NOVEMBER PROJECT MISSION
Lowering the intimidation of fitness, building human connections, and improving mental and physical health by providing free, fun, weekly workout gatherings throughout the world.
In Worcester we run two workout sessions EVERY Wednesday all year round at 5:20AM and 6:20AM. In the spring, summer and fall we are at Fitton Field Stadium located at the College of Holy Cross. In the winter we switch to Worcester Common.
All are welcome. All you have to do is #JustShowUp

I can't recommend November Project Worcester enough - it has totally changed my life. Free, outdoor fitness, all year no matter the weather - every Wed. morning at 5:20a and 6:20a, and Friday Hills at 6a. Not only that - but an amazing community as well.

Just an awesome group of people to workout and hangout with. They have set workouts Wednesdays and Fridays, and assorted workouts and socials throughout the month. Every workout is open to all, to be done at your own pace, and everyone is welcomed and encouraged. If you are looking for motivation to get some early morning exercise with a great social group, NP Worcester is perfect.

I returned to NP Worcester this June after several years off to find a dedicated group of somebodies and average folk getting together on Wednesday mornings to get active and motivate each other with fitness challenges just by showing up. The leadership of the tribe is engaging and welcoming of newcomers. Come on out and give it a WOO!

Fun, free fitness at your own pace. Often with themes, great way to wake up and start the day. Usually the group gets coffee after. Just show up at Holy Cross Stadium Wednesday morning 6:20am and see what itβs about.
