I received personal training from Luis for about 1-2 years and it was the most fit I've ever been in my life. Luis is a welcoming, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable professional that was a pleasure to work with. I "stole" some of his workouts I can remember to this day, and have yet to encounter another trainer that knows as much in depth exercises that stimulate as much muscle growth. He was super flexible with my schedule and pricing, sent me nutritional guidance thingys for free, and honestly helped me become a better person. 10 STARS TO THIS COMPANY!!

Lu is an amazing trainer very knowledgeable when it comes to different exercises and techniques to help me lose weight and tone certain body parts. Accountability was an issue for me but he managed to keep me focused towards my goals. I highly recommend working with Lu if you are a beginner like me going to the gym.
