, kind and supportive teachers. There are various options for classes and styles whether you want to sweat and be physically challenged in a heated vinyasa class or relax your mind and restore your body in a spa class. The teachers go above and beyond getting to know their students by greeting each individual that walks through the doors with warmth and compassion. Love everything about this place. The studio space itself has a lovely atmosphere, Cassie keeps it very clean and the paintings on the wall add a personal touch. The classes and teachers are awesome, I haven't gone to one I didn't like. The vinyasa flow classes are challenging but the teachers will always give you options to modify poses and sequences to make them more or less challenging. The yin classes offer a great contrast to the more active vinyasa classes. The spa class is beautiful, with candles and massages + hands on assists. I looked forward to Aubrey's barre class every week because it's always so high-energy and I would always leave feeling invigorated. I've also done a few inversion workshops here and Cassie is an amazing instructor. When I started here, I never thought I'd be comfortable in a headstand but now I'm able to do them every class! Thank you so much Mission Hill Yoga!

Mission Hill Yoga's variety of classes means there's something available for everyone! You can take a more challenging class to gruel out a successful work day or end your day with a slow, calm, soothing flow. I've been coming here for a year now. I knew I found a studio where I could exercise my body, spirit and mind. But to my surprise over the past few months, I've found a community, a family, where the teachers know my name and I'm not just a student but a part of the studio. Cassi truly cares about each and every one of the students that step onto their mat to practice.

Mission Hill Yoga is by far the best studio I have ever had the pleasure practicing in. The teachers are genuine, knowledgeable, warm, and passionate. The studio is clean, beautifully designed, and has an aura of peace. Mission Hill is an absolute gem; a haven in a busy city. I’m not sure words can express how much this place has radically shifted my perspective on life. There’s a such a wide variety of teachers and classes that you’ll never be left wanting. Not to mention it’s one of the few studios that offers kids yoga on Saturday. Schinita will teach your little one mindfulness while Cassi puts you through your paces in her invigorating vinyasa flow class. My favorite is to pair the Tuesday night flow class with SPA. If you’re looking for an amazing community, wonderful teachers, and some epic assists this studio is for you!

I stumbled across the studio on google maps when I moved to the area a few months ago and I'm hooked. Since then, I have been taking classes multiple times per week. My husband and I were super pumped when Mission Hill Yoga opened in our neighborhood and jumped on the new student special (unlimited for one month for $50) and, because we couldn’t stay away, subsequently on a thank you special deal (another unlimited month for $100). Doing the unlimited classes were a great way to try out all the classss Mission Hill has to offer. We’re big fans of the warm and hot vinyasas but also some fun variations like brunch crunch, beats and rhymes, move and meditate, and of course spa yoga. I didn’t know any of the instructors before coming to this studio and really enjoyed getting to know them and their unique styles. Cassandra is an all star yoga instructor - so inspiring and sweet and helpful. Many of the instructors do hands on assists (which we love) but I have to say hers are the best. Not sure our plans now that our new student specials are over, but we plan to keep going to Mission Hill Yoga in some capacity, either with the discounted passes for Longwood professionals or the community classes which are so affordable and give back to the community.

One small thing to note: it wasn’t uncommon for classes to start 5-10 minutes late, this isn’t a big deal and gives you a little extra stretching/meditating time on your mat but just wanted some potential customers to have the heads up.

As a working mom, it's often difficult to get in a practice during the week. But when I discovered that Mission Hill Yoga offers a Kid's Yoga class at the same time as an adult class?? Well sign me up! Why don't all studios do this?? It's worth the drive from Malden to take Cassi's Saturday morning heated vinyasa class. The studio is clean, bright, and welcoming, with a bit of an edge. Love the variety of classes that are offered too!

I moved to Boston from Atlanta 3 years ago leaving behind my first yoga studio. Since then, I have been trying out studios all over Boston in search of my new yoga home. After attending a few classes at Mission Hill yoga, I think I have finally found it. The studio is new and beautiful and the classes offer modifications and options for all levels of practice. Every class brings new challenges keeping practice interesting and fun. Cultivating a sense of community seems to be a priority at this studio which I really appreciate. I enjoy coming to class, seeing familiar faces, and getting to know my fellow yogis. All in all, it is a fantastic studio that makes me feel welcome and excited to continue to develop my practice. I highly suggest coming in and checking it out for yourself!

I love Mission Hill Yoga! The space is brand new and seems to be designed with everything in mind for an ideal yoga experience - 2 studios, 2 bathrooms, cubbies for personal belongings, towels offered at no charge, cork blocks and comfy pilllows, the list goes on. They even offer a kids yoga class on weekends during the Sat and Sun morning classes so parents can bring their kids. Everything is very clean and the wall art is really cool, with calming art inside the studio spaces and bolder colors and designs in the lobby and bathrooms. The instructors are awesome, and like any studio I recommend taking different classes and trying them all out! I’ve found that classes tend to be a mix of students with all ages and skill levels, and the instructors are really good about offering variations of poses from beginner to intermediate and advanced, so you can make the most of each class depending on your experience level. All are welcome no matter where you are on your yoga journey. MHY schedule is very accommodating with early morning classes and late evening classes. I highly recommend this studio!!

Mission Hill Yoga is such a stunning space. It truly encapsulates peace and tranquility with a cool hip vibe. Classes are awesome, and never quite the same. Heated Vinyasa is great because the class builds to a challenge point and pushes your skills. I can say after all my years of yoga, I have never had an instructor as compassionate, dedicated, and skilled as Casandra.
