Natalie has been my fitness instructor for hmm, at least 3 good years , a few breaks in between, but I’m back at it. She’s very good at addressing any health related conditions or problem areas to modify any exercise that we might be doing. She’s got a lot of energy , fun spirit , and you will enjoy her class whether one on one, semi private or big group class! I need to keep up with a grandson , so bring it on Natalie!
