My partner and I got one month memberships while we were visiting the area. Signing up online was easy, but figuring out how to obtain the mobile keycard access was frustrating. We even called the gym for assistance; unfortunately, he wasn’t able to walk us through it, but I will say he was very friendly and even went above & beyond, offering to meet us before or after gym hours to make sure we got a physical keycard.

The gym itself is well equipped but small. A lot of the equipment is older and could stand to be updated or replaced. There’s a pretty good morning crowd, and the gym can feel crowded even when there’s only a handful of people. The free weight section is really small and there really isn’t a good place to stretch or do any workout involving a mat.

The gym is carpeted, and the carpet could use replacing. Everyone seemed to wipe down machines and equipment after each use, but the cleanliness of the gym (baseboards, dusting around the bottom of machines, etc) was lacking.

For 30$ a month you can’t really beat what you’re getting. All the equipment you need in decent shape, a good balance of weights and cardio equipment. And to top it off a sauna. Plus 24/7 is a huge bonus for me personally. There are some “nicer” gyms in the area but Nashoba fitness punches way above its price point in my opinion.

This place is great! Best gym in the area on active and fit direct! Showers are cleaned regularly enough! Very Arnold classic weights and equipment which I prefer as opposed to other more franchised gym equipment.

My experience at this gym was extremely disappointing. The staff members were unhelpful and seemed more interested in socializing than assisting customers. The management system appeared to tolerate bullying and harassment among members. When I raised concerns with customer service, they were dismissive and unprofessional, resorting to insults instead of addressing the problem. Overall, I would not recommend this gym to anyone looking for a positive and supportive environment.

This place allows bullying, feel free to join if you want your self esteem to be shattered, obviously not gonna use my real name on yelp but I go there and witnessed someone being bullied and staff did absolutely nothing about it other then laugh as soon as my buddy walked away after explaining the situation.. good work guys!

I’m going to sign up $50 security one time charge monthly bill very reasonable for a facility that maintains clean and privacy. Nobody wants to work out with a whole bunch of people watching them and if you do at least you know there’s only locals and what’s a good is that when you get out, you can watch the trains pass by

I have been a member of Nashoba Valley Fitness for nearly 30 years. When I was first looking for a place to work out, I remember being impressed by the knowledge of the staff, accessibility of trainers, and modern workout equipment at this very clean and accessible gym. In addition, because of its “not too big” size, it is a great place to enjoy comradery amongst some of the other members. I highly recommend Nashoba Valley Fitness for your fitness goals.

I love that I can work out whenever I wish! Always a machine of any type open. Did you know they have a sauna as well? Give it a shot! (Memberships only, you do have to buy a membership for a set period, with a monthly fee.)

Really like this gym. It is small but it has everything you need and the atmosphere is nice. Everybody has been super friendly. The staff is awesome and are always seen engaging with customers and trainers. The only downside is that with the small gym comes a small lockeroom. I don't mind changing here but the area only allows a bit of elbow room if it's busy. This hasn't stopped me from joining, it's 24hrs and a great price.

Great place to workout. It's smaller than other gyms I've been to but there's enough equipment here to fulfill your needs. I love the small space - gives nice vibes. Anyways, the men's locker room is nice and clean and I guess the same goes for the women's room. The employees are very friendly and are helpful when you have questions or need help.

It's great, when someone is there to let you in. I most recently used this facility on Thursday 8/10 as an out of own visitor. When leaving I mentioned that I was here for a week and would be definitely be back. I showed up today 8/12 and the door is locked. After calling the gym I got the VM recording which stated weekend passes would need to be purchased in advance. I find it to be irresponsible and poor customer service for what is clearly a small family owned business to not give this piece of information to a potential returning out of own guest who is paying what amounts to 1/2 monthly membership fee for a single visit.
