Roseanne is a great instructor. Her studio has a welcoming, friendly atmosphere and offers a variety of classes that will cater to your needs. I am relatively new to yoga and I can’t tell you how happy and relaxed I’ve been to learn from her. I truly encourage you to sign up!

I love the studio. So much thought and effort into making it feel like a home. So many blankets, props, blocks, etc. Rosanne is a great teacher that knows a lot about muscles, dance, movement and can make you laugh.

I took a few classes here and llved the instructors! They made the space feel so inviting, checking in of they noticed any difficulty or discomfort, and helping you by govong alternative options for poses. I had to take a break due to health, but I would love to return when my body is ready to continue my practice.

Move2Joy is a fantastic boutique yoga studio. The teachers are all really experienced and know exactly what the students need. The space is beautiful and the community is very welcoming. My yoga practice has improved and I’ve gotten much more flexible as I’ve gotten older.

I feel so fortunate to have found Move 2 Joy and after over a year of taking NIA classes there have found that my balance, muscle tone and general sense of well being has increased greatly. NIA is such a wonderful blending of light yoga, meditation, and dance, with a touch of martial arts and there is no better teacher than Rosanne, the owner of the studio. You won't find a more lovely, well planned, warm and inviting studio. Can't rave enough....and with much gratitude.
The variety of great music just adds to the fun!

I've been attending classes at Move2Joy since they opened and have enjoyed every one of them. The studio is beautiful and Rosanne is a great teacher who really knows her stuff. She never repeats the exact same class so each of them feels really fresh. I've taken classes with all the teachers and each one of them has their own style and brings something unique to their classes. And most importantly, I've never felt better physically.

Took my first class here recently and really enjoyed it. The studio is lovely, and Roseanne is a warm and welcoming instructor. There is an atmosphere of “no judgment” — you go at your own pace and can modify the movements and do them in a way that best suits your body. I look forward to trying more classes!

Rosanne at Move2Joy teaches the best yoga class I’ve ever been to. The flows are fun, creative, and unique, and she has a knack for tailoring the class to exactly the right level. Beyond the fantastic instruction, the studio is clean, welcoming and has everything you might need. I can’t wait for my next class!

This yoga studio is wonderful! Spacious, clean and bright. As you enter the Studio you have the reception, a room to put your belongings, coats, boots and etc.
The space with all the yoga equipment is modern, spacious and has a positive vibe to it.
A great space to spend time. The bathroom is large, clean.
Again - I love the large space.
About Rosanne, she's a great teacher, very cheerful, kind and with endless energy.
She communicates well with everyone.
The dance class is a lot of fun, Rosanne keeps everyone’s body moving with elegance and energy. The yoga class is relaxing. I felt renewed - especially my back! She helped me stay in the right positions and was guiding me to have the best results. In the end I had a relaxing positive moment that gave me the balance my body needed. Thank you Rosanne and all the students in the studio who are very kind and friendly.
Continued Success!

I love this yoga studio! The instructors, Rosanne and Christy, are great and attentive, personable and welcoming. I'm a casual yogi, and usually go to a strength and flow class once during the week (usually evenings) and once on Saturday, and always feel great after I finish a practice. Both instructors will offer adjustments and modifications to positions to make it right for you -- I've really improved in my transitions since practicing with them. Rosanne does an essential oil aroma therapy during savasana, which adds a really nice touch to wrapping up a session!
The studio is spacious and has a peaceful airy feel to it, and the morning sunlight really illuminates the space and lights up the stained glass mandala, so I recommend checking out a morning class! It's also well-stocked with mats, blocks, bolsters, and straps, making it super convenient to attend class without having to bring your own stuff. Location is easy to get to with good street parking or easy access via public transit.
I purchased a multi-class pass to save a few dollars on each class, and once I use it up I definitely plan on buying another one. I highly recommend anyone interested in starting yoga or getting back into it check this place out! I'm really happy that I did. :)

So enjoyed yoga on the lake last Sunday. Great instructors wish there were more classes scheduled on the lake.

I Went to the yoga basics and restorative class on Tuesday nights at 7:30pm. We were asked what we would like to work on. I asked for hamstrings, other people said lower back and quads. We did yoga poses that hit on all these places and more. At the end we had a wonderful restorative rest period. I went home and had the best sleep I've had in months. Would recommend trying out a class. It is a beautiful new studio.
