I’ve been a member at Moses Fitness in Hanover for a year now, and I can’t say enough good things about this gym. The atmosphere is welcoming, the equipment is top-notch, and the community here is genuinely supportive. Since joining, I’ve pushed myself further than I ever thought possible—including completing a HYROX simulation, which was a huge milestone for me.
The trainers at Moses Fitness are incredible—both knowledgeable and personable. They take the time to get to know you and your goals, and they know how to push you in the right way. Whether you’re just starting out or training for something specific, they have the expertise to guide you through it.

I’ve had a great experience going to adult strength and conditioning classes at Moses! The classes are smaller so you get the feel of a personal trainer without the price. Highly recommend for anyone looking to shed a few and/or get stronger and feel great!

I’ve been trying different gyms and classes out for years and I am so happy to say I’ve found my home! Lee, Taylor and their team have helped me feel the best and strongest version of myself in just a few short months! Everyday is a challenge but they push me to limits I didn’t know I had. I look forward to each class and the amazing people that workout next to me wanting the same thing! “It’s just work”! (But so much better at Moses Fitness)

I have been solo training for my first Hyrox and came across Moses Fitness through an instagram add and I am SO sad to have not found them sooner. Taylor and Lee are incredible and the whole Moses community is so welcoming. The Hyrox class has made a huge positive impact on my training journey. I feel stronger and more confident about my first race.
Moses Fitness is an hour drive from my house but it is worth it and I couldnt imagine training anywhere else!!

I've been a member of Moses Fitness for 7 months and I can confidently say that joining was one of the best decisions I've ever made!
The strength and conditioning classes are well-structured and cater to a variety of fitness levels. Each session typically lasts about 1 hour and includes a combination of strength training, functional movements, and conditioning exercises. The programming is varied, which keeps things interesting and ensures that we are always challenged.

Moses Fitness has changed my life for the better! I joined 3 months ago, and have already met so many amazing people who I now get to call my friends. I feel so much stronger than I was 3 months ago already. The trainers are upbeat, motivational, and very knowledgeable. I never thought I would look forward to going to the gym, and now I find myself sad when I can’t make it! I am doing my first Hyrox race in May, and I can’t thank the Moses team for pushing me to try new things and be a better me every day. Training for a marathon but was always interested in doing Hyrox. Took a free trial class w/ Lee & have been a member since. Learning a ton while improving my overall strength & endurance. I was also given the opportunity to run the Bruins B-Fit challenge with their team. As well as join their hyrox training camp. Great atmosphere; Lead by great people.

I have been attending Moses Fitness classes for the past seven months. The top three things that stand out to me the most are the following:
1. The strength and conditioning adult classes are amazingly organized and well thought out. Dedicate at least 4 consecutive months to attending 3 classes religiously each week and you will see the benefits for yourself.
2. The coaches! They are well educated. Whatever your fitness goal is they can set up a plan to ensure you meet your goals. They also PUSH you to go harder which is a blessing in disguise haha.
3. The community. Moses fitness always has something In the works. Whether it's a sip and stretch get together or a conditioning class for the kiddos. Oh and let's not forget the newest addition...the hyrox community 😎. Always bringing people together. It's a beautiful thing.

I started at Moses Fitness over a year ago. Began with personal training before shifting to adult group classes. I have not only lost weight, but become much stronger overall. Lee and his team are amazing. They train everyone from professional/D1 athletes all the way to beginners just learning the workouts. I cannot say enough good things - check them out!

I joined Moses Fitness a year and a half ago looking to get back in shape, fast forward to now and not only am I stronger and leaner than I've ever been, but I genuinely love going to the work outs. The programs are extremely effective, focusing on specific muscle groups, each week we build the intensity, and each month there is a new program, I am challenged every single time I show up. I went from stressing about the scale to watching my body lean up and become defined. At 40 I've achieved lots of "Firsts" at Moses Fitness, being able to do unassisted pull ups, bench pressing more than I ever thought I was capable of, and doing weighted push ups! I'm grateful I found Moses Fitness, they have changed the way I look at staying in shape as it has gone from something I dreaded doing at times, to what I look forward to each day!

My family trains with Moses Fitness and all have different needs. My husband needs a program that keeps him motivated, my boys who play multiple sports need in season and off season strength training to help grow stronger and avoid injury, and I have a back injury and need a customized program for building strength. Whatever your needs are Lee, Aidan, and team at Moses are knowledgeable, experienced, and motivating to help you meet your individual goals. They are a great team who make working out fun and treat my family like their family.

I looked for a year for a gym that provides strength training and has a welcoming atmosphere, and then I found Moses Fitness. I couldn't be happier.
Lee Moses runs a fantastic business, and he's the friendliest person I know. Training with him always makes my day.
All of the trainers, though, are excellent -- friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely supportive. And the workouts are fantastic (even if in the moment, I think I might not make it out alive :-) ). After just three months, I'm stronger than I have been in three years -- each day closer to where I was at my peak.
And the space is perfect -- lots of room and all the latest equipment.
Whether you're looking for a group strength training class or personal training, you will not be disappointed.

I joined Moses Fitness after years of looking for the right gym. I was looking for a place where I could workout in small groups, with other similar level adults, to get back into shape. Lee Moses, the owner, runs a clean, competitive, friendly gym environment, where everyone gets one-to-one attention as part of a demanding dynamic workout routine. Members range from youth athletes, to professional athletes, and all the amateurs in between. For the past 3+ years, since moving to town, I had been toiling away on my own without much discipline or effort. In only a few months of these productive workouts, I am already feeling and seeing a difference. I cannot recommend joining Moses Fitness enough.

Great food great friends great experience if I could give all 5 stars to one part of Mosses Fitness 6 of those 5 would go to Aidan. I've been attending mosses very rigorously for the past year given my busy schedule but for a few months at a time in the offseason for the most part. There's no where else I'd rather be the equipment is fantastic the ownership is fabulous and the trainers are phenomenal. Me myself play football a game I fell in love with my freshman year of high school and haven't looked back. Because of Mosses Fitness I was able to elevate my game since then I've now started 3 out of my 4 years at Brown it really game me that edge over my competition it's almost to the point where it's becoming unfair. I didn't get into brown because of my grades but because of my athleticism and none of this would've been possible without Mosses Fitness.
