MYSTRYDE is a fitness studio offering Strength, HIIT, and Run classes for all levels and is known as one of Boston's Best workouts. We also offer a free run club Tuesdays 7:00am and Saturdays 8am out of our North End location. Our pro shop sells On Running sneakers, lululemon apparel, and more.

This was my first class ever at MYSTRYDE and this class was absolutely amazing. Emma is encouraging in the best way possible. Her energy and coaching makes you want to push yourself and it feels good! The class was over before I knew it! Would highly recommend even for beginners because you can truly go at your own pace.

Native Dorchester girl here but I’ve been gone from Boston for a long time. Been everything from a Midwest gal to a DC city slicker to a suburban mom in coastal CT. Love Precision Running at Equinox but too post Partum for that these days. Was very nervous about starting to exercise again and I was going to give this a try but kept canceling out of fear. Finally bit the bullet and so glad I came. MyStryde is doing something special. Boutique vibes with family feel for high value cardiovascular training. And Kelsey was perfect for me for my first time at this stage in my life. You can make the class what you want and what you need and still get an amazing workout. Definitely check it out. very Fair priced for what’s being offered and a great team.

Caitlin was such a bright light this early morning class!! Waking up at 5:30am is no easy feat but having a bubbly, engaging, and encouraging instructor makes it all worth it! This was my first MYSTRYDE class and I was definitely nervous as a new runner. Caitlin thoroughly explained the process of the class, and made sure to check in with me throughout. She was motivating throughout the entire 60 minutes which is something I look for in an instructor. The music was great, the energy was uplifting, and the environment was welcoming. MYSTRYDE is more than just a running studio- its community when the front desk staff greats you, its a vibe under the blue lights, its accountability when the instructors motivate you to push yourself, and its results with each differing class. This business is thoughtful to its members and welcoming to new faces. The instructors care about you and what you get out of their workouts and push you to be your best. The treadmills are industry best and well maintained and the studio is always clean. Southie studio has showers, towel service, and products. Community classes rule! One of my new favorite workouts! Overall it’s similar to Barry’s but more running-forward, especially the shorter classes. Unlike most other workouts, instead of telling you a specific speed, they outline “levels” depending on your running skill which is awesome - it allows you challenge yourself at your own pace, so I’m able to enjoy the class with buddies at all different levels of fitness.

I am NOT a runner, but for some reason I’m running a half marathon this fall. I was looking for something to supplement my training and this has been nothing short of amazing. Bonus is that it’s a 5-minute walk from my apartment. This studio, the classes and the instructors have given me such confidence I look forward to every time I am signed up. The music is great and the workout is definitely challenging, but the endorphins after are well worth it!

I decided to try MYSTRYDE after someone I followed on Strava posted about It. I’ve always been a runner, but took a brief hiatus and was recently getting back into It. MYSTRYDE has me absolutely hooked! I’ve already learned so much about hill training, interval training, and I have noticed a definite change in my running. There are so many options for classes depending on what your looking for- whether it’s 50/50 strength and running, or strictly Interval training, or maybe you are just looking for a group to run with. I have recommended MYSTRYDE to all of my friends, runners and non runners. Def worth checking It out!

I had never really been much of a group/class workout person, but moving to South Boston & the lack of reasonable open space gyms pushed me to find a class based workout. MYSTRYDE is my go to now! I've never been much of a runner, but the 50/50 splits between treadmill and weights are perfect. I have really missed the feel of sports practices & this has felt like the closest thing to it. I leave every class drenched in sweat & happy with my workout for the day. Another aspect I enjoy is the dark room & the music that they play. It makes it easy to lock in to your workout and makes the class fly by.
All of the staff & instructors have been so nice & helpful every time I've been in. Their app is straightforward & easy to use when buying passes or reserving your spot for a class.

The instructors provide endless motivation and words of encouragement, but your workout is totally in your own hands. I am so happy that I discovered MYSTRYDE during COVID. Not only is the South Boston location super convenient for me, but the classes and schedules make it easy and flexible to fit into my day to day routine. I have done both the 45 minute treadmill oclass and the 60 minutes treadmill/strength classes and cannot recommend either enough. The staff and instructors are also super friendly and encouraging during the workouts! Definitely recommend.

As someone who does not consider themselves to be a runner, I was shocked with how much I loved MyStryde classes! The coaching meets you where you are at and pushes you to do your personal best. I leave each class feeling like an athlete. Could not recommended this place more, for runners and “non-runners” alike

I'm so happy MYSTRYDE is now part of my workout routine! The environment is so positive and you know you are going to get a great workout every time. The classes fly by and I love the dark room and loud music. It's everything you want in a neighborhood workout community plus they are almost always doing a fun giveaway or promo to keep things interesting and keep me coming back for more. I am so thankful for MYSTRYDE!!!! Before covid, I was someone who couldn’t go a day without working out. With my gym closing, working out became a struggle and I slowly but surly got out of my routine. Fast forward TWO years…Here I am feeling stuck and unhappy with where I was at both physically and mentally. My roommate got me to try a class and I was immediately hooked. The staff is amazing and they are also one of the reasons I keep coming back! I can’t get enough! Each class is different and challenging. I walk out of the studio feeling energized and accomplished. MYSTRYDE has given me my confidence back!! I love this place!

I feel so lucky to live two blocks away from this studio! The desk staff is always so lovely, instructors are motivating and play killer music, and the classes are challenging and fun! (They are also super COVID safe which I so appreciate these days!)

I love MYSTRYDE at the South Boston location! The classes are such a great workout because they push me to do things I wouldn't do on my own. Also, the facilities are clean and the instructors are super helpful
and very friendly! I recommend the Power Stryde (50% tread and 50% weights) classes .

I just started going to My Stryde in Southie a few weeks ago and they made it a point to remember my name and greet me every time I come in. You truly feel part of a community here but without them being too pushy! The classes themselves are awesome - the music is great and the instructors are so clear in their explanations. I was definitely a beginner when I joined but the classes are set up so you can go at your own pace on the treadmill and choose the weights that you’re comfortable with. I highly recommend trying this place out!

If you are nervous or intimidated about starting this workout class, don't be! I am just starting my own fitness journey after an unhealthy pandemic year+ and was pretty nervous about the treadmill aspect of the power stryde classes, but the tread portions of the class have modifications based on experience level that give you an amazing workout within your reach. It also scales way up, so if you spent your pandemic days focusing on health (as opposed to junk food, wine and tik tok binges like me), this class is definitely for you. The instructors and staff are SO friendly and make you feel like a regular from your very first class, which makes a big difference. MyStryde is definitely in the rotation for me from now on!

MYSTRYDE is officially a part of my routine! I have been going for a month and prior to that I haven’t been to a workout class in my life. Just a washed up high school athlete with a back surgery trying to get back into shape haha. I mostly take Becca’s 3:30pm class on Friday in Southie and it gets be feeling pumped for the weekend ahead. I’ve tried other classes and instructors and you really cannot go wrong everyone is great and super accommodating based on your intensity level. I always tell my friends if I can do it you can do it! Lots of class options and awesome instructors!!! Cannot wait to keep it up!!!

I used to love going to the North End studio and was so excited to hear they were coming to southie! They had all the covid-19 protocols in place so runners felt safe. The instructors are so knowledgeable and create really organized and structured classes so that you get the best workout during your time there!

Was in town visiting my sister & looking for a group fitness class to take. Mystryde came up in my search and I am SO happy I found it. I walked in and Becca up front made me feel so welcome & explained how the workout worked. Went in for their 35 minute tread class & loved it so much I went back the following day for their 60 minute tread class. I was terrified because I had not run in awhile but the instructors were INCREDIBLE. Haley & Lauren were so motivating and made me feel comfortable. It was very clean & they are doing a great job at keeping it covid safe having the stations far from one another. Will 1000% be back the next time I visit Boston.
