With our private personal training it's just you and your trainer in a fitness room focusing on your goals.
Our small group personal training is great for those that like to workout with others, but don't want to get lost in a large group training class.
Both our personal training and small group training can be done live in person or via zoom.

I had a great experience getting a tour and informational with Brian (personal trainer) he explained all the services and the studio has everything you need to get a great work out. As someone who has never worked out and wanted that 1:1 experience I was looking to get partnered with a personal trainer, unfortunately I am unable to afford it but I do recommend this place. It’s very nice and very clean.

Joined the gym through their spring challenge with my mom. You can attend unlimited group workouts from a set schedule, either in person or via Zoom. Since I’m out of state, I joined through Zoom—and it works great! Pete, Todd, and Brian lead tough sessions (Saturday always kicks my butt). Pete also sends out nutritional recommendations via email. I’ve tried several of his recipes and still make the egg muffins from last year!
The best part of this gym is the people—they’re genuine and really care. There’s a strong focus on discipline and consistency, and you’ll absolutely see progress—physically and mentally.

I joined One On One Fitness Studio a few years ago when I turned 60. Working as a private client with Pete was awesome. He offers a variety of cardio & strength training. The results have been amazing. I won the weight loss challenge last year and was in the top ten this year thanks to all the support they offer. I joined with no previous gym experience in order to address some health issues and improve my fitness overall. I’ve had a really great experience over the last 9 months working with two different trainers. The facilities are excellent and generally private, so sessions are very focused and I have my trainer’s full attention. Trainer Pete is cheerful and supportive, and keeps my workouts rigorous and interesting. He’s great with questions and feedback—he has tailored a number of exercises to help me work around bad habits, discomfort, or pain. The half-hour sessions go by really quickly, but the cost also includes continuous use of the gym facilities on any day of the week. I’m very happy as a client, and highly recommend One on One Fit!

My sister and I joined last July. After debating for years, my sister finally convinced me! For me, it was quite intimidating to join a gym, regardless of how bad I wanted it, but meeting Brian was a gamechanger. He’s very patient, always making new workouts and the weight increases feel doable. Plus, he’s always willing to demonstrate the workouts — as newbies, we can’t remember names nor forms after the first set, never mind after a week — so we are always following his “do-this-and-that” moves! His flexibility to accommodate us is another plus. As a single parent, my stress levels can be high, but training with him AND my sister is a lot of fun! (We always laugh, sometimes too much!)

I have had many gym memberships in different states on the east coast. This was by far the most utilized gym I've ever seen!! Which only makes sense since all of the trainers are highly trained professionals. You come to this gym if you want help getting the results you want. Go anywhere else if you wanna feel like you gotta do it all on your own. Jose Reyes specifically goes above and beyond for your fitness journey!

Being 60+ and having previously tried many times to make a commitment to my fitness journey, I knew that if I was going to try again that I needed a personal trainer who would not only help me physically but also mentally to keep me going. In the past I often did too much and then hurt all over or got tired of it and couldn't keep it going. I'd quit! Until I met Pete, owner of One on One Fitness, and now I can't believe I am still going. He has made my program specific to my needs, not just, here's what everyone your age does. I recently got hurt from a fall (not at the gym lol) and was ready to quit again. But when I showed up to tell him, Pete's encouragement that " you've got this-I got you. We'll adjust" kept me going. Before joining One on One, I was making an effort to better myself with exercise and tracking my food by following online videos and apps. While I did learn some tips and lose some weight over a year-long period, the progress was slow, and I often felt my strength training lacked direction. I wasn’t sure how to get better, and just followed repetitive motions hoping to get results.
When I got more serious about wanting to see a bigger change, I reached out to Pete at One on One, and he set me up with trainer Brian. The transformation I have seen in my overall strength and physique in about 2 months has blown my mind, and I feel incredible! Brian sets me up with workouts that are custom for me and structured to hit different muscles on different days. He reviews the proper form of each movement, and explains how certain exercises will build towards my goals that we discussed.
The studio space itself is set up to be very personal. There are a variety of spaces where I can train with Brian, or on my own, and feel like I have my own space even if other training sessions are happening in the other rooms. I appreciate that I have access to the space and equipment whenever I need, and that my trainer Brian, and studio owner Pete, are so accessible when I have questions and need guidance.
My workouts are my favorite part of the day, and I feel amazing!

I was looking for a training facility that would work with me to achieve my personal exercise and weight loss goals. I was looking for a place that was reasonably priced, close to where I live, where I didn't feel as though I was exercising in a fish bowl, where I could work out around others who were of different ages, shapes and sizes, that offered Zoom classes, AND where I could get sincere guidance and support. I know, I know, it's a tall order! One on One Fitness Studio was one of several places that came up on my Google search. I did my research. I liked One on One Fitness Studio's mission and they seemed to offer what I was looking for so I reached out through their website to check them out. I was contacted by Pete Samberg pretty quickly who also happens to be the owner. Pete and I met at his facility within 48 hours of me reaching out. I was amazed at how I was immediately at ease with Pete as a person as well as the layout of his work out rooms and facility! They have programs to fit anyone's needs! They offer many different types of training to include one on one as well as smaller classes with many different time options for the classes. The smaller classes work PERFECT for me plus I can use the facilities as often as I want! Pete and his trainers are always there to help in any way needed! I appreciate the informative and encouraging emails that Pete sends to his clients that also help him to stay connected with them. He always adds a note reminding everyone to reach out to him and his trainers at ANYTIME! He truly is a hands on owner! There is no pressure to sell me more than I need or want or can afford! I have been going to One on One Fitness Studio for 3 months now. I am feeling so much better both physically and mentally! Inch by inch! I enjoy each and every one of the trainers and clients that I have met. We have been working out with Sarah, twice a week for the past 8 weeks. She has been wonderful! She is very personable, knowledgeable and so easy to train with! Her workouts leave us feeling like we are accomplishing something! Each session, we do a few weighted exercises, focusing on various parts of the body, and then we complete a 30-minute circuit (bootcamp). We can see a change in our strength, and in our bodies. I have been working with Jose Reyes since September 2022 and I am impressed with the results I am seeing and feeling. If your looking for a true judgment free zone where everyone treats you like family and helps keep you motivated than THIS is the place for you! Being overweight it was intimidating reaching out for help out of fear of being judged by the trainer as well as the other members watching as you struggle doing the slightest exercise. But, I met Pete and the first time I worked with a trainer who made me not feel like a failure being so heavy. My workout plan suited me at the level of starting on a journey to turn my life around and changed as the pounds came off. I stepped away from working with Pete and staff and reached out after finding the weight creeping back on a couple years later. Pete was awesome with no judgement but a positive attitude with you got this and matched me up with Pat Marcucci my trainer. Pat pushes me out of my head and comfort level and I surprise myself in being able to whatever he comes up with to keep me moving in testing my fitness level. Sending off that initial email as well as a couple years later another email to Pete for help was hard and humbling but, the best thing I ever did to set me on a fitness quest to participate more in life. So I Thank Pete, for his encouragement, and Pat for pushing me on this road to my goal.

I've been going here on and off for a few years. All of the trainers I've worked with (Todd, Fabian, José) really know what they're doing. They challenge you but are mindful of being safe and working around any limitations. The space is clean with good equipment and everyone is super friendly. They could have better lighting outside to make me feel a bit safer going there at night. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone trying to stick to a routine or anyone trying to switch up their workouts.

After turning 60 I started to realize how my metabolism was not like it was and I began to put weight back on and my whole body started to hurt. Finally, after turning 65, I decided I had to do something. I found One on One Fitness Studio randomly by doing a Google search. I am not a "GYM" person as I can find so many excuses not to go, thus I contacted One On One Fitness and Pete responded right away. After meeting with Pete last December, I knew this was the place I wanted to be. I am so glad that I found them when I did. From our very first meeting Pete made me feel comfortable and at ease, and I knew he would be there for me, to help in any way he could. He is extremely knowledgeable and I have learned so much from him. He is encouraging at every session, he pushes me when I want to stop and always gives me the “high-five” after each workout. I can't say enough about how thankful I am to have Pete in my life! As the saying goes "getting old ain't for sissies" and Pete is helping to make that process a much better experience!

I've never been someone who was active and mostly lived a sedentary lifestyle. However, after focusing on my health and taking care of myself more I decided to get the gastric sleeve surgery 3 years ago. Since then I been in a stall and decided to focus more on getting stronger than just losing weight. I'm also applying to a new job position that requires me to go through boot camp, which motivated me to look for a personal trainer.
I came across this studio through Google and looked through some of the positive reviews, and decided to schedule a consultation with the owner, Peter. Since then I've been working with Peter for about 3 weeks now. He created a custom workout plan for me to help prepare me for the tests, and boot camp that I will go through. Along with helping my strength, and endurance in general.
We meet twice a week for about half an hour, but he makes use of each minute. He plans our sessions ahead of time, and gives me 'homework' to help me stay on track throughout the week. Peter is passionate about his work, and is always open to answer any of your questions, and give you any tips and advice.
I was really worried about my lack of fitness, but Peter is really understanding and listens to you. He's patient with you, on days when you're not on your 'A' game. He's also really encouraging, which helped me relax. The training can be tough, but it's fun and worth it. He pushes you to your limit, but is always cheering you on along the way. I'm often surprised after each session with the progress I make, which is really motivating. I'm fortunate to have found One on One fitness. Regardless of your fitness level I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to improve their fitness. Thanks Pete!

I found One on One Fitness Studio randomly, just by doing a Google search, and seeing all their positive reviews, I reached out to set up a consultation. I met with Fabian in mid-September and I decided to give it a chance, and I am so glad that I found them when I did. I was extremely overweight and out of shape, and I was looking for any help I could get. As many overweight people are, I was very self-conscious, but from our very first meeting (which included a few tears on my part), Fab made me feel comfortable and at ease, and I knew he was there to help in any way he could. He is extremely knowledgeable and I have learned so much from him. He is encouraging at every session, and is always ready with a “high-five” which I have come to look forward to after a tough work-out. Although I still have a long journey ahead, I have lost more than 40 pounds and I feel great, and I never could have done it without my trainer! At 43 years old and after 20 years of excuses, it was time for me to make a life change, put myself first and hold myself accountable. I found One on One Fitness Studio on Facebook, messaged Pete, and within 24 hours Pat called and we set up a consultation. I signed up that day and started training on April 23, 2018. Working out with Pat 2-3 times a week has not only increased my physical strength, and supported my weight loss journey, but given me confidence - while shrinking my waist. In 7 months I have lost 50 pounds, am down 2 sizes and feel fantastic - this is only the beginning!! Pat is passionate about what he does, and his natural enthusiasm helped to relax my early worries/nerves surrounding my lack of fitness. He took the time to listen, understand my needs and work with me to identify some goals to aim for as part of my training. The staff here are great. I found them through Google and have been working with Patrick as my trainer. He's designed me a custom workout/nutrition plan and we meet weekly. After 3 weeks I am already seeing results in my strength training program. Pete is the owner of the facility and is super welcoming. When i started looking for a new gym, there was alot of options out there...but i had to find one that was right for me. I chose One on One fitness because it was convenient to where i live, so there would be “no excuses”. Also the owner, Trainer Pete, was very helful in sharing what the facility had to offer, be it personal training one on one, small group boot camp classes or unlimited access to the gym. I was looking for small group fitness classes, & i was able to try out a class before making a commitment. I signed up on the first day. What i liked most about that is there is no longterm contracts. It is month to month. So if someone decided after a month or 2 that they want to increase from 2-3 classes per week to unlimited, there is no hassel to do so. The trainers are all very motivating and resourceful, & can make modifications to any exercise. This is a gym for any fitness level. I look forward to class every week. I signed up in October and havent missed a class yet! Looking forward to a great 2018. I highly recommend One on One fitness.

Our family has been working with Trainer Pete since April of 2016. We have seen tremendous benefits not only in our overall physical health but also in our lives. I've done both personal training and boot camp at One on One Fitness and I can't say enough good things about the place! All of the trainers are awesome and very encouraging and the environment is very comfortable. I've had great results and would highly recommend One on One to anyone!

I can't say enough about my experience at One on One Fitness. Pete is so incredibly knowledgable and is truly committed to helping you achieve your goals (not to mention he's one of the nicest guys I've ever met). I love the workouts he puts together and he's ran the gamut with me from some really, really challenging stuff and then through my pregnancy. He can customize/modify anything! The environment is low key, supportive and you do get to enjoy a more private setting versus being gawked at like at some gyms! I highly recommend him and his entire staff.

Switched to One on One Fitness a couple years ago when I needed a change. I was tired of people going to big gyms to look cute and talk on their phone while "working out." I have lost 25 lbs in the small group boot camp classes with Pete, Fabian and Todd and maintained my goal weight this past year. They're friendly, helpful and down to earth and really take the time to understand your goals and ensure you reach them. They don't just push exercise but work with you on diet and nutrition and motivation as well. Highly recommend giving them a try!

I have trained with a few trainers at One on One (Jane, Todd, and Andrew) over the past few years based on my availability. Over the years I have done both private personal training and worked out in their small group bootcamps. They have kept me accountable and I'm in the best shape of my life. I can't say enough good things about One on One and the results they have gotten me.
