I recently started at Nagle Fitness at the suggestion of a friend who has had a lot of success with them. I was looking for a trainer at the suggestion of my Dr. to address bone loss due to osteopenia and muscle loss. The experience has been great. They took a history of my issues and goals and created a plan from there. They are all experienced and very knowledgeable and are able to make any modifications you need. You are monitored the entire time. I have felt so comfortable there and the environment is so positive and encouraging. Can’t thank Jeff , John, and James enough!

I really enjoy going to Nagle Fitness. I'm not the gym type but since I'm getting older I need to keep my body strong so I had to find something that worked for me. Nagle Fitness turned out to be the perfect fit for me.
I get an exercise plan tailored to me and my needs, I get a personal trainer to watch my form and correct me, I get encouragement from the trainers, I get to interact with other gym members during my workout. All of these things keep me motivated and I have been actually wanting to go to the gym.

If you haven’t found the right fit, it’s probably because you’re looking for that small percentage of them that are actually different. Nagle fitness is what you’ve been looking for.

Jeff is an excellent trainer. I'm an orthopedic massage therapist and I have a solid understanding of body mechanics and proper exercise form, and Jeff is exceptionally knowledgeable in these areas. I trust him as a resource I refer my clients to. He inspects your movement patterns, finds what areas you need to focus on, and caters your exercise plan accordingly. Really an excellent service, try it out and you will have a much better understanding of your body's movement patterns and how you can improve them.

I’ve been going to Nagle Fitness for the past few months and I am LOVIN’ it. It is not your big box gym and that’s fine with me! I have gotten to know all of the people that workout there by their first names. We sweat, we laugh, we curse, and we support each other. It’s family and that’s exactly the environment that Jeff has cultivated.
Jeff offers personal training sessions which I take advantage of. He’ll sit you down for a consult really listening to you and your goals - not what he thinks your goals should be. Then, creates a workout plan that is especially designed for you to reach those goals. There is also a nutritional aspect that he helps you with.

While Nagle Fitness may be a relatively new business, I have been going to the owner, Jeff, for personal training for the last year and a half. This is actually the longest I’ve maintained consistent exercise by a quite a bit and that’s mainly due to Jeff and his team. The gym itself is small gym vibes, if you’re afraid of being judged at the gym or being around those people that have to scream every rep, you won’t find that at Nagle Fitness. You will find very knowledgeable, supportive trainers and an equally supportive community of people who are all there to get active and healthy.
In terms of what you can expect financially, this is a personal training gym, but it’s a group personal training gym. This means your workouts are tailor-made for you every time you walk into that gym, but many of us will be working out at the same time and monitored/trained by the same person at the same time. Yes, this means it will be more expensive than a regular gym, but is far less expensive than a one-on-one personal trainer.
I really cannot recommend this gym more. I used to hate exercising, but now I get mad at myself when I don’t make it to the gym. I’ve been seeing incredible progress in myself that I never thought possible, and it’s all thanks to Nagle Fitness.

Before finding trainer Jeff Nagle, I was struggling to keep up with my normal gym routine. I didn't feel fully committed to going to the gym and felt like I needed some skill/technical assistance. Jeff at "Nagle Fitness" has been THE game changer in my workout routine. Not only has Jeff helped me find the motivation to get in shape, he keeps the workouts fun, challanging and invigorating. Jeff is passionate about his expertise in the gym and has a wonderful way about helping each and every one of his clients reach and surpass their "personal best" goals. Jeff is amazing. Since day one of working out at Nagle Fitness he has been nothing but accommodating and motivating to be a better version of myself. I feel like I am pushed to a higher level. Jeff is very aware of what everyone's strengths and weakness are and can pinpoint areas around your body that need the most work. He is able to track your workout and your progress while creating a specific program to your needs.

As a former athlete and current marathon-lover, I’d been struggling to find the right approach towards leveling up my wellness. Group classes haven’t been meeting the mark and it can be uncomfortable to try something new! After my wellness assessment, Jeff left me feeling confident that we would be able to reach my goals in a sustainable way!
