I recently completed reformer training with Jill and I had such a wonderful experience training! Jill is so knowledgeable and experienced, but also incredibly down-to-earth and encouraging. From day one, she made me feel completely welcome and supported. I never once felt intimidated, just inspired and excited to keep learning. I recently completed Mat Pilates training with Jill, and it was truly an incredible experience! The program combines theory, anatomy, and hands-on practice in a way that is accessible to people who also work full time, which I really appreciated.
Jill is knowledgeable, extremely supportive, and passionate about Pilates, which made each session engaging and inspiring. Each session felt like a safe space to practice teach and ask questions without judgement.
Working with Jill helped me gain confidence in teaching and communicating effectively with clients since we were given the opportunity to practice teach with our fellow trainees and really work out the details of each move. The community atmosphere was warm and motivating, and I loved connecting with other individuals who shared the same passion for movement and fitness.
I highly recommend this training to anyone looking to elevate their Pilates practice or begin their journey as an instructor!

Probably one of the most heartfelt and genuine trainings I’ve attended in a long time. It was a lot of information to take in, and at first, I felt lost—confused and overwhelmed after the first day. I was used to trainings that lectured us and told us exactly what to say, how to say it, and when. But Jill met us where we were.
She broke down the information clearly and gave us the chance to start teaching movements from day one. She provided structure and support while also giving us the freedom and agency to truly develop our own voice as instructors. Her knowledge of Pilates is beyond anything I’ve experienced—she’s incredibly approachable, friendly, and down to earth.
Being around Jill makes you want to succeed. She creates a caring, encouraging, and inclusive environment while skillfully guiding you through your own process. Her cueing is impeccable and offers such valuable context for instructors at any level.
It’s remarkable how close you become with your fellow cohort members in just four days—a true testament to Jill’s ability to foster connection and community. I cannot recommend her trainings enough. Even if you’re not sure you want to teach, what you’ll learn and how much you’ll grow as a person is truly special.

Mat Pilates training with Jill was amazing. She provides you with all the information, resources, and support you could ever need. She truly goes above and beyond for each and every one of her students. You can tell she genuinely cares and wants you to succeed, not just in the course, but as an instructor out in the real world. Taking the Mat Pilates course with Jill was one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had in my fitness career. I’m so grateful for the incredible experience Jill has crafted for all pilates trainees. Jill is the best!! I was a part of her mat Pilates training this year and learned more than I thought was possible! Even after our in-person section of the training ended she offered to meet up and review my class sequence before auditioning to become a teacher in training. I am currently going through pilates certification for both mat and reformer with Jill as my educator and I do not have enough positive things to say about her. She is full of knowledge and truly cares about her students' success. Her courses push you out of your comfort zone so you're ready to teach and she provides endless support and encouragement in and out of the classroom. This past Sunday I was lucky enough to come across a free Pilates class in the North End. Jill was the instructor. The entire hour was great! She kept the motivation going with her high energy, inspiring words and positive attitude! It was extremely humid but so worth it! I will definitely be joining Jill on the green again!

I absolutely love my class with Jill. I'm 62 and was experiencing pain in my joints when waking in the morning and after sitting for extended periods of time. It was making me feel old. My daughter suggested I give Pilates a try. All I could think was that there was no way I could do that, I was already in pain. Well, I tried, and it was the best decision I have made! After only a few weeks, my legs were stronger, and so was my body. My body was less achey upon waking. It's been a little over 2 months now, doing Pilaties with Jill 3 times a week, and I hop out of bed like I did when I was younger. Even my balance has significantly improved!
Jill is amazing! She pushes you but also allows you to break if you need to. She's very knowledgeable and makes the class enjoyable. The time truly flies. If you're thinking about joining Movement with Jill, don't hesitate! It will be the best decision you make!

I have been working with Jill for about a month now and find her to be an exceptional personal trainer. I am coming off double knee replacement surgery and my 6th spinal surgery resulting in fusion of over half of my spine - Jill has taken on the challenge of helping me recover and done research on spinal fusions to better help my rehab. I can’t imagine a more knowledgeable and caring trainer and highly recommend Jill for all levels of fitness. My situation is somewhat extreme as I continue to struggle with residual nerve damage in both legs, preventing me from walking or standing without assistance - the progress I see in each session with Jill is amazing. She makes it fun, keeps it interesting by varying the exercises and tailors the intensity to meet my needs. You cannot go wrong with Jill.

Jill is an amazing instructor on all fronts. She is so attentive to injuries, how you may be feeling prior to each session, and what will help you reach your goals. Her ability to cue moves and transitions with simple and effective explanations is like no instructor I’ve worked with before. Also need to mention that she keeps things fun during each session, which helps distract from the killer workout I am getting. Working out was never something that I looked forward to. Since I started working with Jill, that feeling has changed. Jill is an awesome instructor. I informed Jill of my injuries and she actively worked with me to determine exercises and modifications that would help me achieve my workout goals. Words cannot even truly describe how amazing Movement with Jill is! If you have ever experienced a Pilates class with Jill, you would understand how powerful Pilates can be. I strongly recommend Jill’s classes. They are interesting, fun and varied, with plenty of modifications. The cues are realistic and understandable. The live classes are great and when I cannot make those, no worries, because they are recorded and I can access the classes on demand. Really excellent and enjoyable no matter how experienced you are in Pilates!
