For more than 20 years, I have served as a wellness coach and personal trainer, using Pilates, Yoga, and various other modalities to improve fitness, strength, and health for private clients ranging from competitive athletes to people rehabilitating injuries. Functional training, ( training your body for making your everyday activities easier and safer) is incorporated in every session. I will develop a customized approach that will make your training both fun and effective.

Patti is a gifted practitioner. She has a remarkable breadth of knowledge that she brings to each of our sessions. While she always has a plan for each session, she is able to pivot easily to address a specific concern I have that day. I have worked with a number of practitioners over the years and Patti is by far the best!!

I have known Patti for over 2 years and have really enjoyed working with her. She is extremely knowledgeable about exercise and the body. Because of this, she is able to vary the exercises as needed for each individual client. She makes the workouts fun and I look forward to each session I have with her. I am also really happy about how she has worked with my personal issues and how she has helped me change my body. She is an extremely talented teacher and exercise guru. Try her out, you’ll like her! She is indisputably a treasure as a Pilates teacher and compassionate human being.

Patti has not only changed the way my body works and looks but she is also such a positive force in so many ways. Needham Pilates and really Patti Forte has the most personalized Pilates instruction I have ever had. I have been taking classes (usually with 2-3 other friends) for over 4-5 years with Patti and it is a great way to do exercise focused on core and stretching... I like that she varies the workout each week AND that she kept us going strong during COVID!!

Needham Pilates and Fitness a.k.a., Patti Pilates has changed my life. I've been doing this for over 10 years and have noticed changes, not just in my body but in my mental well being. I have been taking class twice a week at Needham Pilates and Fitness for over two years and cannot speak highly enough about my consistently excellent experience. Patti is truly an expert in Pilates and anatomy and has helped me heal and grow stronger, more flexible and better balanced, through a variety of customized workouts. She also stays very up to date on pilates and introduces new techniques to keep things interesting and impactful. She has a gently way while also creating the space for you to push yourself as hard as you are comfortable or desire. No review would be complete without mentioning that Patti is also a wonderful, fun, compassionate and loving person, which comes through clearly while primarily maintaining a supportive and professional practice. If she has space in her schedule, grab it!
