if you are looking for a thoughtfully curated workout you need to try on course training in Mashpee. Cheryl and the other trainers put together total body workouts that will challenge you to increase strength , flexibility and include some portion of cardio. The facility is well equipped with ample parking, if you are a beginner to someone who has been working out for years the moves can be modified and feedback regarding form is part of each class. Classes are offered in the morning and the evening.
You owe it to yourself. If you prefer personal one on one or duo training that is available as well. Check it out !

Personal Training is the best thing I have done in 2021. Cheryl is an amazing personal trainer and has a state of the art and spacious facility and amazing equipment. I have been with On Course Training and Fitness for almost 2 years and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Working with Cheryl has been a life changing experience for me. I had never felt comfortable or confident in gym settings before I started with On Course. I was older , not in super shape and terribly uncoordinated. Cheryl immediately recognized this and had such a great way of helping me, and modifying some of the workouts to my level and ability .The group was small and I felt welcomed and comfortable . She took the time to give suggestions and assist or encourage when needed. I gained muscle and strength and felt my body change rather quickly. With that came a renewed confidence that age or experience didn’t matter . The workouts targeted all the body parts and were fresh and new with every class. I felt great , looked better and my cholesterol when down considerably . The group became like a family and I was excited and looked forward to each workout . The pandemic hit and the workouts became virtual and I really was resistant . It just wasn’t the same . Cheryl took the time to talk with me one on one and was understanding and supportive . I attempted to do some workouts independently but had difficulty staying motivated . She began to offer free classes to anyone interested on Saturday mornings and I tried it . I realized how much I had missed her training and workouts and knew regardless of the format I wanted/needed to come back . So I am back and excited for what comes next . I can’t say enough about the professionalism and abilities of Cheryl as a trainer and a motivator. She brings out the best in people and helps you strive for better . I have brought friends and family members to On Course Training and Fitness and I would encourage anyone to give it a try.....
