Private, one on one training studio run by Billy Gawron of New School Fitness. With a holistic approach to fitness, Billy develops wellness programs with clients focused not only on exercise, but nutrition, recovery, weekly goal setting, and daily accountability. The goal of New School Fitness is to teach clients how to develop long term, healthy exercise and wellness routines that they can carry on for the rest of their lives.
Fully equipped, private space include all new Rogue strength training equipment, TRX, cable machines, VIPRs, and more functional training tools. See our website for more information on the studio and training.

Billy cares. About your health, your day/life, and of course, getting you to be at YOUR best. I started working out with Billy thru a client recommendation as I've had several trainers before, been a member to various gyms, done bootcamps and diets galore.
But not til I met Billy and began the hard work and journey to "real" health/fitness, did I know what I've been missing. Having a trainer that really knows the complete body, the muscle groups, tendons, proper workouts for injuries and of course, nutrition. Billy knows this, it's 2nd nature to him. He lives, breathes, eats it:-) And above all, He is passionate about it.
Life gets in the way sometimes, but making time to workout with Billy always makes me feel stronger, healthier, and truly more confident.

Right off the bat you can tell heβs truly driven and focused on providing the very best service for all of his clients. Heβs willing to go the extra mile to make sure his clients are not only satisfied with their workouts, but have results to show for it.
I have trained with Billy on several occasions and the difference between his workout regiments and those you may find at any generic workout facility is that Billy's are clearly superior. He takes time and effort tailoring to both your strengths and weaknesses, while always keeping your body on its toes. I can assure you that he brings out the very best in getting a good workout in.

New School Fitness is a legit place for trainers to work. I had no problem training clients in the space and was even able to do more in the same amount of time compared to a traditional gym. New School has everything you need to maximize your clients potential. I highly recommend this to trainers looking to maximize there personal brand.

Billy is fantastic! I called him up after years of not working out and needed someone who could motivate me and also work around my schedule with kids and work. I got that and much more. Billy is knowledgeable about fitness and diet for sure, but he also has a great sense of humor. Who would have known I could have laughed my way through a tough work out. Billy is an amazing trainer and I love his training technique. I've had other trainers before but I've never felt so comfortable and looked forward for my next workout sessions. He 's very knowledgeable in what he does and gives his whole attention to you during the workout. I had a shoulder injury and I was afraid of working out again, but he changed that for me. He helped me get stronger in my weak areas. Plus, he is always ON TIME AND PREPARED. You'll never be disappointed with the results.

Love training with Billy Gawron of New School Fitness... after years of inconsistent workouts, a recent injury, and the dreaded weight creep, I was intimidated to re-enter the world of fitness, to say the least. Billy came highly recommended to me by a neighbor, so I gave it a chance- and I'm so glad I did. In my very first session, Billy took all of the anxiety away. He approaches each and every one of his client's situations with laser precision- facilitating and creating the plan that works best for you... for both your lifestyle and goals. I've worked out with trainers in the past, but none with such knowledge and respect for the human body. Oh, and he's kinda okay to hang out with too, lol.... pretty quickly he'll feel like a long-time friend.... one who helps you to better yourself & kick it into high gear!

I've been working out with Billy @ New School Fitness for half a year now, and I can't overstate how good of an experience it has been.
The studios are well-equipped and are great spaces to exercise without the typical crowds you get at other gyms.
More importantly, Billy is an exceptional trainer. He is not only very knowledgeable about all things fitness & nutrition (he studied kinesiology in college), but he's also a genuinely nice guy who you enjoy spending those training hours with. Even when I need that extra push from him to reach my potential, I always enjoy our sessions and look forward to them every week.
Ultimately, the results show! I've made great fitness progress over the relatively short time training with Billy, and I look forward to continuing working with him at New School going forward.

Private and conviently located 1:1 studio that is perfect for working with a personal trainer. Great change of pace from overly crowded gyms. The studio has everything you need from a squat rack, to cables and a rowing machine. Billy has done a beautiful job utilizing the space with a fitness point of view. I've been working with Billy for over a year and what a difference I've noticed! As both a runner and a dentist, staying strong, healthy, and pain free are key to each day.
