STOP SEARCHING for a gym or trainer and reach out to Olympus now. If you are on the hunt for a better, stronger, and healthier quality of life, start training with Brian at Olympus. He tailors a workout program specifically for you and your needs/abilities, and keeps altering it as you continue to progress in your training. You’ll never get bored of the same old workout routine or hung up without seeing progress. Since working with Brian, my overall strength has improved considerably and I am not longer in daily pain. I wish I started working with him sooner when I first looked into a trainer. Olympus is a very welcoming atmosphere and the sessions are small groups, so you can do your own thing and get help whenever you need it. Great place and knowledgeable trainers!

My 12-year-old son, who plays baseball, has been training with Coach Brian at Olympus Training Lab for almost a year, and the difference has been incredible. Brian truly understands what youth athletes need to develop strength, speed, and power safely. He took the time to learn about my son’s sport, built a personalized program based on baseline metrics, and has kept it focused on what matters most for baseball performance. The results have been amazing — my son is faster, stronger, more agile, and noticeably more confident on the field.
Brian has a great way of connecting with young athletes while holding them accountable and motivated. He’s flexible with schedules, a clear communicator, and genuinely cares about each athlete’s growth. The small group setup (4:1 ratio) gives every athlete personal attention while maintaining a fun, team-like environment.
It’s also clear Brian is investing in Hopedale’s youth athletic community. Many junior high and high school athletes train with him, and his summer program received great feedback throughout town. The facility itself is clean, bright, organized, and fully equipped for any sport.
If you have a young athlete who wants to take their performance to the next level — whether it’s baseball, soccer, or any other sport — I can’t recommend Coach Brian and Olympus Training Lab highly enough. They’re the real deal and a huge asset to our local sports community.

Olympus Training Lab offers an outstanding training experience in a friendly and supportive environment. Brian delivers personalized coaching and attention, tailoring each training program to your individual goals and working around any past injuries.
I've been training here for the past 4 months and have gained strength, knowledge and training family who supports one another. After undergoing rotator cuff surgeries a few years ago, training at Olympus Training Lab has significantly improved my shoulder recovery. This is THE place to go!

I always hated gyms and could never get consistent working out or seeing any gains. Starts and stops all over the place for decades. This place (and Brian, the trainer/owner) is different.
There is no judgement, no one is doing the same workout, he has all the equipment, and there are no mirrors! The focus is on form and functional strength, not “crushing reps, BRO!”. Every workout is personally planned, thought out, and works around any previous or current injury you could have. You aren’t doing a workout written in a board or the same thing everyday. It’s amazing what YOU don’t know about getting stronger that Brian just has in the back of his mind. He’s a fitness nerd and can back it all up and SHOW you the correct form, process, nutrition, science and then explain it all in “normal human speak”.
In other words, I highly recommend Olympus Training Lab.

I am 60 years old, I joined olympus training lab because i was worried about getting hurt working out on my own. I have had shoulder and knee surgeries in the past. Brian has set training work outs for me that have resulted in huge strides for me. I have lost 30 pounds and gained muscle where i didn't know i had muscles. My daily routine at work is much easier. Brian works one on one with you and sets and adjusts my workouts regularly. He makes sure my form is good and makes sure i am getting the most out of every workout. I highly recommend brian and olympus training lab to anyone.

I have been training here for about a month. Brian is a professional person. I am an older woman and this establishment, staff or other members place no judgement on anyone. We are all working at our own level an Brian ensures we are handling the routine and increasing or decreasing when I or he feels it's time. I wish I found this place earlier and saved myself alot of wasted time in these other chain gyms where you become invisible after you sign up. Olympus gym is for everyone. Older, younger, the very fit, people with disabilities and other health issues. Brian knows his stuff when it comes to training and ensures the 1 on 1 for you and provides the encouragement needed. Olympus Training Lab and Coach Brian have been exactly what I need to tailor my workouts, in a non-intimidating environment, as I train for D1 Softball. I joined Olympus about 9 months ago -- I have tried a lot of different workout classes, programs, and gyms, and I have never felt that consistency and commitment was as easy as it has been with Olympus. Brian is super knowledgeable and every work out is completely personalized to me/my goals/what I want to work on, but I also feel challenged every time I'm there. I love the semi-private format of Olympus -- I go 2-3 times per week, and each time I'm there, there are 3-5 other people there during the same session, but we are all working on our own, individual program, and Brian is there as a resource and a support system for all of us. The community is also so friendly and welcoming, which makes each session more fun. Plus, it's impossible to get bored, because Brian increases the challenge of your program each week, and then changes your program every 4-6 weeks, depending on your personal preference, so you are doing new activities. I have struggled for years to find a gym that felt like the right fit for me, and I'm so glad to have found Olympus!

My 12 year old son started at Olympus about 4 months ago. He wanted to start training for baseball and basketball using weights and such. I visited multiple gyms/training centers but when I met Brian I knew that was the place.
Brian has tailored a program to suit my son’s needs and goals. The class size is small so Brian has the ability to work with each person/athlete personally. He pushes my son and holds him accountable, which I love. He’s also very professional and flexible on scheduling which is great due to sports schedules.
I can’t recommend Olympus enough for young athletes to anyone looking to get healthier and stronger.

Brian is very knowledgeable, and quickly identifies alternatives to build strength around my physical limitations. The semi-private training sessions ensure the gym is never too crowded and always neat. Exercising here is enjoyable and I train more consistently as a result.

I've been going to Olympus twice a week for almost a year now and cannot say enough wonderful things about it and Brian. Growing up as an athlete and trying out various workout methods into adulthood - I've never been to a gym quite like Olympus. It's small group personal training, usually 1-3 others working out at the same time as you, but you're doing your own program that Brian alters to your needs. He is attentive, kind and really cares about you and your goals. People of all ages & levels attend - a judgement free space where you can workout alongside a talented trainer. 10/10 recommend to anyone!

The training times are flexible, the community is welcoming and your program is completely customized and tailored to your individual needs and goals. Brian is patient, thorough and makes sure you understand each exercise in your program which helps you to build a foundation to get stronger and see results. Every month you switch it up so there’s no time to get tired of repeating the same workout over and over. Brian is an excellent trainer; he pushes you, but is also very adaptive if you are having a "heavy gravity" day or dealing with injuries. . He helped me prepare for this past ski season and the weight training improved my bone density!! Best part is that I am getting stronger even as I am getting older ! And I always feel better after a training session

My teenage athlete started attending Olympus Training Lab this summer. We were looking for a speed/strength program to round out his current training. He has found an amazing program with Brian who designs individual programs targeting his needs and goals. Brian has an incredible approach with his small group sessions which allows him to talk to my son every class; always keeping him positive and focused. My son’s confidence has grown so much in this area. Brian is extremely reliable, professional and flexible. There is no doubt that this has been the best decision we have made for my son’s overall physical and mental conditioning.
